Haus Of Glow NYC

Haus of Glow was such a delightful treat. After a cold, winter day in the city hustle and bustle, it was the perfect way to unwind. You get a room with city views completely to yourself, with a personal sauna and cold plunge. They even provide you with a guided meditation for the cold plunge, which was really beneficial for a cold plunge wimp like myself. When it was time to shower and head out, I couldn’t believe when I saw they had Le Labo products! A rinse with Santal 33 was the cherry on top of this wonderfully relaxing experience. I highly recommend Haus of Glow!

The IR sauna and cold plunge treatments here are great! Both made me feel relaxed and rejuvenated. The spa is within ModernHaus and was spotless. The city view added to the peaceful experience and the in-room, private shower was a nice surprise. The host was so sweet and made sure I was feeling well and good before I left—highly recommend a visit!

Such a beautiful set up, one of the best Sauna experiences I’ve had in the city. Staff was lovely, private room with sauna and cold plunge has a great view of downtown. The infrared gets really hot without being suffocating. There is an app that talks you through the cold plunge. I was nervous about it and did the whole two minutes with the app guiding me. Will be back!

I had a fantastic time at Haus of Glow! The sauna/cold plunge experience was both relaxing and invigorating. It was a particular pleasure to use the light therapy and music options! If you have a spare 30min-hour and are looking for an excellent pick me up, give this a try!

Unique experience of having a private room that includes full bath, sauna, and cold plunge. The views were spectacular while enjoying the sauna. It felt like an extension of my NYC apartment. Clean, simple, comfortable layout. I loved how they included a speaker so I can listen to my own music. Laura (staff) was warm and welcoming. I’ll be back soon for sure!

Absolutely loved my 60 minute sauna and cold plunge session here. The room is gorgeously designed and the night time views of the city 17 floors up are EPIC. The staff is warm and accommodating, they made sure I was set up and comfortable when my time started. The cold plunge was very cold just how I like it, and being in a private space is way more enjoyable for me than going to bathhouse or another public wellness space. Highly recommend!

Haus of Glow NYC is so healing and an incredible space. I love the Infrared Sauna and want to try the cold plunge. Connor was answered every question I had and was so knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely will go back!!
