Hauser Hotel St. Moritz

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Hauser St. Moritz! A special shout-out to Christina, the Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. She was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful—her recommendations for local dining and activities were spot on and truly elevated our experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about every guest. It was also a lovely surprise to meet Nicolas, the owner, who took the time to personally chat with us—such a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel itself is in a perfect location, just steps away from all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. Our room was beautifully maintained, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. Thank you, Christina and the entire Hotel Hauser team, for making our trip so memorable!

A very nice clean hotel. Rooms and fittings are made of local timber products, are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff at all levels were friendly and helpful and the courtesy pick up from the station was spot on based on our time of arrival. The restaurant and outdoor areas were well serviced with good menu choices at reasonable prices.|We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. We had an economy double room which was more than adequate the only downside being the shower was in the bath which is difficult for us older folk. Would defintely stay again

We booked our holiday with the Swiss Holiday Company.|A great hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. Our room was clean and bright with a balcony overlooking the square. This was particularly good for the Jazz Festival as we could listen to the music from our balcony. Unfortunately the room doesn't have a fridge or tea & coffee making facilities but reception staff gave us a kettle and we brought our own tea bags from home.|The breakfast buffet has an excellent continental selection with bread, ham, cheese, cereals, croissants, jam etc.|The hotel provides an Engadin Card which gives you free transport on buses and cable cars which we found extremely useful. I'd happily stay here again.

Very helpful staff provided us with a mobile fridge and electric kettle for early morning coffee. Not supplied in the rooms.. Rooms spacious and comfortable. The room safe very small for our modern tec world. At breakfast ran out of cold meats. Took a long wait to replace my wife gave up and returned to the room. Very helpful elderly lady, member of staff helped with a bag, so I could make my wife a meat roll and take to the room. Old school out of the box thinking well done to you. We enjoyed a lovely one night stay at the Hotel Hauser. The linens were very clean and the breakfast was fantastic. Ursula served a lovely coffee as well as tea and made it feel like home. Will definitely stay here again! The hotel is situated close to the main shops and the shuttle got us right to the train on time.

The hotel is located on a hillside, but guests can book a shuttle service with the hotel or take the escalators at the St. Moritz Design Gallery for convenient access. The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist. A kettle is available upon request at the reception. The room was simply decorated but spacious, comfortable, and well-insulated. It was warm and quiet, with a brightly lit bathroom that included a bathtub—perfect for soaking after a long day. The tap water is safe for drinking and tastes natural and refreshing. Don’t miss the breakfast. The buffet offers delicious bread, as well as flavorful yogurt and cheese. Although the price is on the higher side, the quality of the facilities and the overall experience made it well worth it. Highly recommended.

Great location, friendly staff, nice food. You couldn't ask for more. Our room had a big balcony overlooking mountains and lake. Bust station is couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Staff go out of their way to help you out and explain. Definitely I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great family run hotel in excellent location. In the center of everything. Food was wonderful. Room was pristine. Staff very friendly and polite and always in a good mood with friendly banter and jokes. There is an amazing bakery and chocolate shop on ground floor next to the restaurant. Short 10 minute walk to train station or the hotel has a free shuttle. Would definitely stay there again.

Had a great stay at Hauser. The room was a good size, we had 2 beds that can be separated or together depending on your situation. The staff was friendly, engaging and helpful. The hotel shuttle gave us a ride to the train station. I forgot my water bottle in the lobby and they called us followed by delivering it. Above and beyond. Friday night we got the all you can eat hot stone dinner, it was amazing. Lots of unique offerings. I particularly liked the venison.

This is one of the institutions of St Moritz, with an excellent position in the middle of town and a strategic terrasse perfect for people watching (one of the fun activities of St Moritz). There is a patisserie, a bar and a restaurant. The chocolate from the patisserie looked great, specially as Easter was clearly coming, with lots of imaginative easter chocolate treats for kids. The restaurant is simple, but with a warm atmosphere - specially at night - and a good friendly service. We had some Rostie which was exactly what we needed after a day out in the snow. Prices are ok. They are very friendly with children. There is a hotel as well with decently priced rooms (ie not Palace prices)

very good price-value within st. moritz! nice modern-traditional atmosphere! Food: the food is good and are reasonable priced. i payed for a whole appetizers-plate around CHF 20.- Service: the service was ok but nothing special. looked more likely annoyed. the speed was good and we got everything how we wanted it Ambience: youre totally in the middle of st. moritz! you can sit outside or you can sit inside in a cool designed place! i'd go there again.

Central location, good simple room, eco-friendly. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and good to have a varied evening menu that allowed for a simple toasted sandwich as well as full meals. Great atmosphere, and I have rarely seen staff working so fast and so hard. The Hauser chocolate cake is as good as it gets!
