Hauser Hotel St. Moritz

Not a 5 star luxury hotel, but location, room, features, and staffs were fabulous. We were staying just one night before heading down to Italy, but we had a great time while we were there. The staff were very kind and informative. Their breakfast was awesome.

We stayed at this property and booked a family room last January. They provide complimentary shuttle from the station to the hotel and back, which was highly appreciated. The location is right in the middle of the city, so it was centrally located and convenient to everything. Check in was smooth, people at the reception was super nice and accommodating. We bumped into the owner when my son wrongly pressed the floor button to their place (they have their place at the top of the buillding). They were really warm and welcoming. ||The room was adequate for the four of us. A little dated for my taste but still OK. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a little small but manageable. We ordered room service and they were pretty solid. Breakfast had the basic cereal, eggs, yogurt, fruit, breads, milk, and coffee. I was a little bit concerned at 7PM that the cafe downstairs were playing loud music but they finished at 9PM.|||Shoutout to Marlene for assisting me sending my glasses back. My wife and I stayed at the Houser House Hotel during our stop in St. Moritz on our wedding anniversary tour of Switzerland last summer. We appreciated the shuttle pick up and drop off at the train station. Our room was clean but very small. The breakfast was adequate at their restaurant. Houser House is located in the center of town and was convenient to walk to dinner and to the Coop Supermarket for food for lunch for our train ride on the Glacier Express the next day.

A lovely stay in a classic Swiss mountain town. Our room was large and very clean with a nice view of town and mountains. The location was convenient to the lake and shopping. The hotel restaurant was quite delicious with indoor and outdoor seating and the breakfast was comprehensive- especially the gipfeli-yum. All the staff were fabulous, helpful and kind especially Benedikt and Christina M . Would definitely recommend a stay here if you’re planning to visit St Moritz.

Chic hotel-Walking distance to everything. Staff extremely friendly & professional. Restaurant is spectacular, rooms are enormous with white down comforters & pillows, clean modern finishes. The apres ski music & bar amazing vibes! Stay was flawless. Breakfast every morning included with homemade juices, pastries, jams. Vibrant dinner spot, we enjoyed the Hot Stone meal, this is not to be missed. Fabulous & Fun spot for anyone looking for a great stay.

Very clean and welcoming hotel. The emphasis on sustainability and buying/using local products is impressive. Major shout out for all those efforts. Breakfast was excellent. Would stay again.

The room and reception were fantastic. Nice view of the town, comfortable room. Breakfast was a bit understaffed and didn't include some basics like eggs that were warm. Coffee was difficult to obtain. Otherwise a good experience.

I dont like the service staff in the breakfast dining area, we walked directly and the waitress rudely showed us the sign “please wait to be seated”. I understand some part of the dining area may be closed, but you can tell us nicely no free sitting. Probably because we are Asian. The counter staff also told us in an ironical way that breakfast start at 7, as if we are hungry ghost coming at 6:55 am. Service staffs have to be more empatic, not showing your attitune.
