Stayed at Hauser St Moritz for a night, and wished I had planned for another. The hotel is close to the supermarket and main escalator that brings us directly to the beautiful lakefront. The room is huge and even with an extra bed, I had more than enough room to open all my luggages freely. The staff were especially helpful. We could arrange pickup from and to the train station easily. Thank you Christina for the lovely chat! And for helping with my many questions. Wishing you the best!

We stayed here at the beginning and end of our train (Bernina Express and Glacier Express) trip. The friendly lady at the reception remembered us. Rooms were clean with simple wooden furniture that gave a homey feel. Great location, within walking distance of the city and train station. They also provide a free shuttle service to/from train station. Breakfast is included and although the buffet is limited, the croissants are super yummy. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was scrumptious.

This is definitely a 3 star hotel...split twin beds like to separate easily. Your looking out at the front of a huge hotel. No lake view..Continental complimentary breakfast average at best. Nice pass card for free bus/gondola ride..lady at ft desk very nice and helpful

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Hauser St. Moritz! A special shout-out to Christina, the Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. She was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful—her recommendations for local dining and activities were spot on and truly elevated our experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about every guest. It was also a lovely surprise to meet Nicolas, the owner, who took the time to personally chat with us—such a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel itself is in a perfect location, just steps away from all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. Our room was beautifully maintained, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. Thank you, Christina and the entire Hotel Hauser team, for making our trip so memorable!

Overall the room was ok. No refrigerator in the room. Typical of Europe with no air condition so the windows must be open to cool the room. This, unfortunately, is bad when the taxi drivers are outside your window chatting all night. And with the type of buildings they have it echos a lot. Do not take room 101 if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast was typical European and ok. It was somewhat frustrating because I was unclear how the breakfast service worked and we were ignored for a while even when I tried to get someone’s attention. They do have shuttle service

Small hotel . Great location. Very clean. Self service after 9pm. Convenient to travel to any location from the hotel . There are so many branded shops around the hotel. When you walk down the road, you will see a nice location with a river . They provide shuttle service to the station. Eggs not included in the breakfast. You will have to pay additionally for eggs.

The hotel is located on a hillside, but guests can book a shuttle service with the hotel or take the escalators at the St. Moritz Design Gallery for convenient access. The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist. A kettle is available upon request at the reception. The room was simply decorated but spacious, comfortable, and well-insulated. It was warm and quiet, with a brightly lit bathroom that included a bathtub—perfect for soaking after a long day. The tap water is safe for drinking and tastes natural and refreshing. Don’t miss the breakfast. The buffet offers delicious bread, as well as flavorful yogurt and cheese. Although the price is on the higher side, the quality of the facilities and the overall experience made it well worth it. Highly recommended.

First impression of the hotel from the entrance of the hotel may seem somewhat small and even worrying. Yet, it is more than meets the eye.|The good.|Prompt reply to email.|Free of charge pick up service to and from the train station.|Check-in: warm welcome, with very clear instructions.|Location: Yes, it may be somewhat far from the train station but free of charge pick up on arrival makes up. And from then on, walking around was simple. We walked to the station and the lake, which was enjoyable. Cafè, Bäckerei & Confiserie Hanselmann, only a stone throw away, is a good place for tea, with good food. The Engadin card for free cable car ride was very useful and station was nearby.|Room: Spacious, clean, and tidy, modern furnishing. And feels and actually safe. Actual room matches with photo on Tripadvisor. The pine was enchanting. While we visit in summer, it would be more beautiful in winter. Windows can be open. View from room was beautiful. Night view of the moon. It was not noisy for us even though room was facing main road.|Breakfast: sufficient spread. delicious. was not too crowded.|Lift: yes, the lift. The decor from inside the lift was beautiful. Reminds me of Jack and the beanstalk.|Room for improvement:|A safe and coffee machine. It would be chill and warm, seating at the balcony with a cup of hot coffee / chocolate during winter (while ours was not, there are corner rooms with balcony). |Conclusion|Yes, it is $ but everything and everywhere is $ in St Moritz. Balancing, it is value for money.

Yelp
Had a great stay at Hauser. The room was a good size, we had 2 beds that can be separated or together depending on your situation. The staff was friendly, engaging and helpful. The hotel shuttle gave us a ride to the train station. I forgot my water bottle in the lobby and they called us followed by delivering it. Above and beyond. Friday night we got the all you can eat hot stone dinner, it was amazing. Lots of unique offerings. I particularly liked the venison.

Yelp
This is one of the institutions of St Moritz, with an excellent position in the middle of town and a strategic terrasse perfect for people watching (one of the fun activities of St Moritz). There is a patisserie, a bar and a restaurant. The chocolate from the patisserie looked great, specially as Easter was clearly coming, with lots of imaginative easter chocolate treats for kids. The restaurant is simple, but with a warm atmosphere - specially at night - and a good friendly service. We had some Rostie which was exactly what we needed after a day out in the snow. Prices are ok. They are very friendly with children. There is a hotel as well with decently priced rooms (ie not Palace prices)

Yelp
very good price-value within st. moritz! nice modern-traditional atmosphere! Food: the food is good and are reasonable priced. i payed for a whole appetizers-plate around CHF 20.- Service: the service was ok but nothing special. looked more likely annoyed. the speed was good and we got everything how we wanted it Ambience: youre totally in the middle of st. moritz! you can sit outside or you can sit inside in a cool designed place! i'd go there again.

Yelp
Central location, good simple room, eco-friendly. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and good to have a varied evening menu that allowed for a simple toasted sandwich as well as full meals. Great atmosphere, and I have rarely seen staff working so fast and so hard. The Hauser chocolate cake is as good as it gets!
