Hauser Hotel St. Moritz

We enjoyed our stay at Houser. The hotel provides a free transport service to/from the train station. The hotel also provides free passes that you can use during your stay for bus/lift/gondola. We used the pass to go around town or hiking. The room was modest but clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Breakfast that came with the room was basic, but we are not big on breakfast, so it was fine. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant the first night we arrived, and the food was delicious. There's a coop (grocery store) conveniently located nearby. There are high-end stores and some local stores near the hotel as well. The staff were helpful and informative. The hotel also offers late check out (with a fee of SFr 40) which we utilized to do hiking in the morning till late afternoon before we left. All in all, highly recommended it.

When I first saw the Hauser Hotel, I had this quiet feeling, this is a place I’m going to love. And I was right.||There’s something truly special about this charming Swiss hotel — the warmth of its people, the cozy country feel, and the way everything seems to invite you to slow down and simply enjoy St. Moritz.||I’ll never forget meeting Nina and Madame Ursula, who welcomed me with such kindness and sincerity. Their smiles and genuine care made me feel like family, not just a guest.||Every morning started beautifully with the smell of freshly baked bread and pastries. The breakfast spread was simply delightful — fresh fruits, eggs, juices, cold cuts — all carefully prepared with love. It felt like a true Swiss morning.||I loved sitting at the outdoor tables, breathing in the crisp mountain air, watching the world go by, and feeling so at peace.||The location couldn’t be better, close to the cable car, the train station, and surrounded by lovely shops and cafés, all just a short stroll away.||Hauser Hotel became more than just a place to stay; it became my home in St. Moritz. Thank you, Hauser Hotel, for the warmth, the care, and the beautiful memories. I can’t wait to return.

Booked one night so as to travel on the Glacier Express the next day. Picked up from Railwsy Station and left back down the next morning. Nice touch. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was nice and clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Evening meal was very good and breakfast the next morning had plenty of choice and taste. No complaints. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you.

Stayed at Hauser St Moritz for a night, and wished I had planned for another. The hotel is close to the supermarket and main escalator that brings us directly to the beautiful lakefront. The room is huge and even with an extra bed, I had more than enough room to open all my luggages freely. The staff were especially helpful. We could arrange pickup from and to the train station easily. Thank you Christina for the lovely chat! And for helping with my many questions. Wishing you the best!

The entire experience was great! Picked us up from the train station (asked them to pick us up prior to arrival), rooms were just too notch and the restaurant service is exceptional - food is great! The confuse ride is a dream. We'll stay here again.

Spacious room for 3 of us (2 adults +11olds kid). Love the bathroom which come with heater. Strategic location with easy access (5mins walking) to COOP, bus stop and train station (10mins walking). Friendly hotel staff (lobby and cafe) with smile on the face and provided good services and helpful guideline. Hotel even provided shuttle van to/from train station, thumb up!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Hauser St. Moritz! A special shout-out to Christina, the Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. She was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful—her recommendations for local dining and activities were spot on and truly elevated our experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about every guest. It was also a lovely surprise to meet Nicolas, the owner, who took the time to personally chat with us—such a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel itself is in a perfect location, just steps away from all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. Our room was beautifully maintained, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. Stayed three nights, very comfortable room, good size and clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Had trouble sleeping as there is no A/C and the windows have to be open. The problem is our side of the hotel overlooked the outdoor seating for the restaurant/bar and there was shouting, yelling and boisterous talk until 3 in the am. Talked to several guests and got the same story. I would only stay there in the winter when the windows are closed if I go back. Also, breakfast was very substandard for a hotel of this price.

Had a great stay at Hauser. The room was a good size, we had 2 beds that can be separated or together depending on your situation. The staff was friendly, engaging and helpful. The hotel shuttle gave us a ride to the train station. I forgot my water bottle in the lobby and they called us followed by delivering it. Above and beyond. Friday night we got the all you can eat hot stone dinner, it was amazing. Lots of unique offerings. I particularly liked the venison.

This is one of the institutions of St Moritz, with an excellent position in the middle of town and a strategic terrasse perfect for people watching (one of the fun activities of St Moritz). There is a patisserie, a bar and a restaurant. The chocolate from the patisserie looked great, specially as Easter was clearly coming, with lots of imaginative easter chocolate treats for kids. The restaurant is simple, but with a warm atmosphere - specially at night - and a good friendly service. We had some Rostie which was exactly what we needed after a day out in the snow. Prices are ok. They are very friendly with children. There is a hotel as well with decently priced rooms (ie not Palace prices)

very good price-value within st. moritz! nice modern-traditional atmosphere! Food: the food is good and are reasonable priced. i payed for a whole appetizers-plate around CHF 20.- Service: the service was ok but nothing special. looked more likely annoyed. the speed was good and we got everything how we wanted it Ambience: youre totally in the middle of st. moritz! you can sit outside or you can sit inside in a cool designed place! i'd go there again.

Central location, good simple room, eco-friendly. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and good to have a varied evening menu that allowed for a simple toasted sandwich as well as full meals. Great atmosphere, and I have rarely seen staff working so fast and so hard. The Hauser chocolate cake is as good as it gets!
