The resort is exceptional! The lobby is beautiful and elegant, and the rooms are spacious and luxurious. The pool is a fantastic oasis for relaxation. We want to thank all the staff for the flawless service. A special thanks goes to Sol, who was incredibly kind, sweet, and super helpful to us. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back soon.

We were in the area for a family wedding. The hotel was perfect for us- rooms were very comfortable. Loved the Cuban theme. We had our own little patio with easy access to the pool and outdoor areas. Convenient location, short walk to Publix and other shops. Shout out to Tosha who makes the best Cuban Manhattans.

Booking was smooth and simple, and the arrival experience was welcoming and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help — they set the tone for a great visit.||The beds and pillows were absolutely top-notch — incredibly comfortable and made for the best night’s sleep we’ve had in a long time. The room was spotless, fresh, and beautifully styled with that signature tropical Havana flair. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged.||The property is immaculate and beautifully kept, with a fun, laid-back Key West atmosphere. The pool area was lively and clean, with great music and energy throughout the weekend.||We enjoyed both the Floridita Food Truck and Mojitos Pool Bar — delicious food, great drinks, and attentive service. Everything came out fresh and flavorful, and the team behind the bar and kitchen was fantastic.||Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and upbeat. From the front desk to the bartenders, each team member went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.||Havana Cabana delivers on every level — clean, comfortable, fun, and welcoming. Jason and I stayed one night at Havana Cabana during our quick visit to Key West—and I wish we had more time to soak it all in. This charming, Cuban-inspired hotel sits just across from the waterfront and instantly sets the mood with its vibrant style and relaxed energy.||We checked in early and were able to settle into our room right away. Room #202 was clean, comfortable, and came with all the essentials—including bathroom amenities and a small balcony overlooking the pool area. Parking was free, and the hotel offers convenient transportation into town, which made exploring easy and stress-free.||One of our favorite moments? Enjoying drinks at the mojito bar with some late-night appetizers. The atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.||Havana Cabana felt like a little slice of tropical escape. Next time, we’re definitely staying longer.

Somewhat disappointed with the hotel. The room was fine but the pool area needs to be better. I wanted to take a water into the pool area and I was told that absolutely nothing can go into the pool area from the outside. I understand alcohol but not even a sparkling water?? And then they rent out the pool area and there were many kids. Not relaxing at all. Honestly I would not stay here again. They do have a shuttle every hour which is convenient. It’s more for families than couple get away.

My fiancé booked a trip off Expedia for my 50th. This place was great and even had a bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room. Everything you need is there on the resort. You can rent bikes or scooters there or go right next store and rent a golf cart/Jeep. The pool was nice, the tiki bar was right next to the pool, the food truck was next to the tiki bar(food and series great) front desk was awesome. Can’t wait to go back. Our new favorite spot in the Keys. Thank you everyone for making my 50th great.

Our long weekend at the Havana Cabana in Key West was absolutely fantastic. This hotel truly captures the relaxing, laid-back vibe of the Keys while providing top-notch amenities and service. The highlight of our stay was definitely the beautifully large pool. It's the perfect spot to unwind, soak up the sun, and enjoy the tropical atmosphere. We also highly recommend the Cuban French toast—a delicious and unique twist on a breakfast classic that we thoroughly enjoyed. Our room was also a standout. It was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room for us to relax after a day of exploring. What truly made our stay special, though, was the exceptional service we received. The hotel's pet-friendly policy was a huge plus, and we were so grateful for Joe's friendly and thoughtful service at check-in. He made us feel so welcome and even provided our small puppy with her own bowls and toys—a gesture that went above and beyond our expectations. We also want to thank David and Chris for their kind and helpful service in accommodating our requests, making sure our stay was perfect. We highly recommend the Havana Cabana for anyone looking for a pet-friendly hotel with great service, a gorgeous pool, and a comfortable stay in Key West. We can't wait to come back!

Spoke to front desk after discovering the night before that there was hair everywhere on my bed by pillows her name was Solana at front desk ,since there are apparently no manager working here. I asked very politely to clean my room. This was 8 hours ago. Said they have to make the rounds first. I was not given an apology at all. I did not even ask for anything other than to clean. Never coming back. Beware !!
