These Restaurants in Havana Embody Cuban Creativity

"With four plush guest rooms and museum-worthy pieces, Portería—owned by a prominent Havana antique dealer—offers an intimate, art-filled stay that felt more like a private collection than a guesthouse." - Anya von Bremzen

Whoever was working 7/27 was very discriminatory. He did not let my friend in claiming she had “too much too drink” even though she just had a broken sandal. We then explained to him her broken shoe situation and he proceeded to get defensive ordering us to get out the way. Never met a rude staff before. I’ve been here several times. More than I can count on my two hands. It’s a shame he was very rude. Will warn people about the “bouncers” behavior towards other peoples skin color

Google
who ever was working 7/27 very discriminatory and did not allow friend to go in because her shoe was broken, and tried to explain and they did not want to listen. very bad customer service, proceeded to explain but did not want listen and did not let us in. will not be coming back, simply because i never met a rude staff member before. i hope this reaches management because this is unacceptable

The atmosphere is full of energy from the moment you walk in, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. What really sets it apart is the two-room setup. One space plays nonstop Latin music that keeps the dance floor moving, while the other bumps hip hop, r&b, and pop for a completely different vibe. You can switch it up depending on your mood, which makes the whole experience feel fresh and exciting. Both spaces have plenty of space to dance and table and drink prices and reasonable. Definitely visit for a fun night out.

Google
Pathetic, inhumane, unaware. It could be a fun club. It’s a fun crowd, but the staff seems to be encouraged to be unfriendly and unaccommodating. More than three quarters of the floor plan is empty, but nobody is allowed to sit. The staff seems to be doing their best to enforce the rules. The rules are ridiculous.

We had a reservation for vip section and from the time we went to the line through security, to the host who introduced our waitress and into our section and the bouncer who watched over our section…everything was great! Every team member was friendly. The waitress checked on us to see if we needed anything and the bouncer was great. The music was good. We were in the main room but walked through the other rooms. They were all pretty crowded and everyone was having a good time. The hookah was decent. The vibe was nice. it was very reasonable for a VIP section and bottle…

Google
Scrambled most of the night trying to find somewhere for nightlife and glad we came here. Bar service was quick and friendly. The music was on point in both rooms! We enjoyed it, especially the girl talk in the bathroom lol I always love how we hype each other up. Drinks are expensive, but that goes with the territory.

Yesterday August 8, 2025 I went here, I would say it was a really good experience they were very nice and polite. Even with people who already too drunk and making a mess they dont abuse their power and handle it correctly, the manager I dont know his name was very kind and easy to talk with which is weird to find in this country. the prices were what we discussed nothing hidden nothing weird. I was afraid to go for the bad reviews . I didnt see any drugs I would say overall is pretty safe of course you should never leave drinks unattended in any place or take them from strangers. I had definitely had a blast :)

Google
This was my first time here for 90s/00s night on Friday 8/8. The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. We were not aware of the dress code rules for men at this club, and my male friend was told he is not allowed to wear a tank top. so they told me, a woman, that i had to give my friend my short sleeve shirt for him to be able to enter. I told them i had nothing underneath my shirt and i would not be able to change unless we both went to a restroom. they gave me and EXTREMELY rude look when i said that, like it’s their business how i need to dress myself, and then refused to allow that and forced my friend to spend $25 on a shirt. i was extremely upset by this and was speaking to my friends on the phone about the situation when a very aggresive old white man working there yelled at me to go inside and stop “bad mouthing them.” I have never been to a club with a dresscode as strict and ridiculous as that, and the rule is very obviously a money grab and power trip for them. And even after all of that, the club was dead and very lame. It was a huge waste of our money and time and we had a lot more fun at MJQ that has a respectful and kind staff with no ridiculous rules.

Yelp
Drinks are priced differently. I ordered my first drink in the main bar and when I ordered the same drink in the salsa room it was $3 more. Mostly younger crowd. Salsa room played good latin music however the main dance room did not. I would say it is not an upscale For a mid level club $750 for a table- party of 9 is way too. I woul not consider it upscale at all based on my overall experience.

Yelp
Haven't been here since 2011 and I see why. It still costs $20 to get in, and there are 2 lines; 1 for cash payment and 1 for card. And don't think you can get in 1 line and think youre gonna slide over and pay another way, they WILL make you go to the back of the line. That happened to a friend of mine, so I had to get him cash real quick so he can come in with me and my friend. Per usual, there are no places to sit unless you have a section. The drinks were amazing tbh..... but I hate there were no places to sit. It was crowded af, full of college kids and young adults under 25.... the main dance room was EDM mixes of 2000s and 2010s music, one room was semi Latin and the other room was rap/hip hop. This is NOT a club for those of us who are 30+. I most likely won't be back unless A) they start having grown and sexy nights meant for those of us who are 30+ and they have OPEN seating or B) someone has a section and im invited to it ‍ This is a cute club for college kids and those under 25. If you're over 30, dont come here. You will be miserable.

Yelp
!!! TRAFFICKING ALERT !!!!! Sat 24 2025 at 1:30am I came with family as soon as I entered i waited for the rest to enter I see a young Latin girl clearly drunk and unable to walk straight being carried out by a grown Indian male over 40 years old exiting out the club and trying to leave I stop them cause intuition is never wrong I ask her if she knew the man and wasn't able to respond directly Atlanta PD was there and wasn't keeping an eye out until I had to yell out to them that she didn't know him after asking her again we were able to separate and contact her friend and get her to safety after entering club again I noticed a lot of older Indian looking men standing around looking around which I supposed for other victims they were not dancing, drinking or anything please be safe out here look after your friends at all times

Yelp
Great place for a 21st birthday party! VIP table was in a great location, staff was very helpful and the bouncer ensured people that weren't invited didn't enter the area.

Yelp
This club was really a great spot while we were in town celebrating my wife's birthday. Coming from an older guy that still likes the bar and night life, this place made me feel right at home. Everyone minding their business and enjoying their time. The music is really awesome and has 3 different areas with their own music and vibes. The drinks were the star as they don't cheat you on what you pay for. This club has me wanting to go back and visit again and again.

Yelp
I am never going here again and neither should you. As a girl, I was assaulted by one of the male managers. For context, me and my friend were holding onto each others hands bc we didn't want to lose each other. A man (turns out he's the manager) was trying to walk through our arms. Personally as a girl I was not about to lose my friend so I held onto her. He's still trying to force his way through which made no sense. He yells aggressively at me to "MOVE!". I tell him that i am not letting go of my friend. He then takes it upon his self to put his hand on me and forcefully rip my arm away from my friend. As any other person would be, i'm livid. I try to locate him to report him to an employee, but of course, he is the manager. This man is white, bald, with a reddish-brown beard, and muscular. I look to some other guy who worked there and asked who that guy is because he just assaulted me. That's when i find out he's the manager. The guy was of no help and gave me a blank stare when I was seeking help. Now, I understand why he made that face because this is a regular occurrence for Havana. At this point, I didn't know what to do so we just left. Realistically, the manager could've said excuse me and it would be fine or also let my friend pass before he crossed through. He had no need to be aggressive. And honestly, I should've found a cop to make a report, but I fear it wouldn't have done anything. If this ever happens to you however, I would definitely file a police report because i didn't realize this is an establishment issue until after reading several reviews. I never would've thought. On top of all of this, the music was bad. The shots were barely shots. It was not worth the $20 cover at all. NEVER EVER EVER WILL HAVANA BE GETTING MY MONEY.

Yelp
So, I am not really a nightlife club type of girl. I enjoyed coming out with my friends to this place; it really is fun to just get to dance around and be silly. This place is definitely for of a like millenial or genx vibe. Nothing wrong with that but me and my friends are 21 and the crowd there is just definitely not us. The music is okay sometimes, however I kind of never know the songs played. We asked if they can take requests and they denied us. I also got in trouble for putting on the hood of my jacket. The cover fee is $20, which to me is slightly steep for the type of experience you are getting. The drinks are also ridiculously expensive, but thats typical of most clubs I think. I had a conversation with one of the female bartenders and she was super sweet and she complained that people never tip there so I made sure to tip her extra (despite the already expensive drink lol). I would come back again! I don't have much to compare it to because this was my first club, but I enjoyed it!

Yelp
Rude bodyguards and overcharged drinks. If you want to go to a club with no seats in sight (because they want you to suffer and shell out the big bucks for the VIP booth which were empty across the club), this would be right up your alley. Never EVER going back.

Yelp
My friend was violently assaulted by several security guards this past weekend after coming to celebrate her best friend's wedding. She went to use the bathroom, noticed the women's line was long, and that the single stall men's room was wide open. She went to use the men's bathroom, and instead of being told she could not and to get back in the women's line, one guard pushed her out, grabbed her by the throat and DRAGGED HER by her THROAT out of the venue. This guard was joined by four other guards to help. My friend is 5'7 and no more than 130lbs. Why are five men needed to physically remove her from the club? Who physically removes a patron for trying to use the wrong bathroom in the first place? When her boyfriend realized what was happening and met her outside, the guards taunted him for not "defending her." They were clearly trying to provoke him so they could assault him, too. The level of mental and physical trauma this has caused my friend is upsetting to see, as were the physical cuts, bruises and blood on her gown. All you have to do is scroll through the rest of these reviews to see that this is a longstanding pattern that the owner refuses to address. DO NOT GO HERE if you value your safety and prefer to go places that prioritize customer service and respect.

Yelp
There are 3 dance floors in separate rooms but only 2 were open when my girlfriends and I arrived. One room was playing Latin music (salsa, merengue, bachata, etc.) and the other was playing Top 40s music. It was pretty crowded when we arrived but not much dancing going on. Not much of a party vibe. Drinks were good.

Yelp
We had a great time celebrating for a bach weekend, but unfortunately security/bar girl didn't do a great job of keep people out of our section or from drinking out of our bottle. One person even spit or dropped something that became foamy into one of our drinks. Two guys were lurking when we returned from dancing and when I called Lucky over they ran tf off. I reported this issue and he stated he'd be right back but never returned. The two of us who kept drinking before noticing what happened are now sick (mostly flu like symptoms) and the one person who didn't consume anything afterwards is fine. Not saying anything specific here because I have no evidence but it's just a strange coincidence. Anyway coming here is fine without VIP seating, it's a cool place until the fights break out which is just a part of the culture of the city and club scene, unfortunately. People were smoking weed in nearly every room, so that was off-putting. They also auto add gratuity which is great for the staff, but if they feel like slacking, being rude, or taking your bottle before it's finished they can do that and still be paid in full. They give you an option to add an additional amount which I would only recommend if you're satisfied completely.

Yelp
Had to pay $20 for parking and then a $20 per person cover fee which the cover fee was fine just wasn't expecting to pay for parking too. Definitely an interesting experience. People of all ages & backgrounds were here. The drinks were reasonably priced. We stayed for maybe an hour and that was enough. In the "Top 40's" room all played was radio 2010 music, and not the good stuff either. The latin room was the most overcrowded room, you couldn't even dance without hitting someone.

Yelp
do NOT go to havana. unless you intend on getting physically assaulted by their own employees. my friends went on saturday night for a birthday (a group of guys and girls). out of nowhere, two of my guy friends got assaulted by the bouncers for unknowingly standing in a section that was reserved by a party. they had apologized and moved out of the area, and then a bouncer aggressively threw his hands around one of their necks and choked him. another bouncer punched my other friend in the face multiple times until he was on the floor. two days later and my friends still have choke marks and a swollen face. i believe that the club has done nothing to hold their employees accountable. absolutely ridiculous and traumatizing.

Yelp
I went out to Havana this past Saturday with my friends after eating at Kabob Land up the street. There was a $20 cover for everyone, they accept cash and card. The staff all seemed pretty nice! The club's main room played a mix of EDM & Latin music, which ended up being a great music combo mix. They also played some soca and dancehall as well. There are also two other rooms with different music, my boyfriend told me one of the rooms was pure, authentic Latin music. I thought the drinks were pretty cheap compared to other clubs I've been to. I paid $32 for a henny pineapple and two jamesons with ginger ale. The DJ was on point and the place wasn't too crowded. I really liked how the club was set up and everyone seemed to be having a great time! Clearly the pandemic must be over considering how many folks were making out on the dancefloor hahaha I definitely recommend checking this place out for a night to remember!

Yelp
Went here because someone had a table. Ordered a bottle of Remi Martin and ciroc and it was a fun time! I loVe the open space, and didn't realize until half way through how many rooms there were! It wasn't all hot and sweaty and packed like most places in Atlanta, and I really appreciated that. Didn't have to pay cover bEcause we had a table so that was awesome! Loved the music that they played all night and I will definitely come here for any occasion to celebrate.
google avatar

Niral J.

Yelp
One of the best clubs in Atlanta because they have 3 rooms with different music including Spanish & Hip-hop. They offer free drinks and deals sometimes, but recently they have implemented a $20 cover to get in, which is annoying.

Drennan L.

Yelp
I would like to bring to your attention that I experienced an incredibly homophobic interaction at your club last night between the bouncer and beautiful black gay man, the bouncer wouldn't let him in without changing his outfit to something more "masculine". What disgusting behavior, this is a club, IN ATLANTA. He was wearing a stylish, club appropriate shirt and was told to change. 2022, not here for bullying, not here for any phobias or discrimination. 0/10 will not be back.
google avatar

Erica F.

Yelp
there is very limited parking at the front of the place but theres some parking at the buildings around the club that you can park for free. the club is somewhat upscale and very large. the people here is very good looking and the place is spacious and very well decorated. they have 3 rooms with different musical styles and plenty of bars so getting a drink is not an issue at all. they sell cigars and smoking is allowed inside the club, for me that was a plus since I am a smoker myself. we had a great time even though we did not get a table nor bottle service but that is also available here if your party want the VIP experience. this was a very great club, you have a Spanish room, a top 40`s and a hip hop room, music for all tastes! I loved it!

Yelp
Outdated night club -- $20 male charge upfront encourages a very young crowd. Not my personal favorite. The location is large and offers multiple types of music which is nice, however it just feels like a 2005 venue. Would love to see a place like this attempt to attract an older crowd. Plenty of potential.
google avatar

Jessica Y.

Yelp
Compared to other nighclubs in Atlanta, this one definitely fairs a little better. First, if you go online or call, you can get yourself on guest list to avoid having to pay a cover fee. Second, you have different rooms with different music. One room is EDM, the second is top 40, and the third is latin music. They even give a free latin dance class earlier in the night. Upon arrival, the Valet is right there. It's ONLY $5.00! That's so cheap compared to what I'm use to ($15-$20). The bouncers are really friendly. It was so easy getting in. Guestlist ends at 11:00PM so be sure to get there a little early. I must say, the crowd here is REALLY diverse. It's really strange. You have so many different types of people rather than just one specific group, which is kind of nice. One amazing thing for the ladies is that the bathroom line is actually not too bad. Too many places, the line is ridiculous and not enough stalls. Not here! There are plenty of stalls so don't you ladies worry. There are a couple of gripes: First, the top 40 sometimes sounds like the EDM room. But I guess EDM is pretty mainstream so there is a crossover. Secondly, the drinks are not very strong at all. I ordered a vodka soda and all I tasted was the soda. Overall, I've liked this place much more than other clubs so I'm going to check it out again for sure.

Yelp
Love this place! Me and a few friends gathered together in ATL and we had one of those epic Friday nights at this club. I drove here from a small town in Tennessee and was pretty much impressed with the way the club was organized. It was a perfectly balanced club with different rooms for each kind of music. The drinks were great. Decently expensive, diverse crowd and on floor hookah available for us to purchase. I liked it. Will be here again!

Yelp
I am a huge fan of Havana club. I only go there once a year and that is every Halloween for the past 4 years. I love the variety of music they play and the fact that they have 3 different dance areas. Sometimes you might not necessarily like a certain song or get tired of the music and if you do you can easily switch to the next room which will be playing a different genre. The prices seemed to be increasing I think because it is becoming a really popular halloween party club. The first time i went i got in free, followed by $20 two times after and the last time it was $40.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing club atmosphere. Just had a beer but was impressed with all three rooms. The club is well kept from the bathrooms to the dance floor! Looking forward to coming back!

Yelp
I've been to Havana twice, most recently this past weekend and I think it's a decent place to go out dancing. They have 3 rooms- the main room and 2 smaller rooms in the back. This isn't a fancy, exclusive club. It's more lax than most and I like that. Thoughts and Recommendations: - Good music. Being Latina I'm really just interested in the Latin room. This past Saturday I got lucky because both rooms in the back were playing Latin music! So if I wasn't feeling one DJ I'd just walk over to the other. - Decent Price. My husband and I paid $20 each to get in (since we got there are 11PM) and $10 for valet. Way cheaper than paying for Uber round trip that's for sure! - Diverse crowd! I honestly love to see people of all different walks of life having fun in one place. Old, young, white, black, blue, and green, you name it, it's a place for everyone. - Attire is all over the place. You see guys in suits and ties, and others in hoodies, girls in skin tight dresses and others in jeans and sweaters. I thought a dresscode would be more strict (and maybe it should be) but it's not. Many girls complain and give poor reviews because there were "creepy guys" trying to dance with them. Um, hello that's ANY club you go to, that's not something that only happens at Havana and shouldn't be a reflection of the establishement. We just need to do better as a society to raise men that actually respect women. Maybe some day we'll get there.

Yelp
Does not let 18 and up in for 21 and up idk why online it's listed as 18 and up im 19 and I waited in line for 15 min with a full bladder in the freezing cold just to get denied at the door by the bouncer I even called ahead and asked if they let 18 and up in and the woman said yes how tf

Yelp
Ugh. This was a disaster. I paid $20 for valet cause that's all they have. I went to the club for a bachelorette party and it was crowded like I would expect. I was with a group of about 8 girls and we were all dancing with eachother and literally every second we were being touched and pulled away by Indian men. They were literally surrounding us and randomly I would feel someone grab my hand and pull on me and I would push away and then another guy would grab my arm and it was happening to all of us non stop. It's creepy and I didn't even feel safe in my group of friends I had. These men are literally by themselves, 40-50 years old just preying in women and when you push them away they are super disrespectful. My friend and I left and got our car and the valet guy got out and he immediately said "You got a tip?" In a very rude way like I didn't plan on tipping him. I gave him a 5 but he definitely did not deserve it.

Yelp
I'm in Atlanta for the weekend, and my date brought me here last night. I thought it was a fun place to go! They do id you, and I got a brief pat down. I got in for free and that was nice! Normally there is a $20 cover. The bartenders were great: I told them I wanted something sweet with vodka, and they both delivered. Drinks average $9 here, and it's a generous amount. The music they play is okay. Some songs were great, but the rest were a miss. There is VIP seating, but it's pricey. Minimum, our group of eight would have had to run a $360 tab. Considering most of us only had two drinks, it wasn't worth it. It gets crowded around midnight, but I didn't deal with any creeps myself. Witnessed a few, though. Overall, I'd go back again. But I'd wear more comfortable shoes since there's no seating if you're not VIP.

Yelp
Went in a Saturday 1/26/19 . Only option was valet parking $10. The parking guy said to get in was free for ladies. When we got to the entrance they were charging $20 per person. If it is your birthday or you are Military you get in for free. The guy at the entrance ask if I was in the guest list lol like what guess list?. Then once you get in they have like two rooms one for American music and the second one for Latin music. Both rooms they have this white couches that you will have to pay $500 to sit plus whatever you order. They have like 5 chairs near the bar in the American music room and that's it. Be prepared to be in your feet all Night unless you want to pay $500 to sit. Later during the night the place got full but nobody was paying $500 one of the girls ask us if we wanted to seat for $100 like really?. It was a nice club. DJ in the Latin room was playing old music like dude you need to update that music. Good thing water was free. But my feet was hurting really bad. And when leaving had to wait like 30 minutes for my vehicle. There was a few ladies with sandals and tennis shoes and jeans. Some people was dress nice and others very casual. Don't bring your jackets in they don't like you leaving them around. The coaches they charge $500 to sit are white and have stains and holes see the pictures. I will Not go back. Staff was nice no issue with that.

Yelp
Not quite the best of what Atlanta has to offer. A very pretentious place where it's very easy to be overlooked if you aren't deemed of importance. The drink prices are kind of stiff, and the customer service is really lacking, but that can come custom in this scene. The dancefloor is always uncomfortably overpacked whenever I've been; could be a good thing for some people, and a huge annoyance for others. If you're looking to have a good time while in Atlanta, there are definitely a few more alluring choices.

Yelp
Cool club love the concept of different music in each area. This place can get crowded but boy is it a good time. The drinks are always good not watered down. Valet can be a hassle if leaving at closing but one of my favorite places to party.
google avatar

Mritunjay K.

Yelp
Nice place to chill out with friends, there are 3 dance floors so you will have enough place there to dance freely and enjoy party tracks. Ambiance is good and drinks are moderately priced. Vallet parking is charged so guys prefer cab....

Kimberly C.

Yelp
Customer responsibility sucks. They have no responsibility of anyones customers even after paying so much to get them into the club. They said no policy for no hats but no where does it say that this is messed up. No refund for that.

Yelp
I went to Havana last Friday night with a friend. We parked across the street at Anthony's because of the line to park at Havana's. (Based on the other reviews, this was a good thing.) Walking up to the door, I knew my friend and I were in trouble. Frankly, we didn't look like hookers. I'm willing to skank it out a bit if I need to, but my friend and I looked like suburban housewives compared to the girls going in this club, and we had on tight jeans and cute shirts! The doorman was very nice to us. I had to admit, I was worried when I saw how the women were dressed going in, but we got in with no problem and a $5 cover. Like everyone else has said, there are three different areas, but the main space is broken up into a section upstairs - larger dancing area and few tables and downstairs - stripper pole and sofa/high-top table seating. We walked through the rooms with Latin music and house music, but they were much smaller rooms and super crowded, so we stuck to the main room. As for the crowd, we weren't feeling it. They were a little young and honestly, tasteless. But isn't everyone when they're young??? And there were some seriously older men in there with younger women - I mean 20 years older than me. It freaked me out a bit because these old guys were dressed like the guys in their 20's. An Affliction t-shirt on a 50-yr-old looks...well, bad. I didn't have problems getting drinks, but then again, I avoided the female bartenders who spent more time flirting than pouring. And this club had three of them! Slackers! And there was a lot of cigar smoking. I'm guessing it's the new "young guy" thing to do this. There was also a lot of cigarette smoking, but the space is big enough in the front to move around to avoid. I didn't smell like I'd rolled in an ashtray when I left, and that's always a plus. I gave Havana 3 stars because with the right crowd, this would be a happening spot. I like the layout and the use of space, but I'll have to pass on Friday night. Let me finish by mentioning the older Middle Eastern man who asked me to dance and when I said no, offered to pay me $20. Honestly, I might have done it if he'd offered $50. *snicker* So if any of you girls are looking for a senior citizen hookup, this might be a good spot!

Yelp
I came here on a Friday night expecting it to Turn Up- Turn Up- Turn Up, to my demise no one really Turned up. I waited til 12:30 AM, i guess people got tired of the bouncers interrogation, intimidation, and hazing. The service here is lousy therefore the club gets empty. The worst part is mean girls sitting at their desk judging everybody who walks through the door. They have an entire shop dedicated to smokers, who want to euthanize their lungs. Now, on the bright side music was kickin'' even in the latin room people were dancing cha cha. $5 valet parking.. why not? no wait in line at bathroom, I think they got more then 12 stalls mirrors all around.. They have three dance floor.. Top 40, Techno, andddd LATIN music..

Yelp
Worst club in Atlanta. The 7 of us were paying customers, just trying to have fun. Out of no where a short darker skinned dude hits our friend in the face, apparently our friend "hit on his girl." Sorry man, my friend isn't into thiccccc girls. Bouncer and security proceeded to do nothing and threatened to kick us out. That's real professional Havana, VERY DISAPPOINTING. Go there if you want to pay cover and get hit in the face!

Yelp
You won't ever find the perfect venue but Havana is pretty close. I like the diverse crowds here and Buckhead is a safer area to party and hang out at. Drinks are mixed well here and range from $9 + unless you're getting shots. If I'm out with good company this isn't a downfall for me really, the ambiance is nice. People are allowed to smoke in here but I mean you know we all prefer that you nawt lol VIP here is always loads of fun and private. It's def worth it if you have a good group who likes to drink and have fun. One gripe is the valet staff, be careful with that because one time previously coming here my friends were a little too gone and they wouldn't give these girls their car keys back (not to drive but to keep it with me so we could pick it up the next day) without paying 15$ extra otherwise they couldn't get their cars until after Sunday. I guess it costs $20 to park overnight?

Yelp
Overpriced on Friday night. $20 for men, $10 for women. I was out with friends and we were seated in the VIP area in the Latin dance area in back. The server ignored our group over some regulars that were in the seating area next to us. We had to get our own drinks at the bar area from the bartender who tried to get our drinks brought to us, but it didn't work. We had to visit the bar several times to get our drinks so we won't waste time on the VIP seating next time.

Yelp
Hm. What should someone who is far, far away from the target market use to review a place? It's a club. It's too loud to meet people and talk unless you stand outside the bathrooms. The drinks (even straight) were moderate strength, but that could be explained by the open bar when we arrived. What rescued the venue for me (other than the company): Live music and live performance. I have no idea if these will be regular items, but non-dead entertainment is always a plus. The band was an interesting mash-up group. It's difficult to explain, but they were a good, energetic party band. On to the performance... A woman walked into the electronica (talk about dead music) area in a nicely out-of-place outfit. The fact that she didn't fit in already was a bonus. Then she started climbing a sash in the middle of the room. After a bit of setting up, she launched into a great aerial burlesque performance. Highly, highly unexpected. If you're going to be too loud to meet new people, the unexpected remains a way to attract a crowd. As does burlesque. If I were single, this club might be more interesting. Happily monogamous, I'll likely only return if a group of friends is going.

Yelp
They have a great sound system in the house room. In fact, although a bit small, it is like the best sound system in Atlanta. DJ Mogill (in the back house room) is a tad poppy, but overall is really good. The front area with white couches is for sure the most "posh" are for tables in the club. Bottle service is reasonable, as are drinks in general here. This place reminds of similar style places in Asia and South America that have various rooms that cater to a vast range of ages and tastes. These joints often take pride in having a live band (at least for some of the night) in the main room. Havana is classy, and yet not too over the top in my opinion. I personally tend to be a tad weary (if I am driving) of staying that deep in Buckhead if i am drinking, but overall the staff here treat us well and I need to come here more often.

Yelp
This is now my favorite nightclub in Atlanta! I'm usually not a club person anymore because they're usually all the same with the same music and blah but me and my group of friends had a blast here! Upon arriving the exterior design is great! It almost gives you that feel as if you're in Miami or LA. Our group was about 15-16 people deep and we didn't have a problem getting in in an orderly fashion. The bouncer was an asshole in a good way though! Had individuals try to skip the line (I assume they were regulars) and he told them to get to the back of the line more than once. It was quite funny. The interior doesn't disappoint either. Bars are everywhere and there are separate dance floors to accommodate the diversity of the club goers. The main floor had your top hip-hop, pop, and R&B hits and classics. In another room nearby there was salsa dancing, and in another room there was a glow party going on. Once we got to our large VIP section, that's when we really turned up! The drinks were great and the hookah was some of the best hookah I've ever smoked. This is a great establishment and it met our standards. I am considering having my 30th birthday celebration here next year!

Yelp
So on sat night from 10- 11pm they have free salsa lessons in the Latin room.. I went for the classes and they actually Really helped I was salsa dancing by the end of the night! My friend and I had a great time.. There are 3 rooms with music. The Latin room and the hip hop/pop room (the 3rd room wasn't open this sat I went) so u can go salsa dancing for a while then go and twerk for the rest of the night.. the atmosphere is upscale club feel ! There is absolutely no where to sit if you don't have a section ! So ladies be ready for sore feet if your heels are not comfortable. The bottles in the latin room start at 300 then you can sit in a section so I would advise getting a section if you are with a group of friends. But besides no seating I had a great time and can't wait to go back!! ( ps the drinks are awesome! I had only 2 drinks and found myself throwing up in the Waffle House parking lot .smh be careful they are strong )

Yelp
Came here recently on Saturday night arrived super late 1:00 a.m. $20.00 cover charge for women and men. Went around and decided to get a hookah they have a short menu of hookahs and the small one cost $40.00 as it is they are over selling hookahs okay it's a club, understandable. I get the bill and it says $48.00 as my total than leaving the tip and total for me to fill out!!!!! Which means if your just signing and adding a tip they are hoping you don't noticed how they sneaked it right in! flag, I noticed it and asked both guys and they said the system does that automatically and they had nothing to do with that! which means they automatically add gratuity 20%%%%%%%% NO Where on the receipt did it say that they will add it or do they have the right. They did it without my consent!!! This is a shady business practice, I couldn't get a straight answer they blamed it on the computer. BS! I came to have a good time and ended up getting scammed in addition; to 15 mins before 3:00 with out notice or last calls they stopped the music to kick everyone out!!!!! No warning . There's are many more options nearby, go there!

Yelp
This place has one major problem...if they were to fix it then I would probably give it a solid 4....get some fucking tables and chairs for your paying customers! Regular ass seating on the main floor is not "VIP" in any other city. VIP seating is an area created to separate you from everybody else's shenanigans. All they did was cutoff everything but the dance floor for VIP so that if you want to sit down you HAVE to get a VIP table. I have literally NEVER been to an establishment that doesn't have any regular seating...guess what ATL, NYC has expensive ass leasing also and they have seating for us peasants that pay your 20$ entry and buy drinks. If you are up dancing in heels it's nice to be able to sit for a couple minutes. Not to mention you wouldn't have such a problem with keeping your dance floor clean if you didn't have drinks on the dance floor spilling all over the place. Seating rant over... next issue, letting people smoke anywhere they want. I prefer the no smoking in facility rule, however, if you are going to let people smoke in the club you should designate a section so we don't get burned by these assholes' cigarettes since were all forced to stand and dance in the same spot while they have their cigarette in their hand like some sort of chem light at a rave or some shit. Last issue, the only dress code issue I had was someone being allowed in with their entire ass/underwear out and their belt under their ass cheeks . You would not let a female walk in with her entire ass hanging out of pants with just her underwear so why we letting grown ass men do it. It's not a style, it's just tacky as fuck. Positives of this place, the dj's were on point, bartenders were cool, attentive and made good drinks. Drink prices were in line with location. Ambience was nice with space to move and not get bumped every time you turn around. Good energy. Wish the Latin room played more variety but the DJ played good reggaeton that kept the energy up, but it got old...you can still achieve that level of energy with merengue and salsa added in. I wouldn't come back unless they had seating. If they fixed that I would definitely go back.
