This has been literally the best bagel I've ever had. It is an authentic local bagel, the bread is so fresh, the ingredients are also fresh and the variety of cream cheese types it's amazing! I had an "everything" bagel, smoked salmon, avocado, vegetables and an iced cappuccino. The price might be a little high, but it's worth every penny. I highly recommend this place!!

Tasty, but very over priced. Could get a whole breakfast platter at any deli near by, but if you want to try something different there sandwiches are tasty. Bagels are 7/10. Worth a try.

First Brooklyn bagel and was very delicious, got a asiago (cheese) bagel with cream cheese. Overall filled with cc in a big heavy toasted bagel made it very filling for around 5 bucks. Definitely worth a visit!

I recently visited Supper and had a great experience. The bagel was really good, and the atmosphere was very cool. The service was also very polite, which made the experience even better. Prices were also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Supper to anyone looking for a good meal.

First I ordered two cappuccino they were milk, no espresso at all, then I ordered two pastrami sandwiches, was asked if I wanted full meat, meaning the amount of meat should of been greater, not at all for the price, disappointed , never again

Expensive, but one of the few bagel shops in Brooklyn that offers a tasty and filling gluten free bagel. Would recommend to others who are gluten intolerant.

Yes, yes, their bagels are great. But they also have the SINGLE BEST black and white cookie in New York. It's huge and fresh and so delicious, to the point that they're honestly dangerous. I've had probably 100 of them.

Have-A-Bagel is my go to bagel spot in the area. It's become a weekly tradition for me to grab a bagel from them and eat it at Domino Park when the weather is nice. The service is quick, the workers are very kind and remembered me after just a few visits. The bagels themselves are hefty and very satisfying with a healthy spread of cream cheese. My typical order is an everything bagel toasted with Jalapeno Cheddar cream cheese. They also have gluten free bagels (approved by my friend who is allergic to gluten) and vegan tofu cream cheese (approved by my friend who is lactose intolerant).

Have-A-Bagel is a tiny little bodega in Williamsburg that's all about the bagels--and they do them really well. You can technically grab snacks or drinks here too, but most people are clearly coming for the bagels. I got two: - Everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. It was delicious. A classic and comforting, but I do wish it had a bit more cheese. - Plain bagel with cream cheese, lox, avocado, and (supposed to be no onion). They added onion anyway, but I just took it off and wow... the bagel was amazing. Soft, fresh, and it basically melts in your mouth. I'd absolutely get it again. No tables inside, just a bench outside, but it works if you're grabbing something quick. The staff was really nice, and service was fast. All in all, a great little neighborhood spot. Simple, tasty, and exactly what you want when you're craving a good bagel.

Really solid bagel spot! With all the boutique bagel places popping up, I was craving an authentic ny deli style bagel and stumbled upon Have A Bagel. I was immediately greeted by a very welcoming and friendly staff. The environment inside is very cool, lots of graffiti style art on the walls! Menu is very large with decent prices. I got an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and bacon - my go to. Overall it was really solid! The bagel was tasty and so was the cream cheese. I did wish the bagel was a bit warmer/ fresher though. For 9:30am on a Thursday I'd assume they'd be hot out of the oven! Generally- I'd definitely recommend if you're looking for a classic ny bagel with a friendly neighborhood experience! I'm excited to go back and try more from the menu.

I can't compare to any other bagel spot around the area, but this spot was great. The bagels were big and chewy and they're very generous with the amount of cream cheese they put on the bagel. They have a lot of options on their menu that could really cover anything that you want. There was little to no line when I walked in so service was quick.

Quick and friendly service. Fresh garlic bagel with scallion lox spread and coffee was perfectly done and taste was spot on. Good thing I don't live in this area or I would be every day.

By far my favorite bagel spot in the area!! They are so big, thick, and chewy if I could I would eat one every single day. I've gotten them toasted, but prefer not as they are always fresh and just perfect! Lots of different flavors to choose from and the scallion cream cheese just hits the spot. The servers are also great, not super chatty but very fast and great at what they do. It's a small spot without seats but there is a bench outside and you can buy a lot of different drinks inside!

I happened to venture to BK twice this holiday weekend. On Sunday morning I found myself crossing the Williamsburg bridge on a very empty stomach. As I made the left I approached a red light and happened to see a very bustling shop with tons of foot traffic in and out. Just so happened to be an available parking spot right in front. I merged right, parked and ventured inside. This place was so busy, the regulars were familiar with the routine, the newbie (me) quickly adapted. I found the order counter, briefly read the menu board as I placed my order, grabbed a drink and headed to the payment counter. I paid and waited for my order to be called. Extremely busy but efficient, the staff was very friendly, they could tell I just strolled in. A small store, think bodega, where you can grab and go. However, on a nice day you can sit right out front on some tree wrapped benches. Once my order was called I headed back to the car. I had a piping hot Everything Egg Bagel with scrambled eggs, honey turkey & tomatoes and a Natalie's Tangerine Juice. Extremely filling, it definitely hit the spot and helped to fuel my very long day. I would definitely return whenever I am exiting off the bridge on an empty stomach. Just A Note: Parking does not seem like it will be easily accessible on a regular basis (ie: week days / morning rush hour)

Delicious and soft thick bagels. I only ever order bagels from here and some small sample cream cheese spreads at times. I've gotten the strawberry spread and vegetable spread. By far so good and delicious on a nice toasted bagel. I have a big household and their bagels hold with softness and freshness for days at a time. I don't even have to refrigerate them to maintain freshness. I just put them in a brown bag and close it. I've eaten 3-4 day old bagels that still had super soft texture to it. My favorite bagel is the egg bagel. I've gotten so many varieties of bagels it's truly hard to choose which is best. I highly recommend.

Shit was gas. I stayed at a hotel near by and got it for breakfast two days in a row. I got the original lox bagel both times. Was $19 though

My friend and I came here on a Sunday morning to grab breakfast. I got an untoasted egg everything bagel with garlic herb cream cheese. The bagel was large and puffy, and the cream cheese was pungent (in a good way!). Solid bagel place.

I will always go out of my way to get a bagel from this place. I went and ordered a coffee and bagel for a quick breakfast, and boy did they deliver. It's pretty simple- walk in and order what you want. They get what you need out to you in no time. I will definitely be back here next time I am in the Williamsburg area!

I'd give Have-a-Bagel a 3.5! Pros: -Massive bagels. I have not had many small bagels in NY, but these were even bigger than I'm used to! -Quick service. I placed my order for pickup as I was a couple minutes walking distance away. By the time I got to Have-a-Bagel, my order was ready. Granted, I didn't get the bagel toasted. But still, I was impressed! -Classic bagel shop feel. I like when there are no frills, not trying to be trendy, etc. Also, the tomato and onion toppings were free, which is something to appreciate when some bagel shops charge you. Cons: -Hard to find any lox in the lox spread. This was specific to my order -- I got lox spread on a whole wheat everything bagel, but I could barely find the bits of lox. -Prices. I was planning to get a lox sandwich, but after seeing the prices, I opted for the spread. Overall, I'd come here again and probably just get scallion cream cheese instead. I really liked the bagel itself and hope to find the perfect order in the future.

Was visiting a friend in Williamsburg and was craving a lox bagel on a Sunday morning at 9am. You'd be surprised by how many businesses open late on Sundays but thankfully this place was open. So glad to have found this place because the bagel hit the spot so well- cream cheese, lox, tomato, onions. Mhmmm nothing starts the day off better than eating this and enjoying the view from Domino Park. They took my order, worked on it, and handed me a copy of the receipt to pay at the other counter. I think it's a good system prep and payment is separated, makes it super efficient.

I'm gonna avoid all the puns I could make about their name, and focus strictly on the food here. I was feeling sweet as opposed to savory today, so copped me a blueberry bagel with apple-cinnamon cream cheese. It was an excellent combo- kind of tasted like a better version of cinnamon raisin, except without the raisins (which I don't like anyways). The bagel was soft and generously sized, and the cream cheese had the right amount of add-ins without being overpowering. I do think Williamsburg bagel serves a bit more nuanced, interesting bagel in the area, but if you Have-this-bagel you won't be disappointed (sorry, couldn't resist).

My go to weekend bagel spot. I live closer to blackseed bagels but will always do the 10 min walk to come here. Their coffee is a little eh but I come here for the bagels. The portions are huge and they have a super extensive menu. As with any other place the earlier you come the better bagel selection you have but they don't tend to run out super early so it's definitely reliable as well.

Had the Jimmy the Greek lox bagel. Spinach, dill cream cheese top tier combo. Busy with locals so you know it's good.

Have a bagel is the best bagel in Williamsburg. The service is fine for some reason it's never crowded but it should be. I've been a number of times and it always delivers

How have I not heard of Have-A-Bagel?! Hands down this place has THE BEST bagels in Brooklyn. Change my mind. I stopped in today and got my usual which was an egg everything with cream cheese and a small coffee. The bagel had that perfect crust which makes or breaks a bagel for me. Light crisp on the crust but won't cut up your mouth. Inside nice and carry and overall tasted great. Not cheap on the seeds or schmear either. The coffee was also a pretty good and better than some other bagel stores mud that they call coffee. They brew Brooklyn Roasting Company coffee which was my first time trying that brand. Will definitely look into trying more from that roaster. Tight little place but clean and the workers seem alright. EAT HERE!

Great bagel spot in Brooklyn! We got a lox sandwich on an everything bagel which came with lox, capers, cream cheese, onions and tomatoes. The bagel was super soft and chewy while the filling was the perfect ratio and tasted like it was very high quality. Would definitely come again!

I was unimpressed and did not think this was a great bagel. It was small and no seating outside, if there's no ambiance I would want a slightly better bagel

Really enjoyed the bagel Unfortunately I was not able to try their iced coffee or yogurt because the tray carrier ripped :( I suggest you hold it from the bottom bc it doesn't appear to be very sturdy.

Ordered a platter of 14 bagels, tuna fish, cream cheeses, butter and coffee for the girls in my sister's bridal suite this past weekend for her wedding. Noelle the catering manager was really easy to work with, she was super knowledgeable and accommodating on the phone and I placed the order with ease for the most part. The order was supposed to arrive at the hotel at 730 but it didn't come until around 820. This was frustrating because the girls had been in the suite since 630 and man did we need our coffee. Once the food arrived and we had our first sips of coffee, we settled down. The platter was great, except they didn't put the bagels I asked for on the platter. Luckily everyone found something they liked and because the 14 bagels were cut in half we had extra (which we absolutely loved at 1 am after the wedding.) The regular cream cheese and veggie cream cheese were a hit, butter is well, butter but the tuna was so salty it was kind of hard to enjoy. I am a huge tuna fan and I had to drink a lot of water after consuming a few bites. The coffee was solid; we asked for almond milk on the side and they gave us an entire half gallon, not necessary but hey, more is better than not enough right? This order was really to wake us up, give us some sustenance and keep us going through hair and makeup that started at 630 with a long long day and night ahead of us. The bagels were delicious and fresh. The order for 14 bagels, cream cheeses, tuna and coffee came to $220. I do think this was really over priced. Bagels are about $4 each, half pound of cream cheese (x2) and butter, $30, box of coffee $25, almond milk $6, pound of tuna $20. That's around $140 so the $220 was a stretch. Being that they didn't put the bagels I asked for on the platter and the fact that they were 50 minutes late was a bummer but we made do.

Cozy place but super cool inside - bagels are obviously great. Extensive menu selection with a bunch of great lox sandwich options - we got the "breath freshener" (with garlic herb cream cheese), and "El Chapo" (jalapeno cream cheese, avocado) and the portions are solid. Perfect pick me up on a Sunday and was a 15 -ish min walk from the waterfront to sit!

If you are born and raised in New York City but now live far away If you are visiting New York City you will have the opportunity to experience good coffee and bagels every time you come back. Busy during peak hours but I understand why

I always come to this bagel shop when I'm in Brooklyn. I love how quick it is no matter the line & they have a lot of options. This week, my order has been a cup of fruit, Peppermint tea, two boiled eggs, and an everything bagel with cream cheese. I've been arriving at 9-11 am, and by that time, the blueberry and cinnamon raisin bagels are gone, so make sure you show up early if those are a must-have for you. It's always good. They don't miss.

Good bagels, fast service, and lots of options! I have to say that the bagels were quite soft, not quite as dense as you would expect. The everything bagel also did not have many seeds on it but it was still good for a quick breakfast.

Bagel was great! Chewy and fluffy. The bagel had a slight sweetness which was great balance w bagels savory ness.

Don't overlook the omelettes! Reasonably priced for three eggs, toast and fries included. And in my experience the Three Cheese Omelette is only $7.95 (sign says $8.95). They usually have gluten free bagels: I've seen both Udi's and The Greater Knead. The bagel sandwiches are good and put together nicely. The food can take a while-- They're usually quite busy at peak breakfast times, especially when you consider deliveries. And I guess they can't pack more cooks into that small kitchen. Hot foods take particularly long which is why I subtract one star. Almost like they don't fire up the grill till an order is placed. I suggest ordering ahead!

This is a pretty good place for bagels. It has lots of flavors. They also have a large menu of sandwiches. It's just a tiny building. This is good if you're going to be walking with it somewhere. I had the Mediterranean. It's made with avocado, hummus, and sprouts. This is about $9 on a bagel of any variety. Comparing it to other bagel places, it's not bad. The service is pretty okay. It's just a little slow, but they had a few customers to wait on before me. There is nowhere to sit inside, but there's some benches outside. I would go here again. It's convenient. This is good to get something you'll eat later.

This place is pretty good but not as good as other shops in Manhattan or other parts of Brooklyn. I came here because of convenience and was pleasantly surprised. The bagel was chewy and soft and had just the right amount of filling. I got the Classic on an everything bagel. However, I'm taking off 1 star because of the price. No shop should be charging over $18 for a sandwich. For this, I won't be coming back unless someone else is paying for me.

Great bagel + sandwich spot in right off the Marcy stop in Williamsburg. Ton of options with high quality bagels. Smith St sandwich with caramelized onions, chicken, and bacon was great. They also have a bacon and chive cream cheese that is crazy good. Highly recommend this spot for a quick meal.

Stopped in today for a bagel and cream cheese. It was quite tasty- loads of cream cheese and a nice fresh bagel. My partner had a Cuban sandwich and wasn't as happy as I was, hence my 3 stars. The place is clean and has a lot of food options.

I was quite happy with my first New York bagel experience here at Have-A-Bagel. There is certainly something special about how bagels are made in New York. The texture is completely different than a bagel in Florida. I loved that they have a variety of tofu cream cheeses to choose from too. I went with the pumpernickel everything bagel, toasted, with veggie tofu cream cheese. It was tasty!! Stuffed with a very adequate amount of cream cheese, it most definitely satisfied my bagel craving. The coffee, however, I was not a fan of. Better off grabbing Dunkin Donuts coffee down the street.

Have a bagel is a unsung hero of Brooklyn. After encountering much frustration of finding a local bagel and sandwich shop that has fluffy and delicious bread products... by happenstance I came across this jewel. Bagels are on point.. heros are fresh and exactly as they should be from a New York deli.

Not only do they have pumpernickel bagels but they also have EVERYTHING PUMPERNICKEL bagels. A+ for pumpernickel fanatics such as myself. Spreads are good too and prices reaonsable.

Prices went up too high AND and they surcharge you for card purchases. It used to be fairly ok as a bagel option but recent increases have made it no longer the place to go over any other. I can't recommend it. A bagel with cream cheese paid with cash is now over $5 that's just too high for that product sadly.

Decent bagel shop in Williamsburg. I'm surprised they don't have better bagel shops around here. Coming from Long Island I was a little disappointed. Coffee was good.

Stumbled upon this place last night before attending a Yelp event in the area. I really just needed directions because I was lost, but decided to get bagel and beverage since I was in a bagel shop. The store itself is small, but seemingly has all the essentials of a bagel store and more. The store was very neat and the employees were friendly and assisted me in locating my destination. More importantly, they have a good bagel. I opted for a toasted bagel with butter and was pleased with the bagel. Especially since it was around 7ish and I expected a crappy bagel since it was so late in the day. If I am in the area and need a bagel, I will definitely give this place a return visit.

Go here all the time and usually the customer service and product is great but not today. $13 for this bagel and three pieces of lox is ridiculous. Whoever made this bagel does not care about this business.
