Haven Health Sedona

Our family is incredibly grateful for the care our loved one received during their rehab stay at this skilled nursing facility. From the very beginning, the team made a difficult time much easier for all of us. The Physical Therapy department was outstanding Jalaina, Dawn, Marj, Carlos, Alicia, and Daphne were not only skilled and motivating, but also genuinely caring. They took the time to explain goals, celebrate progress, and treat our loved one with patience and respect. Admissions was smooth and welcoming thanks to Tatym and Machelle, who guided us through the process and answered all of our questions with kindness and professionalism. Darian in Social Services was a tremendous support, helping our family navigate planning and resources with compassion and clear communication. We also want to recognize Kaylynn in HR for being so approachable and helpful, Gianni in Medical Records for being organized and responsive, and nurses Jamie and Belinda for the excellent day-to-day care they provided. They consistently made sure our loved one was comfortable, safe, and well cared for. It’s clear that this facility has a strong team that truly cares about their patients and families. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this rehab center to anyone needing skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.

I am very pleased with the care my uncle received at Haven Health Sedona. From the start, it was clear that the staff prioritize compassion, professionalism, and teamwork. I want to recognize the strong collaborative effort from Darien, Tatum, Machel, Kaitlyn, Giani, Jalainy, Jamie, and Belind. Their kindness, patience, and supportive approach contributed to a respectful and reassuring environment. Communication was clear, and the overall level of attentiveness gave me confidence that my uncle was in good hands. I truly appreciate the care provided and would recommend this facility to others seeking thoughtful and dependable care for their loved ones.

I'm truly grateful to the entire staff here at Sedona Haven. They are incredible passionate in their duties as care givers and they all were there for me when my younger brother passed away and I couldn't be with family. I and my family are truly grateful to the entire staff here at Sedona Haven care center. Jan, Rhyia, Helena, Sarita, Mariah, Yeni, Janet, Diana, Belinda, and Katy. They work very hard and with compassion and professionalism. In my humble opinion, all of them deserve the respect that sll truly deserve.

I have been at Haven for quite a few weeks and I wanted to say how excellent this facility is. If I ever had to return to a skilled nursing facility Haven of Sedona is the best to be. The team is amazing and very attentive. The physical therapy team Jonathan, Dawn and Jalaina are great at explaining everything and have made a huge impact on my recovery. My nurse Belinda is amazing. Darian with resident relations has been great. The food is magnificent. Thank you to the entire team.

I have been at Haven for quite a few time and I wanted to say how excellent this facility is. If I ever had to return to a skilled nursing facility Haven of Sedona is the best to be. I had great help and was extremely grateful for Elysia. She was very generous with her time with me and my family with insuring us that everything will be okay and pointing us in the right direction.

My aunt has been in this facility for almost a year now. She has grown to be very fond of the folks in the rehabilitation center. They have given her special attention. She had a stroke and was partially paralyzed. She has gone from barely being able to move to now taking several steps. They have given her the motivation to do so which is just as important as the physical portion of rehabilitation. She has gone from laying in bed to being the first one waiting for them when they open up the gym! I cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend this facility for their rehabilitation center. Jalaina Brown heads up the department and I have had an excellent report with her and her team aAicia, Carlos, Dawn and Marj. I find them to be professional as well as personable and knowledgeable. I'm trying to care for my aunt from another state which is very difficult. Jalaina and her team have worked very hard to help me bridge that Gap. I cannot thank them enough. I'd like to mention that I've also had an excellent experience with their finance person Amanda. She has been so pleasant to work with and patient as I am out of state trying to pay for my aunt and another state. She is delightful. No one likes to pay money of course but it is nice to have a friendly voice on the other end of the line. She could not be more helpful

Definitely 5 stars for excellent care! My dad was in the care of this team for only a short time but he had a good time while recovering and the staff made quite the impression! Thank you for all the fun activties Michelle! Thankful for Caroline and clean linens! Thank you Geanni and Kaelyn for providing a friendly face!

Had a delightful experience with Jalaina, she was beyond knowledgeable and kind and her bedside manner that really helped ease such a stressful time with my mother in law. Very happy with the support we got Dawn, Carlos, Marge, Alsicia,and Daphne. As much as I as we hope we never have to see them again, we will gladly take their care and support! Highly recommend location!

My grandma lived here for years! The facility is beautiful and the staff really cares!!! Would highly recommend for skilled or long term care!

This place is run by drug addicts. I drove in to possibly look for a place my parent since they are getting in age and need help. I drove in saw people getting high. Didn't think anything about until I started walking up and it was employees that I saw getting high. One was the receptionist skinny young girl and I didn't see the other employees. But i turned around and walked away. I do not want drug addicts taking care of my family. You really need to drug test cause someone will get hurt since you alow employees to get high and work.

I have been visiting a friend in rehab the past few weeks and can not believe the lack of continuity of care, and communication between staff. My friend has been in there for several weeks due to falls and some other health issues. after a 10 day absence due to being out of town, I noticed that my friend had lost a great deal of weight. Staff confirmed he had lost 11 pounds in past 2 weeks. when I approached the Director of Nursing and asked if the dietary department is involved in the treatment planning, she assured me that they were and that "she would look into it." the goal of rehab was supposed to gain strength so that he can return home not lose muscle. As a health care professional for over 20 years and a college educator teaching health care for the past 19 years, I am appalled by the apathy and miscommunication I have observed on a daily basis. I found that many staff are friendly and appear to care about their roles, others will sometimes not even look up from their phones to greet or address you. I found that PT and Social Services staff were accommodating and helpful. Leadership needs to come from the top down and I sense this is lacking. I repeatedly have heard the excuse "we have so many registry" as to why the staff are not on the same page. Take care of your employees, coach them up and value them. TEAMS (together everyone achieves more success) is important in healthcare if you are going to thrive. This facility seems to be focusing on "surviving"

I have been here for a while and the staff here are great. They are understaffed sometimes like anywhere else, but I have been well taken care of. The people here gave me a warm welcome and a nice room. I have recovered from my back injury very well. The Physical therapy and Occupational therapy people are very professional and patient. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
