Yeah ...nah! Never again. The facility lacks... well everything. Our room was half painted, not overly tidy and extremely dated. I should have spent extra and stayed around the corner Totally disappointed with what we experienced

Rooms have older furnishings. Carpets definitely need replacing and cleaning service need some attention. Having said that, front desk was very helpful and even changed an uncomfortable mattress for us. Service was over and above expectations.

Pet friendly room was shabby and poor condition. No chairs, no microwave, scaly dirty old kettle. Paid $165 what a mistake! Listened to the people in the next rooms all night.

Old and tired, the site is obviously just sitting there waiting to be redeveloped into apartments. I had stayed there years ago and liked the location however no money looks to have been spent on it in decades! The air-conditioning didn't work in the first room I was given and they had trouble finding me an alternative room as most of the rooms hadn't been cleaned from the night before. Gave it two stars rather than one as the bed was comfortable. Very expensive for what you get, i.e. no dally room servicing, no hair dryer as examples.

Pillows are full, mattress has lost all firmness. Shower is useless, no water pressure as it feeds from one tank and no hot water. Mirror in the bathroom has the look of a transport cafe toilet. Doors rotting from the bottom up. Aircon new. TV new. I would not book again. $570 for three nights a rip off. Rooms not serviced unless your stay 7 days or more. Not a good look for the interstate visitors. Plus, side staff very friendly and helpful. I think the hotel is looking forward to being pulled down!!!!

Look it's not the Taj Mahal. However our experience was positive. It's dated yes and carpet isn't the best but our bed, toilet and bathroom were spotless. Parking on site and a great location. Not that bad.

Do not stay at this hotel if I could give it zero I would When you have to pour boiling water over the toilet cistern to flush it because of the lovely pink mould on the buttons. Shower curtain was stuck together with mould. The whole unit was filthy, Carpet was so filthy I didn’t want to take my shoes off. And after my morning shower I had to put thongs on to talk on the carpet as it was sticky 🤢

We paid for the room $162, we went into the room 115 to be precise and we walked straight back out and back to reception and asked for our money back, this room was disgusting, the carpet was black , but it wasn't black carpet, the room was dusty and dirty and smelt like fresh air had not been in there for a while, the bathroom was mouldy the skirting boards were literally falling off the walls. The lady in reception actually tried to defend the room saying she had been into most of them when my wife asked her to go with her to look for herself. We are generally easy to please but that room was a shocker. We did get our money back and found another place around the corner for $3 more but it was 300 times better. Would not recommend this place.
