The Haven Café is a real gem! Their coffee is consistently excellent – rich, smooth, and full of flavour. The staff are incredibly friendly and always make you feel welcome. The café itself is spotless and has a comfortable, relaxing vibe that makes it the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee break. Highly recommend!

I was referred here by my partner and im driven to review here because as I sat quietly sipping my morning coffee ( yep 10/10 on the brew) I became fascinated by the staffs attention to detail. Life is about the little things. These guys were driven to improve. In the 25 mins I sat quietly sipping I think they tested the Cafe creme 3 times, adjusted the bean grind twice, discussed how to improve the flavour quietly amongst themselves, like constantly, all while serving a constant flow of people lining up for the magic brew. I have a specific background in coffee, I used to train people on how to do exactly this and these guys take it all to a new level. Special reach out to Garry, who tells me he's casually employed there, doing this for 5 years now, you made my morning coffee just the way I like it. Well done!

I first came here through a friend’s recommendation and loved it so much that I came back again. Today, a Korean barista made my coffee—she was very experienced, incredibly kind, and full of passion, even while it was busy. Thanks to her, I even bought some coffee beans that were recommended, which made a perfect way to wrap up my trip. Now I understand why so many Koreans recommend this place! The only thing I wished for is that they served some simple sandwiches or food to enjoy with the coffee.

I ordered oat flat white, and it was very good coffee I tried in Sydney. All staff were so friendly and lovely. Such a good vibe!

Had matcha latte here and it didn’t disappoint. The matcha flavor was pretty rich and I couldn’t get enough of it. Would come back again to try their coffee one day. Keep up the good work!

An excellent Piccolo with a fragrant coffee after-taste. Helpful staff and a nice but small hole-in-the-wall establishment. Limited seating outdoor.

Visited this specialty cafe on the last day of my trip to Sydney. Since my English speaking isn’t very good, I was struggling a bit, but a Korean barista kindly helped me take my order, which I really appreciated. There’s a gentle slope at the entrance, so it was easy to bring in my suitcase, and the staff even helped place it properly. I tried the batch brew she recommended — compared to filter coffee in Korea, the acidity was stronger and the fruity notes were much more pronounced. Nice coffee! One thing I was curious about: do cafes in Sydney charge differently on Sundays? When I later checked my receipt, the price charged was different from what was written on the menu. Other than that, it was truly an enjoyable experience! Thanks.

Incredible coffee. I had the Ethiopian pour over. Coming from Melbourne, coffee expectations are high 🤪 and this place was hit the mark. Pricing of pour over is high, but worth it for the smooth taste that you get. Staff were helpful in choosing a flavour. Banana bread was a tasty accompaniment. Great place to sit and relax, or pull up a laptop.
