Yelp
The outdoor mall is located right on the Cruise Ship Dock. We browsed around some of the stores to look at souvenirs, but I didn't find anything of interest. There were two nice photo spots that state you're in St. Thomas.

Yelp
I enjoyed my time here and the mall is conveniently close to the pier. There are some overly priced jewelry but if you look around there may be some things that fall within your price range. Everyone is very polite and the port is tidy and clean like I remembered. One of my fave ports in St Thomas.

Yelp
Ok let's be honest, this by far is one of the best cruise ship dock malls in the Caribbean. In comparison to a bunch of other Caribbean islands I have been to, none of them has the facilities (shopping, service centers, restaurants )offered by Havensight. So why the four stars only, it's because this mall knows it's the bombest, it's expensive and capitalizes on cruise ship goers that are too lazy to venture out very far by foot to find better deals or experiences. This was the first facility to get their power back up and running after the hurricanes and all of their tenants came back and re-opened. If you came off of a ship and just stayed here you would be ok for your St. Thomas experience, perhaps a little more broke but you can get all of the duty free booze, jewelry, watches and clothing you want. My top picks for restaurants out here are Great Wall, Tap and Still and Brix. There is something to eat for everyone and if you don't like the options Havensight is connected to Yacht Haven Grande (5 minuet Walk)which has amazing restaurants. For the local resident or those here for more than a day, Havensight has FREE working Viya Wi-Fi which is so hard to come by post hurricanes. Yep people park in the parking lot( which isn't really monitored and is also free) to catch up on the online world. St. Thomas has diverted all incoming cruise ships for the year to this area to dock instead of crown bay so you're in for a normal experience with Havensight if this island is on your itinerary. #St.Thomas #USVI

Yelp
Decent open air shopping mall for the cruise tourists just a few steps off the port pier. Tourist prices on cheap clothing ... which means costly. More jewelry stores than clothing/nick-nacks.

Yelp
This dockside place is full of spivs who stand behind glass counters, glitzy lights, clutching tiny calculators, chiefly flogging over-priced diamonds, watches, jewels to the gullible, along with cut price booze & tobacco. Funnily enough I found the tobacco and booze cheaper in local supermarkets. I don't need a twenty thousand buck watch to tell the time; my phone is perfectly adequate. I sure don't need to adorn myself with rings, bracelets or other accoutrements - no thanks, I'm trinket free. So I politely declined the 14 carat $1,400 gold chain despite being assured it suited me perfectly as I looked inside one of these air conditioned wooden shacks; I didn't even have to go inside to get the sales pitch; heck I even resisted the prospect of some discount shouted at me. It was all friendly banter and I felt like offering him 500 bucks for the bracelet but a fear I might just be taken up on my offer stopped my doing so. I priced crocs which were twice the price of home; even made in China fridge magnets were outrageously priced up. Only the Havensight dockside bar offering $2 carribean beer and $6 cocktails was reasonably priced. So it was zero spend for me just a bask in great heat in a place famous for pirates. On the day we visited three mega ships had deposited about 10,000 potential customers onto this dockside, and its oven hot temperature. There was still evidence of damage to be seen all around from the hurricane that kept us away from St Thomas in November 2017 but it'll take more than hurricanes to stop the modern day pirates like Diamonds International from trading. I did note that Senor Frogs on the dockside had closed. Just two years ago it was heaving with customers and doing a roaring trade. Funny old world.

Yelp
This was our 2nd port of call. One of the best days we've had on Disney Cruise weather wise so hubby and I ditched the kids for some shopping. Havensight was your typical port shopping, walking distance from the port there's was nothing much to this mall. The whole area consisted of jewelry and souvenir shops, restaurants and dive bars. Nothing interesting although I did find myself a very nice Larimar stones earrings and bracelet set. I would have loved to see more handcrafted goods and better bargains. We walked around aimlessly in 90 degree heat and humidity to find more bargains when we stumbled on a Filipino carenderia. We beeline to the counter and asked for halohalo which unfortunately they don't serve. What a letdown... I've never wanted that sweet icy goodness so bad. We left the Filipino restaurant lost. I wanted to walk over to Yacht Haven Grande to see if I can score on some name brand goods but I was extremely parched at that point we decided to go back to the ship.

Yelp
This is a hrlittle area for shopping while in port if you didn't partake in an excursion. It has the typical island shops with everything from T-shirt's to high end jewelry. There are restaurants, taxis, and a drug store. The taxis will take you downtown, to Megan's Bay, or any other location on the island. There is a trolley within walking distance that takes you up to breathtaking views. It was crowded with 3 cruise ships docked and the traffic into downtown was slow.

Yelp
Lots and lots of shopping, but the prices are better Downtown, just a mile and a half away, or a $4. Taxi ride. Downgraded a little because this is a tourist trap type of place. It is clean, it is safe, but still - the prices.

Yelp
Some of the shops are so cute, but very small. Luckily I went when they weren't so crowded. I bought a pair of crock flip flops at the outlet store. You can get some great deals and you can also feel free to negotiate with owners for the best deal! Most of them don't mind and I think they actually expect it. Jewelry is almost always overpriced and there is a lot of wiggle room. So get you negotiation skill book out and make a deal!! So have a great time and shop to find those bargains, and remember, you're the savvy tourist looking for a great deal!

Yelp
We stayed in St Thomas for the week and didn't realize that the stores don't open unless there is a cruise ship there! We intentionally planned to shop without a ship so that we wouldn't be walking through the crowds...big mistake. There was less than 5 stores open in the whole mall since there was no ship. So beware if you're staying on the island and not cruising, if you want to shop check the cruise ship schedule!
