While you aren't able to visit the dairy please do sample some of the cheese if you get a chance! You'll often find it on the menu of restaurants on the Big Island and on some of the other islands as well. The Chèvre is phenomenal and often available, but you'll be fortunate if you get the opportunity to try the aged cheeses. You may also find them at the farmers market in Waimea.
Not only is the cheese good, but it's a locally owned business and an ethical dairy which means you can pick up a adolescent goat if you have need of a four-legged lawn mower!
