Hawaii Moon Gift Shop

TLDR: Do not sleep on this shop! Massive selection, great owner. Cute spot that is ABSOLUTELY worth checking out. Honestly don't know how there aren't more reviews for this place! We've taken a couple trips out here in the last few years, (my parents come more) and our family stops here every time we come. There is a huge selection for the size of the building. If you have a specific souvenir in mind, they probably have it. My very picky husband even found a ring he likes, first souvenir he's purchased the whole week we've been here! We didn't even bother going to the swap meet because we found everything we wanted- all 5 of us! Additional note: My daughter accidentally broke a hair clip while we were there. We took it to the owner and let him know, and he was so kind with her, tried to tell her to not worry about it! We still had her pay for it as a learning opportunity, but he was so sweet. Even helped her replace a part from a different item we didn't even buy from him! Very cool guy, informative and not pushy. Will always recommend

Very kind and helpful owner. Beautiful natural seashells, handmade shell crafts, pearl jewelry, abalone and sterling jewelry too. So much to look at! Everything is extremely affordable, some of the most reasonable souvenir prices of any gift shop I’ve visited on Oahu. Highly recommend!

Stopped in at closing time as I had been trying to get back for a specific item, not sure if I was speaking with the shop owner but he was so sweet and accommodating, didn’t rush us at all. Prices fair and items were beautiful! Wish I would have stopped earlier to shop around but that was probably a good thing 😉. Thank you again we will definitely be back on our next visit to Hawaii!!

We had an amazing experience at this shop! We were warmly greeted by the owner a Pakistan Native, moved to Hawai’i 31 years ago. He let us blow a few conch shells(very informative). This opened a gateway to one of the most enlightening conversations about colonization I’ve ever had. He shared with us about his culture and how much respect he has for ours. After all was said and done he gifted us with a conch shell. Such a beautiful soul with an even beautiful shop. 10/10 would recommend!

This place was soooo cool! The guy who was working was helpful and kind. He informed us a lot about the gifts and told jokes and stories. The items I purchased were quality and beautiful and I'm glad I made this stop!
