🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The Best Trip Ever – Unforgettable Staff & Stunning Experience!||I stayed at Hawksbill Resort in Antigua, and I can honestly say it was one of the best trips of my life. The resort itself is beautiful—calm, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking views and the most amazing beaches—but what truly made it special was the staff.||I especially want to shout out Gerald from the watersports team. He went above and beyond to make sure every moment was fun, safe, and unforgettable. He was so kind, professional, and genuinely passionate about what he does. His energy made every activity feel exciting, even if it was your first time trying something new.||His coworker (I wish I had his name!) was just as incredible—together they created such a welcoming and friendly vibe that made you feel like more than just a guest. Whether it was helping with paddleboarding, snorkeling, or just checking in to make sure everything was okay, they really stood out.||The entire staff at Hawksbill were kind and accommodating—from housekeeping to front desk—and I’m truly grateful for the warmth they showed me during my stay. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for not only a relaxing getaway, but also genuine human connection and service that stays after you leave.||Thank you again, Hawksbill family. I’ll definitely be back! 💛

I had the most incredible stay at Hawksbill during the July 4the weekend! I stayed in a beachfront bungalow, so I went to sleep and woke up to the sound of the ocean, which is very soothing. The bungalow has its own lounge chairs and table, or there are also lounges with umbrellas available, just outside of the room. The property itself is beautiful, with amazing views of the sea from several vantage points. The service of staff members from check in, to check out was exceptional! The restaurants were great. Due to limited seating, PD Grill requires a reservation. The views from the restaurant are breathtaking and so relaxing. The food at PD Grill, along with the other two restaurants onsite are great! But what really stood out for me was the consistency of fantastic customer service provided by all of their staff. I also appreciated the water bins provided to wash the sand from my feet, before walking into my room. I also took booked two hot stone massages, for an extra fee at their spa twice. The second massage relaxed me so much that I fell asleep

Return visit as we enjoyed our last visit in September 2024. Ideal for a quiet relaxing R&R. |Excellent food and variety. There is always yogurt, fruits, smoothies/porridge, waffles, cereal, cold cuts, egg of your choice, sausage, hash brown, french toast, pastries/bread/muffins and a buffet for breakfast with tea/coffee/juices/water|Lunch menu includes a soup, salads with dressings, a buffet of veges, rice, halal chicken/beef, seafood ( mussels/fish/mahi mahi) pork, and local options in various styles ( bbq, chinese, pasta, creole), lovely desserts with drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. |Dinner is usually a little dressy with live music or dj and the food is the same options as lunch with house wines and a different variety from lunch. |Drinks are usually consistent with the only drawback for breakfast being the birds and sometimes flies |On the beach there is the Sea grapes Restaurant with a fixed menu and a drinks bar and an afternoon tea station. The fish burger is recommended. |The beds are comfortable and the rooms are according to what you pay for whether garden or ocean front. Suggest a short tap instead of container of water to wash sand from feet as you walk. The toilets need to be monitored for functionality. The grounds are wide and so it involves a bit of walking, with some stairs to reception and main restaurant. I would suggest footpaths be widened to accommodate motorized transport for older folks. The other restaurant which has to be reserved has an amazing view of the property and the beach. |The beach is lovely with clear calm water where you can actually bathe with fishes or snorkel by the rocks |Water sports include paddle boats, a trip on a sailboat with Gerald which is recommended free ride but leave a tip, or jet skis at a cost. |It was my 2nd time at Hawksbill (took advantage of reduced cost offer the 2nd time) and hopefully not my last.

We stayed at the Palm beach bungalow. It was right on the beach, with a private terrace and sun loungers. This beach is rocky and non swimmable, but the advantage is that it is more private there than on the Seagrape Beach. The disadvantage is bugs. You need to spray or go elsewhere. They seemed to disappear on a windy day though.||The room itself is large. Nothing special, clean and decent. The pillows were hard as rock though.||There are 4 beaches. Palm beach is rocky, you cannot swim there. Just looks good. Eden is a nude beach, we didn't see many people there. Honeymoon cove beach is a tiny one, a few people were hanging out there. The main swimmable one is Seagrape beach. Clean water and you can see fish coming close to you. The beach, however, has an incline and it continues to the water. It is quite a drop, not a shallow sea you can walk in for a few meters.||They have a nice infinity swimming pool. It is not big but it was never too crowded. Because the resort is on the heal, the view is pretty good from the pool.||Food is just ok. I’d say it’s canteen style. We were not hungry but it’s nothing to remember. Coffee is not good, very watery. There is a coffee machine at the restaurant, and you need to ask them to make you a cup, otherwise they will pure you what they have. They also have instant coffee and tea at the restaurant by the beach.||If you book with the resort directly, they give you a complimentary taxi voucher for airport transfer. They also stock your minibar daily for free, which was convenient.

The resort was very nice. We stayed in the rooms with the semi outdoor shower. It was a nice touch but not very practical because there were always too many mosquitoes. They provide spray but it didn't help much. Patio offered awesome view.. Staff were very friendly. Beach water was extremely beautiful and clear. You can see the beautiful fish swimming without even snorkeling!! Pool was incredible!.

We just arrived home from a wonderful 8 day vacation at Hawksbill.|We were greeted at reception with cold towels that smelled delightful. Check in went smoothly and we were given 2 rooms next to each other as we requested which was so nice. There were a few issues with our room key, safe and hot water but they were all resolved that evening.|The property is beyond stunning. All 4 beaches had their own charm and the grounds were immaculate. The rooms were standard, and could use a few extras like more shelves in the bathrooms to place our toiletry bags. Although the air conditioner kept our room very cool it did drip a lot any time we used the hot shower, so much that we had to have a few towels on the floor at all times. Housekeeping kept our room spotless and were very nice. The towels had a unpleasant smell and feeling and could use some work. The toiletries they supplied were luxurious and we really enjoyed them.|The food was good. Some meals better than others. I was very disappointed at the cold coffee at breakfast and finally decided to just stay in our room for that meal and make my own. PDs grill was a nice change, and the food there was exceptional . The food at Seagrapes made it easy for eating while at the beach but the waitresses were not pleasant at all, almost felt like we were a bother. Some of the waitresses at dinner were the same but after the first 2 nights we ended up with Bernadette for the rest of our trip and she was phenomenal. Also Dalston who was a bartender and greeter at dinner made our trip so special. He was warm and welcoming and always made a point to greet us every time we saw him. |The water sports that are included are great. We did everything. Jarold took my husband and I out sailing and made it very unique. Fenton who not only ran the water sports but was also the DJ was one of our favorite by far. He was fun and attentive and bonded with our family and will be remembered for years. |We did 3 excursions and the young ladies that helped were very knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend stingray bay and horse back riding. The only down fall was the price of taxis. It was outrageous. If the resort could form some sort of agreement and get the fees lowered i think we would have unutilized it more.|Over all we highly recommend Hawksbill and will definitely be back next year.

We had such a relaxing and enjoyable holiday here. We picked Hawksbill based on the reviews saying that it is a quiet, relaxing place with beautiful views and beaches, which is what we wanted and it didn't disappoint. We stayed in a Honeymoon Cove (/now Oceanfront Room) room which had such nice views and a lovely balcony space. The room is fairly basic and the bathroom decor is a bit dated, but the room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Couldn't fault the food, it can feel slightly repetitive in that each meal there's usually the same type of meat and veggie dishes but all were of a good quality especially for a buffet. Food at sea grapes and PD's grill was also delicious. Service as others have mentioned is slightly inconsistent, most of the time it was good but we stayed over the Easter weekend and noticed a difference in service over the weekend and bank holiday compared to a normal weekday, but not enough for it to have any real affect on our holiday. There were some great staff that stood out throughout our stay including Erroll, Marie, Dellary, Angela and Gerald. We also got married (elopement) at the resort during our stay, and we really enjoyed our day. The whole process was smooth with everything kindly organised by Debbie from everything on the legal side down to the cake, flowers and arranging hair and make up for me. We wanted a simple wedding just the two of us with a stunning sunny back drop and that's what we got. Will definitely be returning to celebrate future anniversaries to come 😊

The resort has a charm to it that’s tough to put into words. Beach toys are plentiful and free. Food has a lot of variety and it’s very very good. Highly recommend for families and couples. Make sure to stay at a room on the beach!
