We booked this as an Air BNB which was odd. It was listed as a condo, it was really a hotel room with two rooms. One was the bedroom with 2 double beds. The other was a living room with a small kitchen. The bathroom was a split bathroom, tub and toilet behind the door and mirror and sink outside the door. It was fine for 3 people for a 3 day weekend. It was close to everything and in a safe neighborhood. Parking was easy to fine in the evenings.

Hawthorn Suites mostly are for Airbnb, Airbnb condition is not bad/good. However, the hotel suites is disgusting, and very dirty and old. never ever to leave in this place. Luckily we only booked for one night. I feel itchy everywhere while I am writing this message. Never ever this place. if a negative is a option, I will chose negative.

Made a reservation for a room with two beds 6 months before the date I was suppose to arrive. Get a call from them 2 weeks before my group and I were suppose to arrive stating they overbook and that they are needing me to downgrade to a one bed room. I explained that we needed the two beds due to the amount of people we had and they continued with just offering the one bed room and giving me $10 off a night. What a joke of an offer. Before I could make a counter offer they went ahead and just cancelled my reservation without informing me first about doing so and now I’m out of a reservation and had to find another place fast and prices have gone up in the area since we are only weeks away from December. Be careful when booking here because if they overbook they will prioritize their Airbnb bookings (the reason they told me why they didn’t have the room I reserved available) instead of your reservation.

Choose this Disney Star Wars Accessible apartment (Airbnb or Booking). This new and modern apartment, just like Ray Cox, the administrator of this space, renovated this hotel. It includes the pool, barbecue area, sports court, brand-new laundry facilities, modern reception, park ticket office, shuttle buses, and the outlet mall. Some apartments are outdated; opt for newer apartments on Airbnb. The nearby breakfast buffet has options. You can find them on Airbnb and Booking. Support the hosts who invest in their apartments to ensure your experience is the best possible. @disney.airbnb We'll soon be offering a princess's dream room and a new space. BUT REMEMBER THAT RAY COX IS OUR WALT DISNEY WHO RENOVATED EVERYTHING.

Like to be very honest and constructive in my reviews. First stayed here just after it opened in 2001. Been back from the 🇬🇧 8 times so have seen it change over the years.|Location is as good as it gets for Disney. Lovely area with short walk to restaurants and shops. The visitors from 🇬🇧 love the Olive Garden & Denny’s and it’s a nice 15 min walk here. Disney Springs about 10 mins drive to parking lots. So really ideally located. Plenty of free parking to.|Lovely pool area and hot tub, BBQ available if you want to cook yourself.|Breakfast is part of the deal and it’s the usual 🇺🇸 fare of alternate days of bacon or sausage, potato tots, pancakes , waffles , toast, bagels, cakes etc. With coffeee & Orange juice. It was ok and if you have kids it will save you a fortune. |Now feedback on areas that will affect visitors particularly those coming out for 2 week holiday. Rooms are fairly big, 2 double beds with a sitting room/ kitchenette and table/ chairs for 4 people. Now It certainly looks like the decor/carpet/furnishings have not been replaced since it opened. It very worn, tired and dull looking and most defiantly needs a manager remodel.|The breakfast area used to be in a large dining area, this has now been moved into a side room that can only be described as a workers canteen. The previous dining area is used as a dump and looks so unsightly, I am amazed no effort has been made with it.|Want a good sleep well good luck because we didn’t, when the AC kicks in it genuinely is as noisy as a car engine and it’s in a store area in your room.|I am really trying to be helpful to Hawthorne/Wyndham here as we loved staying here and with all the new hotels springing up around you to keep customers then action needs to be taken.||Would I stay again….NO….if it’s remodelled of course I would.

There was no desk in our room. What hotel in the world does not have a desk!!! How is anyone supposed to work from a room with not desk. On top of that the hotel is called Hawthorn suites so you assume all rooms are a suite like all the others that have “Suites” in their names. Not a good experience and a deceiving product.

For $150 a night, I expected way better of this hotel. I booked it because I trusted the Wyndham name. There was nothing majorly wrong with it, but just a lot of little things that all added up to a less than ideal stay. Some of those things were as follows: -maybe it was just the room I had, but there were an awful lot of "landlord special" quality repairs and "upgrades." -poor lighting in the bedroom. There was only a single lamp with a dim led bulb. -i paid for a suite with 2 queen size beds. What we got were definitely NOT queen size beds -the curved shower curtain bar was loose and causing the curtain to droop -the tvs in the room and living room area were rather small -suite was furnished with outdated/poor condition furniture looks like if came from a yardsale or thrift store. Lots of dents, scratches, and scuffs all over everything. Definitely not a look I'd expect from a suite at a Wyndham hotel. I'd have been totally ok staying here if I was paying $80 a night or something, because I'd have known to expect that kind of quality at that price point. But $150 a night is a little absurd for this place. The only saving grace in my eyes was that the staff were all very friendly.
