Really terrible customer service and logistics. I have ordered a rug and supposed to be delivered in 1-3 weeks. But after 6 weeks there is still no updates on if and when it will be delivered. And there is also no active communication on what’s going on and I have to chase them. I would never order anything from here and really lost my patience. There are many order web stores can easily order HAY products with much better service.

HAY do beautiful products undeniably and is the perfect place for a design enthusiast interested in their interior. However, the Rotterdam store has some of the worst service I’ve encountered, in fact it is a complete lack of service. The staff are more interested in having conversations behind the till counter than actually helping customers. Prepare to be ignored or else know what you want, where it is and present it to the staff yourself for check out. My top tip would be just go to other retailers who do HAY and save yourself the hassle of being ignored. A real shame considering how great the products are! The quality of the products themselves are the only saving grace reason that this review is not a 1 star review.

Friendly staff and large variety of products. A place to visit for design enthusiasts. These guys are really professionals in customer relationship. Experienced some delays on deliveries due to a logistic company. They made sure to improve immediately the customer experience and even personally delivered missing items.

Those places offers quality products with a unique Scandinavian design. The place is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and well informed of the products. The building is beautiful and three layout so practical.
