Yes, I was contacted on Instagram. I was offered another pack of coffee for free with the right grind. I already received it. Now the grind and brewing time are exactly as it should be. Let’s hope it was just one time unfortunate set of circumstances
Previous story:
I ordered coffee with v60 grind. However, for some reason, the website reset it to non-grind for some reason. And I didn’t check that. Ok. That can happen. No problem. After I received a 250g pack of beans, I took it to Hayb location to have it ground. I asked a girl to grind for v60. She took the pack and then came back with the ground coffee. Then I came home and saw that the grind is too fine, which is not for v60 method. Although I tried to brew it and the brewing time was about 7-7,5 minutes, which is basically 2 times more than it should be. So that confirms that the grind is too fine for this method. So I messaged Hayb on Instagram, explained the problem and sent the picture of the grind. And also send the picture of how the right grind should look like. They read it and that’s all. They just ignored my complain.
