The place was a little hard to find, but we were warmly welcomed and helped. A friend of my sister loves their coffee so much that when he found out she was coming to visit me in Poland, he asked her to bring some back to California. Since my sister wasn't going to Warsaw but me and my also visiting mother would, she asked us to go to the store. Unfortunately, he just said he wanted Ethiopian and natural, and the lady who was working there said it didn't narrow it down much - I annexed a picture of the decision board here to help future customers - I know nothing about coffee so couldn't help her either. We ended up accepting her recommendation and also got him a brazilian roast since we are from Brasil. Thanks HAYB for the help and lovely customer service

Came here for the first time — and honestly, it’s going to be the last. One of the staff members was busy, so we went to the counter where a girl with shoulder-length brown hair was standing. We politely asked for a double espresso, and got a snappy “you can’t order espresso here” in a tone as if we’d just asked her to sell us a kidney. Fine, we thought, and went to pick out beans ourselves. Guess how many staff members approached us during that time? That’s right — zero. No “can I help you?”, no “would you like to try something?” — just dead silence. In the end, we poured the coffee ourselves, because other customers were offered help, but we were apparently invisible. Customer service? Below zero. In Riga ( Rocket Bean roastery), they greeted us, gave us a full tour, offered samples, explained everything. Here, it felt like we were nothing but a nuisance. Honestly, I’m not even sure what the girl at the counter does — maybe she was just supposed to mop the floors and ended up behind the register by accident. Either way, the experience was awful. Would we recommend this place? Absolutely not.

Update: Yes, I was contacted on Instagram. I was offered another pack of coffee for free with the right grind. I already received it. Now the grind and brewing time are exactly as it should be. Let’s hope it was just one time unfortunate set of circumstances Previous story: I ordered coffee with v60 grind. However, for some reason, the website reset it to non-grind for some reason. And I didn’t check that. Ok. That can happen. No problem. After I received a 250g pack of beans, I took it to Hayb location to have it ground. I asked a girl to grind for v60. She took the pack and then came back with the ground coffee. Then I came home and saw that the grind is too fine, which is not for v60 method. Although I tried to brew it and the brewing time was about 7-7,5 minutes, which is basically 2 times more than it should be. So that confirms that the grind is too fine for this method. So I messaged Hayb on Instagram, explained the problem and sent the picture of the grind. And also send the picture of how the right grind should look like. They read it and that’s all. They just ignored my complain.
