Heads of Ayr Holiday Park

Me and my wife recently stayed in a lovely cabin very large with hot tub. The views were absolutely marvellous. The cabin was clean. The garden area was clean. The hot tub was sparkling. Everything was perfect parking right outside a lovely little shop come reception with the most friendly staff you have ever met, well stopped and happy place they had a lovely path run down to the beach which was gorgeous altogether the site was absolutely perfect and I definitely will be returning. I’m missing the hot tub already. Thanks to the staff and the area.

Liked: Clean and tidy work everything you need to be comfortable through our your stay.... The small shop was used for an emergency meal on arrival. The freezer is a great idea! Disliked: Nothing sorry

Liked: The lovely scenery around the whole park was quiet and clean ans the shower blocks were always clean. Christine in reception was lovely when my dog hurt his paw she helped in everyday she could to male him feel better she was a star and helped with making our stay exceptional. Perfect for touring and visiting historical places lime Robert Burns memorial museum and cottage, culzean castle (pronounced Cullean) and other site seeing areas and Heads of Ayr farm zoo. Disliked: The only thing on day one qas the farmer cutting the end of his crop it qas dusty but didn't last and being plunged into darkness in the bathrooms while showering but that's just down to auto lights no issue as a quick run made then Come back on.

Liked: Super clean site, lovely staff and a gorgeous setting. Lovely big pitches and easy access to the beach. Everything a person could need was provided. Will definitely be back in the future. Well done to the owners and staff Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Liked: The site was excellent. Evwy pit h had its own electricity hookup, water and waste points. The site had free WiFi good enough to watch Netflix etc. The facilities were first class an the staff were so helpful and friendly. Excellent views of the coast and Arran when the weather was clear, and a 5 min walk from the beach. Disliked: We fell unlucky with the weather, the wind was so strong, and the site isn't really very sheltered, but that isn't the fault of the site.

Just back from the site today with our kids in our touring caravan. The site facilities are immaculate, showers hot & great pressure. My kids loved the on site park. lovely staff and small shop within the office which is reasonably priced. I had a great long weekend and will definitely be back.

Liked: Lovely site even on a dull and very wet day. Pitches nice and level and well spaces out. Showers and toilets immaculately clean. Very good value. Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Our pitch was overlooking the children’s play area which was lovely. Facilities were plenty and clean. Would definitely stay again.
