Nice cosy cafe and a blessing for vegans. The interior design is beautiful and the staff is friendly. Food portions are on the smaller side, it would be great to provide a normal size portion considering the price of dishes.

The food is flavorful and delicious. The teas are also excellent. The menu selection is small, and I was still a little hungry when I left. I went on taco Tuesday and had the tacos while my friend had the burrito bowl. Both were just as tasty as I’d hoped! Great to see a vegan place in Matsumoto.

Great place to eat, check it out if you want something quick, delicious and healthy. Was staying in Matsumoto for a couple of days and came across this vegan restaurant just as my trip was coming to an end. If I had known about it at the start I would have visited more than once. The food was as the title says unbelievable, the Scottish lad running the restaurant was super friendly and really passionate about the food. I would Highly recommend it if you wanted to try something different, delicious and healthy.

This place was delicious. Super friendly staff, super clean. We were directed to sanitize and our temperatures were taken and logged before allowed entry. Thumbs up there. We had the burrito and avocado toast. Both were so good we shared dishes. I had the apple juice (my new fav) and my friend had the dirty Chai latte delish! Definitely recommend. We went to take a meat holiday.

Uber friendly staff and atmosphere. With it being a vegan cafe, all dishes are healthy, and extremely tasty! The Avocado Toast with Red Pepper Houmous is a classic, and the Banana Choco Smoothie is a must. Will be going back again, on my next visit to Matsumoto, to try the burrito!

This small cafe/resturant is new and very nice - all vegan! Owner/host speaks fluent English and Japanese. The food tastes great - try the spicy ginger ale! Not a large selection of food, and portions are good but not large. Price is fair (notice that on menu tax is not included). We really enjoyed it!

Cute little shop, and the swinging chairs are a novel idea, but with the ropes, I wasn't sure where to put my elbows i.e. like a penguin or on the table. Cucumber and lemon-flavored water is self-service. The burrito bowl I ordered was alright, if a little too salty for me, but the serving is quite small, and somehow mine looks smaller than the other photos on Google? The guacamole was barely there, the lime slice was the size of a pencil tip, and there was literally only a spoonful of corn. I regretted not ordering extra rice, but settled for a slice of matcha and lemon tart instead, which was interesting. I don't think that flavor pairing in the tart works for me. The atmosphere could have been relaxing, especially when sitting on a swing people-watching while drinking a nice cup of tea, but the cooking happens in the same room as the dining area, so when the blender was being used, it drowned out the background music. And when something was being fried, the ventilation was lacking, so I could smell the oil, and later when I had left, the smell was clinging to my clothes. Sitting by the door on the swing, there was a bottle of hand sanitizer on the corner of my table, so every time another customer wanted to use it, they had to lean over towards me to get to it which really intruded into my meal. I love the concept of the restaurant, but the dining experience could be greatly improved.

We had a fabulous lunch at the Cafe! Sitting at an outside table by the stream, drinking a spicy ginger ale and dining the tropical curry. Five star service and food!
