I've been bringing my dog to this location for over a year, and service has been good until today. This review is for the grooming spa. The sales team is always pretty friendly and helpful. However, the associates in the spa weren't the best today. I get there for my scheduled appointment at 2 pm to only listen to a groomer tell a customer 4-5 times that if he exceeds 15 minutes of trying to dematt her dog, it would cost. Instead of the person at the register checking me, she made me wait for approximately 5 mins. When she finally decided to get my groomer, she mumbled that it would be one of those days. I thought that wasn't polite. If anything, she could have said my apologies for the wait but chose not to. Long story short, I got home, and I received a text that my dog would be ready in 30 mins, which was strange because she wasn't even there for 30 mins. I feel like they rushed my dog. At that moment, I felt like, okay, it's probably best to find another groomer or go to another location. Anyhow, I picked up my dog, and she didn't look as good as usual, which proved I was right. They rushed on her. Also, they didn't even give her a bandana. I know it's petty, but I'm big about customer service, especially when I'm giving you my business and money.
