Healthy Spot

Im pretty upset because we brought out double coated pomsky in to get him Groomed and a nail trim. We said she could trim his butt a bit but she ended up trimming the tail down to almost nothing. He had a gorgeous fluffy tail and its all gone now, hardly anything left but a little mop of fur. Im so upset because it looks awful and also was totally unnecessary. It will take months if not half a year to grow back and it might never be the same texture. Seems so weird and i truly don’t understand what the idea was with this, at least ask? His tail was not matted or dirty enough to warrant trimming such a large amount. I am so sad! The groomer was nice, i just feel like it was a very extreme move when we literally just wanted him bathed. This isnt even a sanitary trim like we asked? Just dont take your dog here, they don’t know what they are doing and will just do what they feel like I guess. Look at how beautiful his tail was 🥲

I have a Pomeranian who is groomed frequently and gets very regular standard haircuts every other month - thought I’d try this place bc it’s a convenient location. This is by far the most absurd and horrible haircut I’ve ever experienced- the groomer Sara chopped off his entire mane in front his has no hair on his face (mind you I showed 4 photos of normal haircuts he’s gotten) and she bizarrely left the ears crazy long and did not cut them at all. This is totally crazy I’m literally unsure how it could even happen. The manager gave me a discount on the cut and was apologetic but please do not take your long haired dogs to this groomer. The staff is otherwise friendly it’s probably fine for a basic bath and nail trim but I’m so perplexed at what has happened here - before is long after is short (lol)

We had an amazing experience at Healthy Spot thanks to Jack! He is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond to help. He helped us choose the right food for our SUPER sensitive puppy and gave us an idea on how to manage the diet moving forward. Thank you, Jack, for making a HUGE difference for us and our pup!

My first time to bring my dog at healthy spot, sarah was the groomer and i could honestly say that she did a good job with Brutus, my baby always gets anxious, most of the time yells, whines and cries if a stranger pets him, but i think Brutus likes sarah she was really good with handling my baby Brutus. I would definitely recommend her to my dog mom friends. Healthy Spot staff on this branch was all friendly and very professional. I will support this store and will promote it with my family and friends.

My experience visiting this store was so pleasant and informative. I was just looking for dog food for my Frenchie Trevor. The service was good and didn’t feel all rushed or waiting to check out. It also smelled so good.

These stores are all locally owned so you can’t return from other stores. It’s very inconvenient and misleading. False advertising!

Staff is super friendly. I buy my dog’s dry food from here, and some treats. I know whatever I buy from here will be good quality. Parking is easy. Don’t forget to create a free account, your dog gets a free dog cookie every year on the birthday!!!

I take my dog here for her monthly grooming and she always gets well taken care of. Staff is friendly and my dog is ready in the quoted timeframe. The parking lot is shared with Whole Foods so it can be very busy on the weekends but I try to come on weekdays and have had no issues.
