Honestly the best location in Airlie!! We have stayed in a few different places in Airlie Beach and this is by far the best location wise, right next to the lagoon and all of the restaurants. The lobby is so clean and the room was the perfect size for us!! We did hear a little bit of noise on Friday/Saturday night but it wasn’t bad and honestly didn’t phase us. The staff were great especially Kath who assisted us with each and every enquiry, especially communication when the cyclone hit! We will now always choose this hotel in the future.

Central location, clean room, and helpful and friendly staff. We loved being close to all the food and entertainment. The balcony was a bonus as the room was not super spacious (but had all the amenities!). We had a street facing room with no noise issues. We usually stay at hotels with a pool, but the local "lagoon" was right next door and very accessible.

Hello, My stay 6 to 8th January, Designer Queen Room. The listing on Booking.com showed a sitting chair but 102 did not have a chair, indeed there was absolutly no room even for a suitcase. I was there for work and needed laptop space. The room was also not clean enough to be comfortable, the shower base felt greasy on my feet, the carpets, curtains and duna looked like dry blood was on them. I have attached pictures. $794 for that room was an insaine amount of money for what was a horribly small room. The balcony was impossible to sit at for space, it felt more like a window ledge. I will seek alternative accommodation next time, we have stayed at many in Airlie, none were that small. It is true that the location is ideal but not at that price, filth and especially size of the room. Check out the pictures of the filthy room we had.

We stayed here for a night and everything was great. Easy check-in process. The front desk was very helpful to get us a taxi to the airport which they manage at a great rate. The rooms were clean & the location is just perfect if you like to stay by the water. I wish we knew earlier would have stayed with the place during the trip.

So the good things were: Kathryn on reception - so genuinely friendly! The aircon and overhead fan were good. The bed was comfortable. The location was good in the respect that it was very close to the lagoon pool, Woolies and restaurants. The bad things were: the location opposite two nightclubs - the sound proofing only helps a bit with the noise but does nothing for the boom of the base that goes until 2. There is no acoustic barrier between the bathroom and the bedroom. There is no way to ask for things like a do not disturb sign. The fire alarm went off twice at 7 in the morning but at that time there was no-one on duty so no-one to check we all got out. They were false alarms but still...

“Central” is the word for the Heart Hotel: it’s within walking distance to everything including the lagoon. Second to that, 5 star lux is on point - from the genuinely friendly staff, the daily room servicing, Appells toiletries, Nespresso pod top up, view to the ocean beyond the carpark, comfy bed, thick sun block out curtains and easy access to ‘The Deck’ resturant. Would definitely stay here again!

Really good value for money & location. But please get smart tvs with Netflix! Absolute nightmare to work the tv which is pretty necessary during wet season.

Modern, clean, great service from the staff and top location, with flat easy walking. |Lovely Appelles toiletries and coffee pod machine supplied. |Carpark was occasionally noisy at night, but also great to have easy close parking. |Would definitely stay again.
