Heart Hotel

1st day arrive and been told by the hotel manager that the room was unavailable, it is kind of sad that we have booked the hotel since half year back, and wish to transfer me to another hotel, which is next to it with an upgrade to a bigger room and nice breakfast. Okay, look fine to me. price is really reasonable. a bit old, everything else is fine. the hotel even provide free breakfast too, and I recommend to order the fried rice vermicelli or fried instant noodle, or pho.

The service in this hotel was exceptional. We stayed in a balcony room and then a superior double room. The staff moved our bags for us, rang us taxis and looked after us very well. Both of the rooms were very clean, had good showers and WiFi. I would highly recommend!

Excellent location with nearby restaurants, bank (at opposite) and within walking to the popular Hoan Kiem Lake for strolls. Though limited in choices for breakfast ...they are tasty and good. And the staff at the reception and cafe - a 5 star for their service. Very informative, courteous and friendly. Very affordable price with clean rooms!!!

Great little hotel in the center of Hanoi, 4 minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel has only a small number of rooms. We stayed in a deluxe room with city view, which meant we had a window and a small balcony facing the street. Although a bit noisy at night, we had a good night sleep in the comfortable bed. If you are sensitive to noise, make sure you bring some effective earplugs. (This would apply to any hotel in central Hanoi. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included in the very reasonable room rate and simple but enjoyable. I look forward to staying here again next time I visit Hanoi!

The hotel is in an excellent location in Hanoi, close to the lake, shops, street food places and offices offering guided tours. The staff is nice and helpful, they booked us tours and the lady from the reception even helped us setting up a Vietnamese sim card at a nearby phone shop. Breakfast is included and airport transferred is offered on request. They have a good choice of guided tours including the one to Halong Bay with transport and accommodation. Clean room, minibar and properly working a/c. Can be a bit loud at night due to the central location but overall recommended.

Good services from the front desk employees like Hien, Henry,...to the staffs in the kitchen. They have good free breakfast I would give them tree stars if they upgrade their bathrooms. The bathrooms belong to a 1 star motel.

Good location, good prices, well handled airport transfers. Aircon in the room was good, can hear a bit of noise through the doors, elevator noises etc. We have stayed here twice. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Amazing experience in Heart Hotel : the staff is the nicest we have ever come to see in Viet Nâm, smiling and totally helpful people. I absolutly recommand the hotel, they also help to book amazing tours around (Sapa, Dinh binh, etc.). It is especially great when you arrive in the country because they take an excellent care of the client. <3
