Location is amazing at this apartment.. everything is walking distance. Lots of food, shopping , market options all around. The staff were very helpful. We had a problem with the wifi and they immediately came to help us out. The apartment is stocked with everything you might need to cook a small meal, wash clothes, and rest. I loved it and so did my kids. They arranged the sofa bed for the kids too before we came. You can ask them to clean , and they do so. They were honest and so helpful 😍

One star for the location — just a 10-minute walk to the Duomo. That’s the only positive thing I can say. When we arrived, we were greeted by a cheerful man who took us to the apartment on the first floor. I had booked just a day before at a non-refundable rate and didn’t realize it was on the first floor. When I expressed my concern and asked if they had any availability on higher floors — even offering to pay extra — he just laughed, said, “This is what you booked,” threw the keys on the table, and left. I truly miss the days when hospitality meant actual hospitality — service, courtesy, and an effort to earn guest loyalty. We couldn’t sleep at all. Milan is a vibrant, loud city, and the apartment offered zero soundproofing. We could hear street noise and people talking day and night — even casual conversations of people walking by. By the last day, I had developed a fever and nausea, which quickly resolved once I returned to my home country. I strongly believe it was due to physical stress and total lack of rest. At a rate of €1500+ per night, do yourself a favor and book a proper hotel room where you can actually sleep and enjoy this beautiful city the way it’s meant to be experienced.

I had an amazing stay at Heart Milan Apartments Duomo Missori. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The apartment was spotless and very well organized, making us feel right at home. It was well-thought-out with everything we needed, including toiletries, towels, and even slippers, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is perfect, close to all the key attractions, and offers great value for money. It’s an ideal space for a family of four or two couples. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the communication was smooth throughout our stay. One thing to note is that there is no dedicated parking spot, but there is a paid car park nearby, which was convenient for us. We were truly impressed with the overall experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan. A fantastic choice for accommodation!

The room, location and service was 10/10. I accidentally booked the wrong date, but they were understanding and helped me rebook. During my stay, any questions I had were answered within 2 minutes. The best service I have ever received, extremely grateful and will definitely be using Heart Milan Apartments in the future!

We had a wonderful stay with our one month old baby they provided baby bed too, and checkin was so smooth, the person who did checkin for us was so kind enough to help us with luggage as i had baby on me House is perfect right at sight of duomo👌🏻 Perfect cleaning and maintenance with well equipped kitchen!!

Perfect location! We did not have to use public transportation because we were able to walk every where Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Apartment was beautiful and clean. Could not ask for a better experience. Highly recommend!
