Heartland Table Pads

Amazing table pads custom made for a small rounded ends kitchen table. The company was very quick to make our pads and ship them, and the price was much lower than the competition. The pads lock together simply but very tightly. Precise cut and smooth fit along the curved edges! This company is amazing and you should use them for your next set of table pads.

Delivered at this place on Feb 2023. Very nice people and experienced too. They sells top quality products. For semi truck driver, I suggest that you spread out on the Meyer St, and slowly back up in the 1 first door. Once you've back against the door, just pull up couple time to straighten up the trailer because it has to be almost in perfect alignement with the door. Specially if you have a reefer van like me, there's no room between the product and the walls so that's the reason why it has to be straight. Experienced drivers have seen bigger challenges. Personally, I hope to get the chance to go back to Indiana one day. It was my first time and I was impressed by everything I've seen. Much love to the Indiana State and God bless everyone I've seen along the way. I miss you already.

I had 2 new table leaves made for my current dining room table. My current table pads were purchased back in 1997. I reached out to Heartland Table Pads Company and spoke with Don Unger, who helped me determine who manufactured my current table pads. By sending pictures to Don he was able to determine my current table pads were made by The Ohio Table Pad Company as they were the only one that used the fastening clips. The Ohio Table Pad Company I was told is now out of business. It was my lucky day, Heartland Table Pads used the same clip installed in the same location, so it would be a perfect fit. Don was also able to match the color perfectly. He knew the exact thickness of my pads and did a great job matching it to the best of his ability. I had called a number of other table pad companies before I found Heartland Table Pads, and no one had the knowledge to know what brand table pads I had, nor were willing to take the time and match what I had. I can't say enough good things about Don Unger and Heartland Table Pads. I give him a 5 STAR REVIEW!!!

OK.... I don't leave many reviews, but.... Don and Heartland Table Pads are simply the best. Trust me... I'm a Pain in the *** for quality. I ordered 2 pads for my new Diamond. He made sure my "dining cover" arrived first to be sure I made Thanksgiving. The dimensions and quality are second to none. I also bought an everyday cover which is lighter and easier to take on and off for everyday use. (I use my table everyday) I was about to email him that my other pad was missing and noticed it was shipped and will arrive tomorrow with the storage bags I purchased. I had another cover from another company which had magnets keeping the sections together.... Forget it. The magnets pulled the metal plates out of the other panel making them useless. Ok for simple table pads, but not for billiard tables. Heartland uses Velcro which is perfect. Measurements are spot on, quality is the best and the production time is exactly as promised.

These guys are fantastic! I found them just by luck and sent them a very tricky design....not just a square or rectangle! They nailed it! The quality was exceptional, the quick turnaround was great! You can't go wrong with Heartland!

Outstanding, high-quality product! And excellent customer service. From start to finish, dealing with this company was an absolute pleasure. I had a few questions prior to placing an order, and I was able to speak with the owner by phone. He was very helpful, and I could tell he cares about his customers. He sent out, at his own cost (including return postage), a custom tracing kit for our dining room table. The table pads arrived a few days ago, and we could not be more thrilled. They look beautiful, and they fit perfectly. A gem of a company!

I needed a table pad to fit my table with either 1 or 2 leaves, thinking this would be an expensive/tricky order, but Heartland filled my order quickly and easily. They even called me after I submitted the dimensions asking for some pictures to ensure they perfect it before mailing it. I didn't expect this type of amazing service but was thrilled. Wonderful company! Don is gracious. When we received our table pads they were for a rectangle table and ours in round. I called Don after looking at my order he saw the error....I entered two pieces of information on my order form that unfortunately contradicted each other. Don ordered us a replacement pad. We just received it today only 7 days! It is beautiful, exactly what we wanted, high quality. If you are in the market for a table pad this is the place to order from. Thank you Don and crew. It was a pleasure working with this company to get our table pad for our pool table. Don was wonderful when it came to answering all my annoying questions to make sure we were getting what we wanted and needed as well as accommodating our time frame we needed it in!! Customer service was magnificent. We did have a small hick up with our center supports being a tad bit to short since we had to have all those custom since our rail pockets are higher than the table but it was happily fixed and took care of in a fast manor!! It was a simple measuring issue probably on our part as we are in different states and everything was done over the phone and email!! Nothing that couldn't be fixed and forsure something they took care of....and that right there is what we call excellent customer service!! Slowly talking my husband into getting a table pad for our kitchen table and they forsure will be who we go to!! Would 100% recommend this company

Received my table pap yesterday and it fits our dining room table perfectly! Very surprised that the pad is as thick as it is and made of quality material. Interesting how the 2 half pads meet in the center and one pad clamps down into the other with no separation in the seam. Very, very pleased!

I ordered custom table pads for my new expensive dining room table. They were reasonably priced (around 225) which I found nothing for a table valued over 1000 dollars. I placed my order online on a Sunday after following careful and well detailed instructions on the site. Imagine my surprise when half an hour later I got a call (on a SUNDAY!) confirming my order and reviewing all measurements to make sure I made no errors when submitting. I paid an extra 20 dollars for expedited shipping and was given a delivery date about 3 weeks after I ordered. My table pads came today, several days early and they are amazing. The quality is great, and they are a PERFECT fit. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to protect a nice table.

Living in Souther California I have many many options for local services. However, I opted to research my needs online. Much to my delight I happened upon Heartland Table Pads. I read about their company and their Mission Statement. Their pledge to customer service and satisfaction is paramont. I contacted them by phone initially as the two tables that needed pads were custom made and irregular sized. The owner, Don Unger was not in but I was assured he would call me back. I honestly thought it would not happen as this was 2 days before Christmas. He did indeed call me and spent all the time I needed in answering my questions. I also said I could not make a selection on finishes for the top and bottom of the pads (based on photos) he promptly offered to send me samples of the selections I was considering. Again given how busy they were to get orders out before the New Year Party rush of customer orders, he took the time to priority mail me 6 samples. Suffice to say when they're-opened the factory after the New Year I promptly placed my order. I just received them a week again and could not be happier with the table pads. They fit to perfection and the finishes are exactly what I wanted!. Lastly I notified them as there was a slight bend in one of the items I sent a photo to Mr Unger and he immediately responded this should not be this way it must have been damaged in transport. No questions asked, and he is sending a replacement pad which is on the way!!! I wish all companies respected and cared about their customers and the way to satisfy a customer with delivering a first class product at a fair price and in a professional manner!!!
