Hearton Hotel Nishiumeda

The bed was terrible, soft ar one side of the mattresses. Tho rom was big but the room was very dim. A little far to the shopping street.|Will never return to this hotel again, quality of sleep affected. It’s time they changed the mattress. Toilet bigger than the one in Kyoto and tokyo

The room is right next to the tracks and not very well insulated. Can hear every train when they come past. The floor in the bathroom is very crocked. It's clean enough, at least. Very short walk to osaka station

The location was prime. We had a short walk to Osaka Station where we were able to take any subway. There were also several good restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly. The room was minute. It was clean though and the shower had very good water pressure. We had fresh towels every day. Good stay for a budget hotel!

Stayed 2 nights at beginning and end of tour. Modern busy hotel next to JR Osaka station.||Efficient check-in, can leave luggage. ||Room comfortable and compact overlooking railway so some noise. Comfortable bed and 3 pillows!||But no blockout curtains so there is a lot of light coming in at night.||Didn't eat at hotel as there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The location of hotel is good, it’s near Osaka station and the malls. It seems that there is history of the hotel. Some miracle knock sounds at night. Easy to checkout, just putting your keycard into the box they provided. If you go shopping nearby, it’s convenient to come back and take rest in the room.

Good location, close to station and shopping centres. Very good service and very clean room. Nice breakfast with many selections. Surprised with the price. Highly recommended.

The location is superb! It's just about 3 min walk from Osaka station. The newly opened Kitte-Osaka mall with lots of restaurants is just across our building! There is also a 7-11 at basement of Kitte mall. We like that there's a refill water machine on each level of the hotel, very convenient! We stayed at a 3-beds room and the room was clean and spacious enough for our family. If you're planning to go to USJ, it takes only approx 10min to reach from Osaka Station! Overall, love the hotel! Super recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nice and close to the station, however definitely a trek to dotombori River. Room was clean however the air-conditioner wasn’t dirty on when I got in and had to wait 30 minutes before it would be what you would comfortable . Also really struggled trying to use my control. I had to go to reception to get them to assist me and even they had some difficulties with it. Decent size room full featured and nice level of cleanliness though
