This was our second time staying at the Heathmount, we loved it so much we just had to book again. The staff are just incredible, so welcoming and cant do enough for you. The food is amazing and there's a great selection of drinks and cocktails. The room we stayed in (room 3) was just perfect, beautiful big window, lots of space and a very comfortable super king bed. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the shopping centre and the town centre, so it's the perfect base for exploring the city. Will definitely be back again.

A wonderful stay! The hotel was clean and conveniently located. There is even parking on site. The bar and restaurant downstairs is awesome and made the trip so relaxing being right there. The staff are friendly and attentive.

A small hotel but a great pick! Room was smaller but had plenty of space to open suitcases and bags. (Suggestion for the hotel - a portable luggage rack would be a plus.) Bathroom was very modern and nicely done. Looks like they have redecorated recently and they did a very nice job. I am a shorter person and I had a hard time getting up into the bed as it was quite high but, once up, it was very comfortable. Location made it easy to walk to the downtown area. In-hotel restaurant was good and their bar looked extensive as they had a wide variety of cocktail specials. Free parking was a plus.

Adorable hotel, comfortable well appointed rooms, and walkable to downtown area. I enjoyed having a small French Press option for room coffee. Rain shower and toiletries were nice. We didn't eat there but they have a full menu breakfast lunch and dinner. They also have a nice bar area and outside patio

Reason for the 5 stars is solely down to the staff who could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a late flight into Inverness so were not scheduled to arrive until 9pm and hotel called to ask if we wanted to pre order dinner to ensure it was ready for our arrival and in case we arrived after kitchen had closed. They were true to their word, called us 10 minutes before we arrived to check they should start cooking and food was served shortly after we got there which was very tasty. Easy to find, on site parking, good food and really lovely room. Very relaxing stay at the start of our holiday and would definitely return.

|Stop taking the P*ss out of the locals. ||Note to everyone, the Corriegarth (directly opposite) is much cheaper and just as good. ||Inverness businesses need to realise that we (the locals) are here 365 and the tourists are not. Create local discounts and over charge the tourists if you must but stop over charging us.||I have given 3 stars as opposed to 1 as the beer was fine as was the water and cordial (although no real prizes for getting the last one right)

Loved the location - neighborhood feel and only a short walk into town. Beautiful and large room and bathroom, clean, quiet, with a very updated and stylish feel. We arrived late and departed early, don't know if restaurant/bar on property would have been louder or not during other hours. Room had pretty views of street/shops/houses nearby, although this was also a detriment because leaving the curtains open meant no breeze, curtains open meant no visual privacy. Breakfast and parking were included and well appreciated. Like many European buildings, the hallways are a bit of a maze, and I did not see an elevator; not an issue for us, but could be for others. Staff were all helpful.

What a lovely hotel--great location in the Crown area of Inverness. Quiet and family-friendly area, but close to downtown Inverness--just a short walk or bus ride from a stop two minutes away. The rooms are brand new with a spacious bathroom--awesome amounts of counter space!! a very generous wardrobe, and the bed!!! The perfect combination of firm and fluffy--slept so well! The food is delicious and they have a great pub crowd. Best of all, the staff is amazing--warm, welcoming and friendly! I made the awful mistake of leaving my jewelry behind--always check every drawer and cupboard!! They assured me, found it, and shipped it back to me, and I am beyond grateful!! Put the Heatmount on the top of your list for your Inverness visit!! (Oh, and they have PARKING!! 😉)

Yelp
Highly recommend the Heathmount to stay at if you're in Inverness. Just a short walk to town but nice for those that don't want to be in the city proper. There is some parking out in front, which is very convenient. It's a bit of a small lot, but with some space to maneuver. Stayed here one night and got breakfast the following morning. Service: Great. No complaints here. They aren't staffed at night (which they do let you know), so make sure you have your key with you. Room: Very nice! Don't know what I was expecting, but it far exceeded what I thought I was going to get. Clean, decorated well, and every amenity I could want/need for a one night stay. Food: Paid for breakfast in the morning. There is a preset menu but you can pick from a selection of things. The full Scottish was a bit too salty for my personal preference but otherwise tasty. Very solid drip coffee.

Yelp
I absolutely loved my experience here! The hotel was beautifully renovated and I loved the shower. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and breakfast was calm and enjoyable. You will not regret your stay here!

Yelp
The rooms are very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is amazing. We utilized their laundry service as we were living out of backpacks and they cleaned and folded a large bag of clothes for only £10. The dinner was ok. My burger was overcooked but my wife liked her vegetarian meal quite a lot. I would recommend this hotel without question

Yelp
The Heathmount Hotel and Restaurant stands around other restaurants for two simple reasons. The location is prime and there are many signs around the facility that is red with the word 'illy' on it. This can only mean one thing you have to stop at this restaurant just because it provides the best coffee in the world. The illy coffee brought me in but the Steak Pie will make sure I don't for the Heathmount. I've tried many meat and steak pies in the UK and this Steak Pie was literally a cut way above the rest. It's was obvious that the Pie was made from scratch and the tender scottish beef used was fresh as it was tender and melted right in your mouth. It's a good size dish and the puff pastry that covered this succulent steak with sauce was flaky and cooked just right. The service was very good and where else can you go in the highlands that will serve the best coffee and steak pie in the world.

Yelp
This is a bar and restaurant with rooms above it. I have stayed in quite a few across Ireland and the U.K. This is far and away the absolute best. The shower A++ good pressure and temperature for a nice shower after a long day of traveling. The bar and restaurant has amazing food. I mean amazing food. I menu is great and the food is better than a Marriot. They even have a loyalty scheme where the more you spend in the bar and restaurant the more money they take off your bills. This establishment needs 10 stars. Also the location is great it was only a 5 minute walk to the city center and some great bars. The walk back uphill after a few drinks could be tough but the reward is the hotel bar is still open. I would highly recommend this place and stay again.
