Heaven Beach

Wow what a beautiful place. A quiet cove between Sarande and Ksamil lays heaven beach. An old port discontinued in the late nineties and converted into a resort in the early 2000’. The staff were more than welcoming and very friendly both Flori & Redi are amazing. The Food was tasty, The beach and sea a spectacular, Crystal clear. Would definitely recommend, so much so we continued our travels down to ksamil only to return the next day. I’m a 38 year old who lives life but ksamil was far too busy and not somewhere to go if you want to chill.

We stayed 4 nights in September and loved this little piece of heaven. With a car, it's conveniently located between Sarandë, amazing beaches like Mirror Beach, Pulelëbardha Beach and Ksamil. We didn't want to stay in a busy city or busy tourist spot so heaven beach was perfect to reach all the famous spots but retreat to our own little paradise every night. We regretted not staying another night! We loved the bar restaurant on the water. The style was really great and the vibes were good. They did play music but it was relaxed and not too loud. The staff were cool. The beach was clean. The only criticism is that shower only had hot water in the evenings, not the mornings, and the air con struggled a little. Minor to stay in heaven!

We stayed here for two nights in July 2025 and it was absolutely brilliant. Firstly the staff were all, without exception, super friendly and helpful. The road to the hotel isn’t great (but fine, our little hire car managed no problem) but in return you’re rewarded with the most gorgeous views and such a peaceful environment; a world away (though actually just a short drive) from the built up towns nearby. Heaven Beach itself was lovely - when it’s very windy some seaweed blows in, but when it’s calm the water is crystal clear. Lots of loungers available which are free of charge for hotel guests. It’s a rocky beach (like most in Albania) so water shoes/sandals are recommended. Super family friendly and very chilled. The restaurant is great - yes a little more expensive than other restaurants, but given the location (and captive audience!) we found it really reasonable (and still very cheap compared to other European destinations). We had breakfast included (which we hadn’t realised - we booked on booking.com) and it was super - choice of pancakes, French toast, omelette or fried eggs, along with peach juice (coffee is extra). We also ate at the restaurant one night and both had pasta which really excellent - better than we expected to be honest! Decent number of vegetarian options. The room itself had the most beautiful view and balcony. The decor/facilities were a bit dated but absolutely fine and, given the price and everything else that’s so great about the hotel, we weren’t expecting 5 star luxury. Overall would highly recommend - we had a super stay at Heaven Beach.

Nice rocky beach! We paid 1000 lek for two sunbeds and 1 sun umbrella, there wasn’t a lot of people, the water is very nice, very clean. It is easy access. There is WC and a bar with restaurant

We liked the beach and the restaurant so much that we went there twice. The beach is not overcrowded and is clean. The prices were totally fine. We also had breakfast there, which was really good, and the coffee was good as well – as was the service. The staff were kind.

Peaceful, beautiful, and so worth it. We stayed at the hotel by Heaven Beach and it was honestly such a great experience. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach, and you wake up to the sound of the ocean every morning. It felt like a little hidden gem. Our room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, with a balcony that looked out over the sea. The vibe of the whole place was super chill, perfect for relaxing. The staff were kind, helpful, and made us feel really welcome. You can tell they genuinely care about the guests. We also loved being so close to the beach bar and restaurant—super convenient and the food was amazing. If you're looking for a quiet, beachfront escape with good energy and beautiful surroundings, this is the spot.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days with our kids and absolutely loved it! The place is beautiful and very intimate, perfect for families. The service was excellent — everyone was kind and attentive. The kids had a fantastic time, and we all enjoyed the crystal-clear water. Truly a wonderful experience that we would happily repeat!

Amazing Stay at Heaven Beach Sarandë! I had an unforgettable stay at Heaven Beach Sarandë! The hotel exceeded all my expectations — the rooms were clean, comfortable. The private beach was absolutely stunning — crystal-clear water and plenty of space to relax. It truly felt like paradise! What made the experience even better was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel like a valued guest every single day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway in Sarandë. I can't wait to come back!
