Heaven Hill Brands Warehouse

Heaven Hill was one I was looking forward to and it did not disappoint. I only wish these distilleries would serve the allocated stuff on the tours.

I had a good experience here. They explain everything you need to do clearly. I didn’t ask for restroom, so I can’t comment on that. No overnight parking. I spent a total of 40 mnts there from checking in to checking out. There is a Walmart nearby, there are signs saying no overnight parking, but if you just want to shop it’s very convenient. If you follow the instructions you’ll do just fine. And by the way once you sign the docts, it takes a little while to print the documents, so be patient.

I arrived for loading 40 minutes earlier than the appointment time. They immediately gave me the door. A very polite and friendly security man told me what to do and how to do it. Everything took about one year from arrival to departure. There is no overnight parking

Im guessing they dont make enough.. $10. each for a tour.. They won't tell you if they are Phasing out the FitzGerald brand and replacing it with larceny, which is also good. Informitive tour-lady seemd a little pridefull and their is the sign They were practicing for the town barrel roll championship.

The distillery, without distillery! I was surprised, that they use a distillery in Benheim, and don't have a still onsite. Tour is OK, but not exceptional. All in all its good enough for 3 stars.

Lovely tour. Iris was so knowledgeable. I have been on so many tours and she was the best!! Felt so comfortable here! Would definitely come back!!

Didn’t do a tour but still a lot to see. Museum, bar, shop…all very nicely designed even if it’s for a 30’ stop!

Although I'm a big Elijah Craig fan, the distillery experience was the worst I have visited. I recommend you skip it. I would have really liked to try several of their brands but you can't pick and choose your flight selections. The flights and food are also ridiculously expensive. The bartender was absolutely rude - she shouldn't be unleashed on the public. Very nice facilities, but they need to fire whoever is in charge of the visitor center experience. I'll never buy Elijah Craig or Heaven Hill products again because of this experience - despite the products being good enough to purchase.
