We stayed here over Christmas with a family of 20.
The cabin was beautiful but we ran into several issues that made the stay less than great.
We did not have hot water in half of the house for the first 1.5 days. We were told maintenance would come out but they never did- not sure how it resolved itself but made it difficult for everyone to shower with only two bathrooms with hot water. We then lost water completely for the last two days. We were literally having to take water from the hot tub to flush toilets. Disgusting. Could not wash dishes or clean ourselves.
The individual rooms are great sleeping arrangements, but the bunk room cannot utilize all the beds at once. If you pull out the two trundle beds- there’s no room to walk around them and the room just becomes one giant mattress- we had to move the mattresses out of the bunkroom in order to use them. Also, there were no extra bedding for the trundle beds. There were sheets, but no blankets.
This cabin list it can sleep 29, we had 20 and felt it was cramped (14 adults and 6 kids). We had people traveling from IL, TN, NC, and TX to enjoy the holiday so we made the most of it. We are frequent travelers to Broken Bow and will not be staying at another cabin managed by Broken Bow Lodging again.
