Hébé Hotel (Annecy, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes) 5 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Annecy, the “Venice of the Alps,” is supplied with more historic charm and storybook beauty than most cities of its size. A less confident hotelier might lean into the prevailing mood of Alpine coziness, but Hôtel Hébé is free to indulge its elegant side. The result is a high-end boutique hotel that offers some contrast with its setting, while never going so far as to feel out of place." - Tablet Hotels

Stayed at this for 2 nights, in July and really liked it. The location is perfect, just a 3 min walk from the train station and a 5 min walk to the river and heart of old town. We had a suite on the top floor. It was absolutely silent. We never heard another guest or any noise from outside. From the living room, we had a great view of the mountains, over the old town. The greatest thing, perhaps, were the e-bikes that were available in the lobby. We used them every day and rode all the way around the lake one day. The bathroom was a good size, with a great shower, the a/c worked great and the bed was very comfortable. On top of that, the staff was very helpful, friendly and spoke perfect English. I would definitely book the Hebe again, if we return to Annecy.

We are a family of 4 adults from Australia and spent a wonderful four days at Hotel Hebe in late July. The rooms were beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The staff were delightful, a special shout out to Hugo and Simeon (please forgive me if the spelling is incorrect) who were very knowledgeable about the area and super helpful with recommendations and restaurant bookings. The woman who helped us out with hiring the ebikes was also lovely and gave us good information. We would definitely stay at this hotel again, a lovely hotel, bigger than normal rooms in Europe and walking distance to everything. Definitely recommend.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The location was fantastic. It is only 1 small block to the train and bus station and a 5 minute walk to the old town. The rooms were small, but modern and clean. These were some of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. We will stay here again next time we are in Annecy

The hotel is fine overall, but it’s portrayed and priced as a luxury 4-star / boutique hotel—which it isn’t really. I paid €259 per night in September for a basic room without breakfast. For what you get, that’s not a great price point. The location is decent: within walking distance of everything, though slightly off the main tourist areas. There's a public carpark a 5 mins walk from the hotel. Cost approx €10 and day.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel and did have. a good time. It is a new hotel, relatively new amenities, located next to the railway station and 5 min walk from the old town. Good rooms, but very small ones. Our room was overlooking the street so it was very noisy in the morning. Super comfy bed and pillow. Bathroom was not designed in the best way as the door was not fully closing and it was leaking slightly to the room. Overall good experience, but overpriced.

Amazing stay here in April. Upgraded to the suite. Lovely room. Large comfortable bed, large corner sofa with big TV and sound bar in a separate area. Lovely bathroom. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is brilliant, around the corner from the station and a short walk to the lake. I would 100% stay here again.

The hotel is absolutely ok. Not fancy or excellent but good enough. 10-15 minutes walk from the old town with the canals and restaurants etc. Which you must visit.
