⭐ 1/5 – Worst Car Rental Experience Ever Absolutely terrible service. I booked a Suzuki Spresso, yet they handed me a beat-up Nissan Micra that was clearly in bad condition and nowhere close to what I reserved. The staff member was shockingly rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Instead of fixing their mistake, he tried to force extra charges on me just to switch to the car I had already booked and paid for. The attitude was unbelievable — zero respect, zero customer care. This place is a complete scam. Avoid this car rental company at all costs. There are plenty of better, honest options out there.

We booked for a driver to bring us everywhere to explore Rodrigues. He is friendly and nice. The service of the company is very quick reply as well and one day we got a car and the next day a 4*4 that was very useful as it needed there.

We rented a motorbike with them and It was a great experience: they delivered it from door to door, the price was quite fair and the bike worked totally fine around all the hilly island which we really appreciated. Totally recommended if you are around.

I booked a car more than two months in advance, expecting a smooth experience. However, on the eve of my arrival, I received a call informing me that the car I had reserved was not available. Instead, they offered me an old, dirty vehicle that made strange noises while driving.||||When I requested a better car, they demanded additional charges, which I reluctantly paid—only to receive another subpar vehicle. It was still dirty, poorly maintained, and extremely fuel-consuming, which ended up costing me a lot more during my trip around the island.||||To make matters worse, the staff was extremely rude. The person who delivered the car showed zero customer service skills, refused to acknowledge the issues I raised, and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner.||||This company clearly does not care about its customers. Poor service, terrible cars, and unprofessional staff—I do not recommend renting from them. Avoid at all costs!
