I booked a car more than two months in advance, expecting a smooth experience. However, on the eve of my arrival, I received a call informing me that the car I had reserved was not available. Instead, they offered me an old, dirty vehicle that made strange noises while driving.||||When I requested a better car, they demanded additional charges, which I reluctantly paid—only to receive another subpar vehicle. It was still dirty, poorly maintained, and extremely fuel-consuming, which ended up costing me a lot more during my trip around the island.||||To make matters worse, the staff was extremely rude. The person who delivered the car showed zero customer service skills, refused to acknowledge the issues I raised, and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner.||||This company clearly does not care about its customers. Poor service, terrible cars, and unprofessional staff—I do not recommend renting from them. Avoid at all costs!
