So I’ve been to Hector’s twice in the past three days because I really love it there!! The sandwiches are really good and fresh - I’m thinking they maybe bake the bread in house? I tried the roast beef sandwich on my first visit and the Don Corleone on my second. Both delicious. I also had fries when I went yesterday and the fries SLAPPED. The decor/ambience is super cute. I sat inside both times because the parlor area is so cute to me. The waitstaff is super friendly and welcoming and I feel comfortable bringing my laptop in to work. The playlist also hits- I love it! Additional plus - the bathrooms are really clean and well-kept. Hector’s has quickly won a place in my list of Antigua go tos. Minor ding - the cinnamon roll looked amazing on the menu but when I ordered it to try, I didn’t love it. I would’ve wanted it fluffier and softer (I did get it warmed up) with more of a moist icing than like dried crackly icing. But it’s all good there’s so much other stuff on the menu to try (the burger looks amazing) and I love the vibes there so I’ll definitely be back!!

Absolutely and highly recommended! One of my most favorite places in Antigua. Delicious breakfast menu with a really good value. Super nice waiters and the atmosphere there is awesome. They have a huge indoor and garden area as well as a rooftop. There is also a bar that serves all kinds of craft beers with a happy hour from 1-5pm.

Best food ive had in a very long time. Great waiters and live music was adequate. Me and my friend ate enough for 5 people and the average was 28 dollars with two large families.

Fantastic food. They had a variety of options from sandwiches to burgers to pasta. I had the steak and it was bomb, my lady had the Pomodoro pasta and she really enjoyed it too. Service was a little slower but we didn’t mind because the courtyard was beautiful. The amenities (bathroom, etc.) were very nice and clean. Would come here again.

Been here multiple times during our trip. The hectors salad was tasty and fresh. The New York style sandwich was good, fresh meats & bread. Even the bagels didn’t disappoint. Beautiful patio inside. Would recommend if you need more American style food during your trip.

After a long trek arriving to Antigua, this place had great food and drinks. My wife had an amazing burger and I ordered a perfectly cooked steak and fries with grilled veggies with a delicious martini. Def come here!

I had a delicious experience at Héctor Bistro. I tried a spectacular starter, presented in a very creative way: small portions mounted with fresh ingredients toasted almonds and a touch of balsamic reduction, all on a crispy base. Each bite was an explosion of perfectly balanced textures and flavors. As a main course, I ordered a juicy meat sandwich served with golden and crispy fries, accompanied by a delicious sauce. Everything was impeccably prepared, and the meat at its ideal point, soft and tasty. To accompany, a natural orange juice that perfectly complemented the food. The atmosphere of the place is warm and cozy, ideal to relax and enjoy. Without a doubt, an experience to repeat. I recommend Héctor Bistro with his eyes closed!

Delicious food and beautiful atmosphere! Check out the rooftop patio bar with sweeping views and a cool breeze. They have a variety of rooms and patios for seating options, with fountains, greenery, and a festive ambiance. It's clean and considerate of tourists with dietary needs. Arrive early because the tables fill quickly.
