Stayed 2 nights here as part of an EasyJet holiday. Quiet location very close to the underground. Plenty of eateries in Hammersmith too. |The room was small but comfortable. The bed was comfy and large. Never seen so much storage space in this sized room before! |The shower was very good although full of long black hairs on our arrival which wasn’t pleasant. One found on the bed too. |I have no idea why they don’t provide a hand towel for the sink. Had to use the bath mat both days. Never seen that before and never want to again. |We did have a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again for a city break.

Stayed 6 nights in June 2025 for business trip. While location and price are attractive, cleanliness problems significantly impacted the experience.||**LOCATION:**|Excellent location just 5 minutes walk from Hammersmith station. Quiet residential area, safe even at night. Easy access to central London and perfect for Hammersmith business district.||**ROOM & FACILITIES:**|Superior Double Room was spacious enough for large suitcases. Unusual layout with sink in center of room. Rare to find refrigerator in London hotel rooms - that was appreciated. ||**CLEANLINESS ISSUES:**|Upon arrival, found multiple hairs on bed sheets and duvet. Even after lifting covers, more hairs were visible. Information cards in room were noticeably dirty and stained. This suggests poor housekeeping standards that are unacceptable regardless of price point.||**SERVICE:**|Staff friendly and helpful. Check-in/out smooth. They accepted Amazon deliveries which was convenient when I needed to order replacement travel adapter.||**VALUE:**|£120/night is a lot cheaper than typical London rates (£150~200/night). However, the cleanliness issues make even this discounted rate poor value.||**SURROUNDING AREA:**|Good restaurant options in Hammersmith area. No issues finding dining choices.||**COMPARISON:**|Colleague stayed at nearby Premier Inn for slightly higher rate but much better standards. Would recommend spending extra for proper cleanliness.||**WOULD NOT RECOMMEND:** The hygiene problems are simply unacceptable for any accommodation. While price is attractive for London, basic cleanliness is non-negotiable.||Will not return on future London business trips. Choose somewhere else instead.

Extremely disappointed with our stay at this place. Complete mis representation of the rooms online. We were shoved to the basement rooms with fully tinted windows that do not even open just because we are having a short stay here of 4 days 3 nights? That was what the receptionist said when I tried to change the room because my wife is claustrophobic and the room they gave me felt like a damn jail cell. The super creaky aircon did not make it better. Told the receptionist once again and she said its normal all the air conditioning here sounds like that. I even showed her a video of the noisy aircon and she doesn’t seem to care. Another thing, the room is super small and it comes with a really weird and unpractical design. The only good thing about this place is the location. Please stay away and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I stayed at this hotel in mid-August and accidentally left behind a teddy bear that is very precious to me. I realized it just before my flight and felt devastated, but the hotel immediately responded to my email and kindly found it. They even handed it to my friend who lives in the UK. I am truly grateful for their help and quick response. The room was very clean, the shower facilities were excellent, and overall I had a wonderful stay. It was my first time visiting the UK, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. I would definitely love to stay here again when I return to London. Thank you so much! :)

It was kind of interesting watching this place being built, or, perhaps to be more precise, being put together from prefabricated blocks that were manoeuvred one on top of the other by cranes. The name of the chain is also kind of noteworthy; “Heeton” seems similar to “Hilton”, and 希頓 is also similar to 希爾頓. One wonders if this is deliberate. Also, some interesting rooms with areas that look kind of like they might be for preparing food, although this is not entirely clear. Anyway, good location.

£450 for a city four room for a weekend? Travel over 200 miles to then be told no rooms and the guy waved his hand in front of the check in screen then panicked when I showed him ‘no rooms’ before calling the manager. Despite paying Flexi Rate! Then they gave us a room in the Basement across from the staff room so all you heard was constant door banging… no sleep all night. Then pay for coffee and pastry to be given nothing but a coffee bag? And then the pastry’s costed minimum £2 each that were sitting out all day? No door lock from the inside and a broken peep hole in the door… Staff not the friendliest, trying to be digital lead but failed and complained about over booking. Not a customer issue??? Worst place I’ve been to in a long time…

Just being in Hammersmith in London was pretty decent. This particular hotel had plenty to offer, although we could have used air conditioning, a microave, and a working safe. But my wife and I thought this part of London was okay. It was near rail stations to go in and around London. But anything that's free, take it while supplies last.

Room so dark in the basement opposite comms room outside and plant room so noisy. Reception is two people sat at a computer by the desk upmarket experience this is not! No restaurant no breakfast I would avoid and especially ask for a high floor room feels like a hostel and my room has two double beds too obviously this is quantity not quality.
