Excellent location. The hotel is very close to Hammersmith Underground Station (just a few minutes’ walk), giving you easy access to central London and Heathrow via the tube. It’s also near restaurants, pubs, shops and venues like the Eventim Apollo concert hall. Shops like Ikea, Primark, M&S, TK Maxx and H&M are also near. The room is modern, clean and comfortable. There is also free wi-fi. My room on the 4th floor is quite a decent space. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The staff are helpful, friendly and responsive. Generally in terms of value I find it good for the price in terms of location and the transport links nearby.

The location of the Heeton Concept Hotel is excellent, with bus stops and underground stations within easy walking distance. Shops and restaurants are conveniently nearby. The room we stayed in was very clean and had two double beds, which was more than sufficient for three people. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. While the breakfast selection was somewhat limited and fairly simple, the hotel overall offers excellent value for money. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel.

This will become my regular place to stay in London now! Location is fantastic, just a couple mins walk from district line, Hammersmith and city line, circle line and Piccadilly line so great access to get around London. The rooms are efficiently built. The bathroom is deconstructed which worked well for us, the toilet in separate room with sink and shower outside also. It takes a little getting used to but it saves space which is great. There is a lift which is fantastic as we were on the 4th floor. Rooms were cleaned well and as often as we wished which was very handy whilst we were out and about. The service was phenomenal. Staff are so lovely and kind and really make full effort to make you comfortable.

This hotel was like staying in a torture chamber!!! Both my partner and I have had zero sleep due to groups of young people being placed above us!! We had our young Daughter with us who was unable to get to sleep and was frightened as it felt like someone was going to come through the ceiling. This hotel is most definitely not soundproofed!! Hotel staff also told me that they had upgraded our room, however I had booked and paid for a Deluxe Double Room, and when I checked the website they had actually chucked us in a Standard Double Room. I would not stay in this excuse for a hotel again if you paid me! We are both broken today ahead of a day of sightseeing with our Daugher.😢

Had a great stay here due to being conveniently close to enhance medical hospital. The decor in reception is lovely and it smells amazing due to the diffuser. The staff were lovely and helpful, the room was nice and clean, with an openable window and air con/ heating. Close to all the shops too. Would stay here again. Thank you.

Stayed here a few weeks ago after a spontaneous trip into central and the price being so cheap. That cheap that I ended up staying an extra day. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, always someone on reception and the rooms were extra large. Would definitely recommend

For a 4 stars hotel, you would have thought you would have a space where to have breakfast, but surprisingly, this was done at the small reception with 6 stools for an entire hotel, the breakfast itself is very poor with very little options, you can choose between a 2 types of pastries or yogurt with toppings, no hot milk for your coffee. The rooms were okay but the bed really uncomfortable and old. The staff is nice and helpful and the location convenient, but that is as much as you get here.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, lift was out of service. John, the technician, was kind enough to assist us with the luggage to level 1. Location is great. Room is clean n spacious .As per photo description.
