Heim is a cozy, relaxed brunch spot tucked into the Santos neighborhood. Bright and welcoming, with an easy flow that makes you want to slow down and stay a while. The staff were warm and attentive, checking in without hovering and keeping things moving with ease. Everything felt relaxed but intentional.
We had two flat whites made with their medium roast. I usually go for light roasts, but this one surprised me—in the best way. Smooth, balanced, and gently sweet, with milk that was perfectly textured all the way through.
The almond croissant was one of the best I’ve had. Flaky, golden, and filled with a soft almond center that felt just sweet enough. Crisp on the outside, buttery all the way through, and thoughtfully made.
Heim does brunch well. Great coffee, standout pastries, and a space that feels lived in but still fresh. It’s already on my list to return.
