Our stay at Hotel Helios is always absolutely fantastic! It truly embraces its natural surroundings, creating a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. Its close proximity to the sea is incredibly convenient, and we love spending time at the beautiful pool and the hotel's private grassy beach. The hotel is very children friendly offering a playground. |Hotel Helios truly provides everything you need for a memorable vacation.

Helios Hotel offers a truly enjoyable stay with several standout qualities. The service is exceptional—staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. The location is also excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. Additionally, the hotel provides a good range of food options, with several on-site restaurants that deliver both quality and variety. That said, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The pool was noticeably cold, which made swimming less comfortable than expected. The breakfast selection felt limited and could benefit from more variety, especially for guests staying multiple days. Lastly, the Wi-Fi connection was weak and unreliable in several parts of the hotel, which might be frustrating for those needing to stay connected. Overall, Helios Hotel is a solid choice, particularly for its service and dining—but with a few adjustments, it could be even better.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The Room was very nice and big. The hotel is very clean and the pool area by the beach is amazing. Very good value for the money. We also used the services in Helios spa and we can warmly recommend it also. Massage was super!

The best hotel in Balchik or even in the Black Sea coast! The staff is super friendly, the owners are the best and very accommodating. We had our wedding here and it was an amazing time. The food is great, cook very talented and the housekeeping is fast and thorough. The views from the hotel are even better. One of the best vacations of my life!! Will be back 100%! ❤️

Very friendy and flexible hotel staff. Affordable prices. We stayed for one week on may and loved the place. Cozy family business. Spa treatments were lovely. There was a taxi service from the hotel that could take you around northern bulgaria. Taxi driver was very friendly.

Friendly staff, well cleaned premises and nice atmosphere. Excellent Bulgarian 3 star hotel. Nice pool and possibility to swim in ocean. Well working airconditioning in room. Family room with 2 bedrooms was big enough for 4 persons. Restaurant was basic good, and breakfast was good everyday. Took rental car from airport wich helped moving around. Using taxi would have been quite costly.
