First of all - BIG shout out to whoever handles marketing for Hello Adorn because I was hit with an IG ad that had me stop in my tracks and subscribe to the newsletter… in Austin, Texas 👏🏼 It wasn’t until I was up here visiting my fiance’s family that I realized that all of the jewelry is designed, created and sold right here in downtown Eau Claire!! What are the chances?! I’m glad I was able to buy the tiny twists in person - the staff was incredibly kind and helped me get them in. I’ve been wearing (and sleeping) in them for over a week and am sooo happy with them. Needless to say, I love this little gem of an operation and foresee myself asking for Hello Adorn treasures for any and all occasions from friends & family 😆 beautiful store, beautiful people, beautiful jewelry ✨

I’ve loved the jewelry from here the last year. But it has only lasted about that long. I’ve had three pieces of jewelry from this store break. I just bought a new pair of earrings yesterday and when l took my old hoops off they broke in half. Literally broke right in the middle. This isn’t cheap jewelry but the quality is definitely not proportionate to the price. I went into the store and mentioned this and they couldn’t do anything about it because it was outside the 60 day warranty. The website says this is jewelry to “wear every day, Forever”. Is it only supposed to last 60 days? I’m quite disappointed and unfortunately l will not be shopping here anymore.

Personal attention. I placed an order and there was a glitch so some of the personalization didn't go through. Received a text the next morning from a live person who very quickly responded and the package was shipped same day! Recieved 3 days later and it's perfect! This is my 5th or 6th order from Hello Adorn and love everything!

I recently had an earring break that I purchased from Adorn. I LOVE their jewelry and haven’t ever had any issues before. I reached out to their customer service and they were SOOOOOO helpful. They helped me find my order because I did not know which email it was under and ended up sending me a replacement earring free of charge! They have the best jewelry AND AMAZING customer service!

The rings are absolutely gorgeous and I can’t believe how fast I received them. They are a gift for Christmas and I had no worries with this order. Beautiful work and they are packaged so nicely too. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
