As always, the products from HA are top tier. But this review is moreso to illuminate the INCREDIBLE customer service and care they provide. I lost the back to one of the Double Up Posts less than a month after buying, reached out to see if they had extra backs. I offered to pay because I love these so much and I was desperate to wear them again. Not only did they get back to me within hours, they sent me a pack of backs FOR FREE. Beautiful earrings! I LOVE my Adorn earrings. The little twists are the perfect mom jewelry because they’re too small for tiny hands to yank on, but they still feel fun/pretty! I can leave them in 24/7 and they don’t bother my very sensitive ears. They were a little tough to get in, but it helped to stretch them out then pinch them back together once they were in. The packaging was so cute too!
