Hello Adorn

First of all - BIG shout out to whoever handles marketing for Hello Adorn because I was hit with an IG ad that had me stop in my tracks and subscribe to the newsletter… in Austin, Texas 👏🏼 It wasn’t until I was up here visiting my fiance’s family that I realized that all of the jewelry is designed, created and sold right here in downtown Eau Claire!! What are the chances?! I’m glad I was able to buy the tiny twists in person - the staff was incredibly kind and helped me get them in. I’ve been wearing (and sleeping) in them for over a week and am sooo happy with them. Needless to say, I love this little gem of an operation and foresee myself asking for Hello Adorn treasures for any and all occasions from friends & family 😆 beautiful store, beautiful people, beautiful jewelry ✨

I recently had an earring break that I purchased from Adorn. I LOVE their jewelry and haven’t ever had any issues before. I reached out to their customer service and they were SOOOOOO helpful. They helped me find my order because I did not know which email it was under and ended up sending me a replacement earring free of charge! They have the best jewelry AND AMAZING customer service!

Gorgeous. Stunning. The store, the jewelry, the vibes. I could spend hours here. Large store with tons of home decor and gifts. Some clothing too. A lot of clasic, minimalist jewelry to choose from. Friendly and helpful employees. Highly recommend checking out this flagship store.

I love Hello Adorn! I am obsessed with dainty gold jewelry and they have the best! It's hand-made, quality, and so elegant. It was so nice to be able to try everything on and view all of their options. The store is SO beautifully decorated and fun to be in!

As always, the products from HA are top tier. But this review is moreso to illuminate the INCREDIBLE customer service and care they provide. I lost the back to one of the Double Up Posts less than a month after buying, reached out to see if they had extra backs. I offered to pay because I love these so much and I was desperate to wear them again. Not only did they get back to me within hours, they sent me a pack of backs FOR FREE. Other businesses take notes: this is how you take care of your customers and get them to keep coming back. Thank you Hello Adorn crew!
