It's pretty good food. Our kids loved the kids menu, my husband wasn't too excited about the menu options. I thought it was good, not great but good. Our kids were pretty confused & unhappy about the obvious male server whom was trying to act & look like a female. I tried to explain it but that part was difficult. My husband & I didn't appreciate that part. Our server lady was truly generous & friendly. We were there as tourists for the weekend but definitely won't be back. It's not worth it.

We went to Hello Betty on Easter Sunday, hoping for a quick lunch. The place wasn't very busy, but we were told by the hostess that we still had to put our names on the waiting list. Looking at all the empty tables was puzzling, but we weren't in any rush so put our names in. About 10 minutes later, we were seated and waited for our server. Long story short, they were understaffed for a holiday weekend. Our server was nice and kept apologizing but was as attentive as possible under the circumstances. I will say that the food was good. The clam chowder could've been hotter. We split a tuna melt with fries. The tuna melt was made perfectly to my husband's specifications with grilled parmesan cheese on the bread. It was very yummy. The ambiance was chill and quiet, like a sleepy, rainy afternoon on the coast. In all fairness, this place is good, so other than the staffing issues that day, I would still recommend it.

First time stopping in, service was amazing! Our waiter was the best, super cool vibe. He took care of us and kept checking in. The Salmon sliders were good! The Tuna Poke Tostada was different and a bit on the salty side. 😬

We stumbled into Hello Betty and despite the vacuous (she could have been a robot) hostess we checked out the rooftop and found a great bar, and service staff upstairs. The drinks were fine, the staff was good. Next time we will try the food.

This is one of the best Oceanside restaurants I've been to. Their seafood dishes are so good. We got the fish of the day plate, octopus and cod tacos and mussels. Food is so delicious and the interior design is so modern and has a great beach vibe. We'll definitely come back for music and dancing in their patio area

Hello Betty is a most delicious restaurant with great food and a wonderful atmosphere that included live music by @leemelton. The fish & chips were delicious as was the hamburger and tacos. Highly recommend.

Hello Betty was pretty good and not too bad. The service was really nice, but food took about 20-25 minutes on a Thursday at 2pm. Not anyone's fault but the back. Maybe they had a slip up and it took as and linger for my wonderful salmon sliders. I could tell they waited on the salmon sliders because my wife's fish and chips were Luke warm. Still pretty tasty, just that "under heat lamp warm". Decent beer selection. Oceanside charges a tourism tax? Actually the salmon sliders would have been better with a toasted bun/roll rather than a sweet hawian roll straight out of the bag. Ok Ok Bye

Went here for dinner and to meet up with friends, I got the Mahi Mahi tacos which were very tasty. The atmosphere was fun and friendly, and of course people were bringing their dogs in. The server was a little slow but help came in and took care of our table. Everything was good until I saw the very small writing on the bottom of the menu. On top of your bill they tack on a 1% surcharge to go towards the employees healthcare. They also charge a tourist fee even if you’re a local. Second time I went it was just as bad, no silverware, napkins and the food was cold. This could be a really nice place but it t lacks proper management and training.

Yelp
I have lived in Oceanside for a while but have never tried Hello Betty. I have heard that they used to have an awesome view up on top of the building before the hotel was built across the street blocking the view. Parking is available across the street in a paid lot, if you can get some limited time free parking near the transit center if you are lucky. I met a friend for dinner on a Wednesday night, so it was not too crowded. Two things that I noticed when I walked in were the dune buggy to the left of the check in stand, and all of the TVs playing sports. The Menu seems to be small compared with other restaurants. There was a variety of appetizers to choose from but we decided to skip those. The menu has salads, fish, burgers, chicken, steak, tacos, etc. Others in my party went with the dish and chips and the chicken sandwich. I decided to try the brisket tacos, with rice and charro beans (not the black beans). It was good. The rice was ok, the beans were ok but I should have went for the black beans. The tacos were tasty and packed full of yummy ingredients, they were flavorful and even though small, they were filling. I think it was $17 for 2 tacos, rice, and beans. I had a bite of the chicken sandwich and it was pretty good. It was my 2nd choice and I should have went with that instead. Maybe next time. We also shared the Mexican brownie sundae dessert. It was pretty good, decent size, delicious and it was enough for 3 people. We went up to the roof to check out the view, it was ok and the light rain added to the ambiance. It must have been a great idea before the hotels were built up Across the street.

Yelp
Went here for lunch with visitors from out of state thinking it would be a great meal for them. I ordered a medium cooked cheeseburger, came out pink as hell. The bun was soggy, the meat was unseasoned, and very oily. I had two bites and just started drinking. My fiancé ordered the Caesar salad with cooked salmon. Salmon was raw in the middle and nasty. They took it out from our bill but only took out the salmon part haha. Totally a waste of money coming to this restaurant. Nice location but the food was terrible. Our server was great though.

Yelp
Disappointing food. Great view at the bar as it is open and can see a bit of the ocean. The food though . . . So bland and without any inspiration. Just a burger, salad and Mexican corn The burger was a burger. The salad and Mexican corn did not really meet expectation for the price. Anyone can throw lettuce together and put corn and tortilla chips on top. Had Paloma drinks- expensive for the small servings. Wait staff missing off the floor. They were likely in the back chatting. Pass on this one!!!

Alex F.

Yelp
VERY AVERAGE!! The hotel gave some restaurant credit so we tried this place out. Went in for happy hour and the place was not busy. We ordered the Tuna Poke Tostada and Plantain Tacos. The tostada was better than the tacos but was lackluster. There really wasn't much to the tacos so it really didn't taste like much. You could only taste the tortilla and crema. If they doubled the ingredients it would be much better. Overall, this place will leave you disappointed.

Yelp
This place is just a couple of streets away from the beach.. right on the corner. We walked in. There was no one there to see us. We ended up seating ourselves. The service is OK the food is OK . I can't honestly say anything special about this place it was pouring down rain and it was a good place to sit inside. The tacos were good and the tuna melt on sourdough with avocado instead of cheese, was OK. One thing I think they should definitely change is the Caesar salad with the chicken on top was served in a tiny bowl, so there was no room to move your food around in the bowl or it would spill out over the edge onto the table . That was inconvenient.( if you order this, I would ask for a separate dish on the side.)

Lorenzo M.

Yelp
The location is great. About one block away from the pier/beach. Dropped in for Happy Hour (March Madness was in full swing). This place has indoor/outdoor seating. TVs around the bar. Ample amount of seating. If you're seated at the bar (right side) or outside. You will great views of the ocean. Our server was really attentive. However, I order the following: chips and salsa, MAHI (need more fish) and Shrimp tacos (two of the same happy hour price), Elote Mexican Street Corn, drinks: O' SIDE RITA and La Paloma. The tacos were fresh and delicious. The street corn was on point. First round of drinks tasted good. The second round didn't taste like an adult beverage. I was charged for the non-Happy Hour price for the salsa and chips and the tacos. The bill was adjusted by $4. It should've been more. By this time, I was ready to leave. I didn't want to deal with the inconvenience.

Yelp
This is located just a couple of blocks from the Pier and they have a great rooftop. The service was really good However I thought my lobster taco was just okay . It felt like it was missing something. This was a special so maybe it was just bad ordering my part

Mike L.

Yelp
Before heading down to Oceanside for my buddy's wedding, I made sure to do my homework on where to eat. Not that I wouldn't normally do it anyways, but it felt especially pertinent in this case since I was only going to have time to check out one place during my trip. After doing a bit of research, it didn't take me long to settle on Hello Betty - the photos of their food looked great and their 2,400+ reviews obviously were a good sign (not that review count is the end all be all). Of course, it also didn't hurt that they just so happened to be right by where my friends and I were staying too...ha! Beyond just their uber convenient location (only a few short blocks from the beach/pier), there's a lot to Hello Betty that makes them so popular. The vibe is semi-trendy yet casual, there's a huge bar with a bunch of TV's, and their rooftop lounge is perfect for day drinking/happy hour with friends (they have a terrific array of beers, margaritas, and beach cocktails too!). Most importantly, the food menu is full of appealing options as well. While it may not appear very extensive at a glance, there's a lot to choose from, whether it be their starters, salads, burgers, sandwiches, entrees, or their dozen or so varieties of tacos. However, despite how said tacos seemed like the thing to get, I couldn't resist the craving I'd been having for some FISH & CHIPS ($18.50). Even though I started to second guess myself almost immediately after ordering (I debated on flagging our server to add on a taco), I felt better as soon as my dish came out. Initially, I was a little disappointed to see only two pieces of fish, but I was pretty happy with how they looked. Sadly, though, the taste of them fell a little short. While the fish itself was great (moist and flakey, in a good way), the batter was more soft than crispy. As for the fries, they were solid - crispier than the fish, but the portion felt a little light. As far as service goes, we didn't run into any issues, but I can see why others have had uneven experiences. We came in the middle of the afternoon, so we didn't have any issues with a wait or the restaurant being crowded, but one of the hosts seemed disinterested in helping us. Our interactions with our server were also a little more transactional than friendly, though she was perfectly fine otherwise, so it's really more of an observation than a complaint. One other thing that's pretty cool about Hello Betty is that they have theme nights throughout the week that offers something different, such as Taco Tuesdays, wine nights, and live music. Still, as much fun as those sound, I'm not sure that I would make a point of coming back the next time I'm out here, given how I literally have the rest of Oceanside to discover. Not that I would be opposed to a return if someone suggest it, especially since I'm still rather curious about their tacos! THREE AND A HALF STARS would be perfect, but, after a lot of waffling back and forth, I'm rounding down for now.

Yelp
I'm surprised this place is still running. Stopped in with a group of 10 and were seated right away. Unfortunately, that was the only part that went well. Our waitress was nice but also very forgetful when it came to orders and refills. I had their three tacos with octopus, rock crab, and Mahi mahi. About an hour later, we all finally received our food. To say the least, my octopus taco was burnt, and all the tortillas were stale. Lastly, it took another 30 minutes just to get our check. The place looked really promising from outside, but sadly, they did not deliver on service.

Ligia M.

Yelp
First time we were here, we came with a large group just for drinks. Cool place right by the ocean and perfect for large groups (just don't recommend having lunch or dinner here). The second time we came for lunch... The crab meat from Louie salad barely had any taste, if it weren't for their tasty dressing. We both got the fish and chips. Fish was tasteless and chewy (couldn't eat it), but the fries were really good! Our server told us people had complained how there was too much dressing on everything, so now their food is mostly bland. Crystal did her best to accommodate the tasteless meal by offering a discount and a voucher. Bottom line: I don't recommend this place for lunch or dinner, but if you want drinks and fries and live music, in a cool spot with great location, you got it!

Brittney C.

Yelp
Super fun relaxed atmosphere, cool ocean breeze comes through the open walls. Great friendly service! Delicious food options! Gluten Free options available. Chips and guacamole/salsa are delicious. (Chips are in a shared fryer)

Addy W.

Yelp
Was in the area and heard live music, so we decided to check it out. On their rooftop level there was a cute band playing Elvis hits and even had "Elvis" himself. It was self seat and we were able to find a spot right near the band. Due to the new hotel development across the street....their ocean view unfortunately is no longer viewable.... But we still enjoyed the night rocking out to some old school hits.

Juliana H.

Yelp
We ate here twice now with our families for early lunch. The first time we ate at the rooftop and second we had a big family gathering. The rooftop is very nice but I wish we didn't have to eat with plastic utensils. The food was good.My favorite was the wedge salad. The dressing was light and so good. We had a big party our second time and a stroller. We tried a couple spots before settling in one and hostess was very helpful. We all tried the ceviche, burger, fish and chips and shrimp and chips and everyone enjoyed their meal. My favorite drink was the fuego mango margarita. We will definitely come back.

Ryan H.

Yelp
We came here for food and ended up getting dessert! The ambience is really fun and nice. The location is great and very convenient especially if you were staying at the attached hotel. The service was mediocre and it felt like they were either very short staffed or the servers were absent-minded. It is hard to tell as the place was not busy at all when we were there. The desserts are incredible, and very tasty! We had the Mexican brownies sundae, the cheesecake, and the chocolate tart, which is flourless!if you were looking for a dessert and a fun place to end the evening, this is a great place to go.

Chanel Y.

Yelp
My friend and I stopped here while in the area, and let me say the tacos did NOT disappoint! I'm not gonna lie to you, I had low expectations because everyone knows the best tacos are the authentic Mexican ones from taco shops by the border. But I was very pleasantly surprised by Hello Betty's tacos! While they were more trendy/gourmet styled tacos, I was very impressed! The flavor was unique in each one, and they were all juicy and delicious. The pickled onions were *chef kiss* If you're in the area, I highly recommend!

Shiho B.

Yelp
We came here on Friday around 7:00. Wait time was about 30 min. They do text message when the table is ready, so we went to the beach which is 1 min. walk. We walked around and played at the play ground. Text message system worked great! We ordered a lot of food. I am showing all the food we ordered in the pictures. Everything came out in good amount of time. Chcken sandwich had big deep fried chicken. Corn was flavorful. Shrimp linguine had 5 big shrimps in it. Shrimps we're plump and delicious!! Past was al dente !! It is $27 , but I recommend it. Fish and chips. Fish was juicy , lightly breaded. Yummy They had live music. Fun place to spend a night. Service was ok. Our server didn't bring silverware and plates when he brought appetizers. ( didn't come back right away for them) We had to ask another server to bring them. That was the only thing I can note here, but manager came and asked everything was ok, they refilled water at the right moment. Service was good and they are well taken care of. We didn't drive to this restaurant, but I see lots of street parking area and public parking lots. So should be ok to find parking space unless it is a busy summer season. We had a great time!!

Sammy L.

Yelp
5 STARS LOCATION!! The ROOFTOP outdoor dining got us. Super friendly staff greeted quickly right away guided us upstairs. Well, It's about 7:30pm on a Saturday night. And there was only ONE server/bartender/cashier on the rooftop. Every other employees were downstairs. Our server deserved good tips! The drinks, food and service were all good. We're coming back soon! Go experience yourself!!

Frederick H.

Yelp
I've been meaning to stop for a bite here for years, finally got around to it. It was a cloudy cool day, so we didn't get to enjoy the upstairs balcony; it was barely warm enough for the roll up doors to be open. It's a nice looking place inside; my son liked the ropes and the dune buggy. The staff seemed a bit confused, but Vanessa helped us even though we weren't in her section; she was very attentive and friendly. I had a Paloma, peel and eat shrimp appetizer, and a smoked fish taco. Everything was great; the taco was especially good. Will be back when its warmer and try more of the tacos!

Mina M.

Yelp
Best fish and chips I've had in awhile! Hello Betty's Fish and Chips is the perfect ratio between crispy golden batter and tender, perfectly cooked fish. It tastes like the original English fish and chips. Salmon slider was also very fulfilling. I look forward to returning and enjoying more of their fantastic seafood. Impressed by delicious food at Hello Betty.

Isa J.

Yelp
I almost never write bad reviews but I was very disappointed with the food here. We ordered the bomb fries, the tacos, ceviche, cookie skillet and a few other things and it was all pretty bad. The fries were basically what you would expect on nachos (sour cream, guac, steak, pico) on fries so they were all soggy. The guac tasted horribly too, like it had been made days ago. The ceviche was so bad too. I love ceviche but this had no flavor and the fish did not taste very fresh. I was most disappointed with the cookie skillet. The cookie was so hard (not warmed at all) and so I couldn't even scoop it without it flying off the table. We asked them if they had warmed it and they said they did but the ice cream makes it hard again, which is simply not true. It was also the first place that I've noticed bring out the beer in a cup like that instead of pouring it, especially a Stella. The bar looks really cool but I was so disappointed on the food. Also, the rooftop is only opened on weekends!

Diandra R.

Yelp
Come for the ambiance and drinks, and don't expect much from the wait staff. Easy access if you're a hotel guest. Spicy mango margarita was very tasty. It's understandably pricey due to its location, but service was very transactional.

Adri R.

Yelp
Steps away from Oceanside pier. I ended up getting the fish and chips. The restaurant offers open setting. There is a roof top sitting area. The food and service were really good.

Nicole W.

Yelp
Had a large party they were able to accommodate us pretty fast. Super busy on weekends. Food was good, service was good. Alot of beers on draft. Great location.

Laura E.

Yelp
Let me start off by saying that the only good thing about this place is the service, everyone was very nice and attentive. I got the mai tai and it was just ok. We were craving fish and chips so we got those and the shrimp and chips. The fish one came with only two pieces of fish, I thought that was very little, I was expecting at least three pieces (it costs $21) and it was very dry. The shrimp portion was good. They both came with coleslaw and fries, the fries were great but the slaw was severely under seasoned. We also got the ceviche and that one was even more under seasoned, I swear it didn't have a single grain of salt in it, and very little lime (or whatever else they put on it), the pieces of chopped onion were huge. The total was around $100 (tip included), not worth the price.

Ernie B.

Yelp
Jordyn was our server (on the right) she was so amazing! The food was on point... not sure why but we were surprised at how good everything was! We both had Elote(street corn) Yvette had, Carne Asada and Barbacoa tacos and I had Tuna melt....along with a Betty Sunset drink. All were seriously amazing! But that sweet personality and impeccable service we got from Jordyn was the icing on the cake!

Amanda D.

Yelp
Food is trash, drinks taste like the end of the drink, watered down and disgusting. I think my drinks may have had a 1/2 shot each. The best thing I had was the charro beans. Save yourself and don't get the black beans, they taste like dirt. The tacos are buy 2 but must get the same kind, cannot mix and match. We found a workaround by getting my son to shrimp tacos and myself to mahi tacos and then traded. The mahi was so dry and tasteless. It was supposed to be blackened, but none of the seasoning got to the fish. Also, who serves mahi tacos with green bell pepper?! We come to Oside for vacay and I will not be back here. Server was nice enough.

Ana N.

Yelp
I've been here a few times and idk it just has a chill vibe. The servers always look busy but do take your orders and are attentive. Usually I get the carne asada fries and some beers. This time I tried the O'side Rita, it was really good but mostly ice. For the price we paid, put less ice please. Other than that, i'm still coming back.

Ed E.

Yelp
Was in a big group and will try to share everyone's feedback Good Location Server was awesome Clam Chowder was good Cons Elote appetizer was not good Small amount of fish in the fish and chips Tacos bland Burger was ok Just a little below average overall especially for the price My recommendation is find somewhere else.

Harry G.

Yelp
Two stars because it wasn't total poison. Fish and chips wasn't good and was a small portion to boot. Crab dip, burgers/sandwiches salads etc. all really subpar for the area, there are SO many better options...even a pizza from Knockout is a better option. Anyway, I guess we could get a $35 dollar credit/voucher from our hotel. Wasn't even worth the hassle after having to wait for everything from refills, check-ins, boxes, etc from server.

Michele M.

Yelp
Hello Betty used to be a very good restaurant. My family have eaten there quiet a few times. However since the pandemic, our last several visits were very unpleasant. The food quality has gone down tremendously. Our recent experience last week was not the best. The menu changed and the food was horrible. We ordered fish&chips. The fries were COLD and the hot greasy tastelessness fish was placed on top of the cold fries. Unfortunately that may be our last time eating there.

Nina B.

Yelp
It had been many years since I was at this restaurant. We couldn't find it because I couldn't remember the name, but did remember it's spectacular view of the ocean from the rooftop patio. We finally found it with two giant hotels blocking the view. I certainly hope they're able to stay open with the tiny view between the hotels. Give it a try for it's relaxing ambiance with casual dining.

Rebecca S.

Yelp
Got a table right away that was nice but then waited forever to be greeted by a waitress once we sat down. And it wasn't even super busy. Ordered a margarita it was mediocre. Ordered salmon and veggies and rice. Salmon was ok. Veggies ok. And my rice was crunchy. Got a 10% discount for crunchy rice.

Clint W.

Yelp
Waited 14 minutes for a server to show up to our table. I approached the hostesses to tell them we haven't even been greeted. One girl rushed off to find a server. 3 more minutes went by without a server or anyone offering to get us at least a water or beverage from the bar while we wait. Lost our business at that point. We left and went to get fish n chips at Churchill's Pub in San Marcos. The waiter there was at the table in under 2 minutes, even though he had multiple tables going. Go there instead, it's worth the 20 minute drive. The fish & chips at Churchill's are awesome.

Robert S.

Yelp
Not sure about the food. I waited 20 minutes at the bar while 2 groups after me got their orders in and drinks before I even got a hello. I mentioned it and was told unapologetically there is a line before me.

Nancy M.

Yelp
Great service, especially for a large group of 10 people. Nice selection of Mexican foods. Pleasant atmosphere, somewhat industrial. Close to beach and located inside of Springhill by Marriott Hotel.

Erik D.

Yelp
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hello Betty, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. Our host, Kailey, immediately made us feel at home with her genuine kindness and attentiveness. As we settled into our seats, Kailey introduced herself and provided us with a tour of the menu, explaining some of the specials and recommending her personal favorites. Her enthusiasm for the dishes was contagious, and it made choosing our meal an enjoyable adventure. Throughout the evening, Kailey displayed an impeccable sense of timing. She knew just when to approach our table to check on us and ensure that everything was to our liking. Her genuine interest in our dining experience made us feel valued as customers, and it was evident that she truly cared about creating a memorable night for us as we celebrate my wife's birthday dinner. In conclusion, Hello Betty exceeded our expectations, not only with its delectable cuisine but also with the exceptional service provided by Kailey. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an outstanding dining experience and great fish tacos!

Kc S.

Yelp
Good were sliders were the highlight. Thick with a great sauce. The crab dip was good, but burned on top. Entree was shrimp tacos, which were exceptional but also underfilled at $17 for 2. Service wasn't the best, from.trying to get an outside seat on an open Monday to having a heater that worked

Richard F.

Yelp
We stoped in Hello Betty for a quick lunch. We ended up trying the clam chowder (excellent), the corn, and the Mahi tacos. The food was fresh cooked to perfection. Best part of lunch was our excellent server Madelin. She was very attentive, efficient, made great recommendations, and was a vey nice person! She made our lunch experience a very memorable one!

Rylee G.

Yelp
The bathroom are dirty the waiter are super nice And the food was really good The food was worth the wait. Nice atmosphere.

Mooyon K.

Yelp
This is the restaurant for 40 minutes wait. There are a guy looks like a manager, 2 bartenders, 4 servers, and 2 runners/bussers. There are a total of 9 staff, and more than half of tables are empty. While I was standing by the host stand, the girl told everyone coming in to dine the the wait is 30~40 mintues, and sent 5 groups away. Just out of curiosity, I asked a girl at the host stand. She said they don't give more than so many tables to their servers. What?! If I were the owner of this place, I would be very unhappy that my staff is being lazy, and sending customers away. I would fire all of them working tonight.

Danica V.

Yelp
Great modern Mexican spot right up on beachfront of Oceanside. Love the aesthetic and vibes. Overall simple and straightforward menu for all ages. Even have a kids menu. For starters their bomb fries is recommended. Pretty much their version of carne asada fries but they use carnitas. We also got chips salsa with guac. Pretty generous amount. Not spicy which is good for everyone to share. We got their fish and chips and shrimp and chips. Both are solid choices. Overall nice casual meal

Gretta Z.

Yelp
The ambiance is very nice here, it's a large restaurant with plenty of space downstairs as well as an upper patio deck. The service was nice, hip staff members that were willing to answer any questions that I had. I ordered a fried shrimp taco and a fried cod taco which I would say were amazing. Can't decide which I enjoyed more. The shrimp taco had these elote crumbles which really added a delicious cheesy flavor. The sauces on both tacos were flavorful and mouthwatering, and both were fried to perfection. The clam chowder was also very good, I got the cup versus the bowl, but I wish I got the bowl because the size of the cup I would say is more like a sample size. All in all, I would absolutely come here again.

Barry M.

Yelp
I have been a regular here for the last three months. The staff treats you like family. Simply put. I have never have a bad time, service, or food. The regular order is chip and salsas, Caesar salad, and their 1/2 hamburger. Sneaky, good secondary good to is the brisket Fries and yes the appetizer is a meal. Due to my schedule, I normally go to bar and Shay, a bartender, has always treated me great! Fast, respectful, tentative, and helpful. She knows the menu like the back of her hand. Overall, great spot to stop by after the beach or a night out on the rooftop.

Krista F.

Yelp
Two of us dining for dinner the other night ~ each ordered a cocktail, shared the shrimp taco plate, elote corn and cup of clam chowder. Sat for some time and finally got the corn and chowder But where are the cocktails? Some time passes. Finally the cocktails arrive with the tacos arriving soon after. I really don't know what was going on to get such poor service as the restaurant was not busy. Everyone was very pleasant I will say. The place is very cool. Great location. But our bill was $73 then add the tip!!! Kinda pricey for what we got. Probably even wouldn't be writing this if the service was spot on. This place needs to succeed. It's nice.

Ian F.

Yelp
Fun atmosphere and you can't beat the location. Irena was so warm and welcoming! will be back!!

Leslie M.

Yelp
Do yourself a favor and stop into Hello Betty. I was in a few days ago with a dear friend. We both ordered fish and chips and Bomb Fries with carne asada. So good! Our server, Miranda, was amazing! I will definitely be back!

Jenne S.

Yelp
We were seated right away. Our waitress, Bailey, was very helpful in helping us pick our drinks and food. The shrimp taco was my favorite, and my husband liked the carnitas. The street corn was also a fantastic appetizer.

Yelp
We were staying at the hotel next door and received a $35 credit. We ordered shrimp tacos and fish and chips. The breaded cod fish was simply awful!! The french fries were yucky, sticky and soggy. The fish literally slid out of the coating. There was an Asian salad served instead of cole slaw. It was heavily dressed but flavor was good. Not sure I would pair that with fish and chips. As many others have mentioned, the service was subpar. However the hostess was very nice. I always feel bad giving a negative review however this was pretty bad.

Yelp
We hosted a farewell brunch the morning after our wedding on 3/31/24 and Hello Betty helped make everything so perfect! I originally contacted Meeche to inquire about the event and she made planning everything so stress-free. Meeche was able to help us create an event that was within our budget for about 80 people. Everyone really enjoyed the breakfast taco buffet. We also wanted to offer mimosas and bloody marys at our event. Hello Betty set up a little bar by our breakfast buffet to make it easy for our guests to grab a drink. The service was fantastic and everyone was so helpful. We had a phenomenal time and highly recommend Hello Betty for events! Thanks for everything, Meeche and the Hello Betty staff!
