Hello Kitty Beauty Spa Dubai

We visited Hello Kitty Spa today for my daughter’s birthday, and the experience was absolutely wonderful! Everything was so well organized, and all the kids had so much fun. The staff were extremely friendly, patient, and made every child feel special. The host was amazing and kept the kids entertained throughout. The only thing I would suggest is to have more food options, and to offer both veg and non-veg choices at the same time. That would make the experience even better for everyone. Overall, it was a truly memorable and joyful celebration — highly recommend! 🎀💕

Girls loves this place ! Very friendly staff good with kids ! Daughter choose the braids once, and the stylist was very patient with her made sure she was comfortable while braiding her hair. We also tried the pedicure several times and it was enjoyable, love the small pink fan 🥰 The only downside is the waiting you have to do to get an appointment its always busy and hard to get one, but i like that its with appointments only i think that way they can manage the service at this level since the place is not that big.

This was the second time here and while first time was good, the second time round was disappointing. My daughter’s hair were cut badly and now she has to use head band all the time to prevent all small hair from falling on her face all the time though we asked for a regular straight hair cut on her long hair without any layers, definitely not around the face

I decided to give this place a second chance, not because I particularly wanted to, but because the kids were eager to go First, securing an appointment here is quite challenging. It took a week to get a slot for the kids, and it wasn't even at our preferred time. To get a convenient time, you need to book two or even three weeks in advance. Another downside is that if you don't arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment, your reservation is canceled, which is frustrating given how busy the area is. On a positive note, the staff inside are very friendly and great with the kids, taking the time to help them with pictures. The place is cute and nicely themed, and the kids really enjoy their time there. It's unfortunate that the difficulty in securing an appointment overshadows the experience. They really need to expand their space, create a separate area for events, or open additional branches. While it's a nice place, the hassle of getting a slot makes it hard to become a regular customer. My previous review when I gave them 1 star: I recently had the worst experience ever at what is supposed to be a spa. As a salon offering services for kids, if you want to include party planning, you need additional space for private events instead of closing the entire place for the whole day. We traveled from AD with the kids specifically to visit this place. When we asked how long we would have to wait, they couldn't give us a clear answer and seemed unwilling to accommodate our children. We then inquired about booking for the next day, and they only offered us a 7:30 slot, which is inconvenient for us, and they would only do nail polish for the kids!! This was the worst experience with the worst service ever!

We had the most adorable experience at the Hello Kitty salon! My daughter got a beautiful braid done, and it turned out so cute – she absolutely loved it. The salon itself is a dream for any Hello Kitty fan, with so many cute details and decorations that make the entire visit fun and memorable. The price was pretty reasonable for the experience, and I have to say, the Monday promotion they offer is an absolute steal. It’s definitely the best time to go if you’re looking for a great deal! Overall, this place is a perfect treat for little ones, and we’ll definitely be back for more fun hairdos and a whole lot of cuteness!

I had an amazing experience at Hello Kitty Beauty Spa in Dubai. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the services were top-notch. Not only did I enjoy my treatments, but my six-year-old daughter had a fantastic time getting her nails done, a facial, and making soap. It’s a wonderful place for both adults and kids, and we can’t wait to go back!

I attended the spa a few weeks ago when on holiday with my little girl. It was okay. Not sure I would jump and shout about the experience. The ladies that did both of our nails were lovely but it wasn’t anything special for the money. It’s in a shopping mall with nothing around, the prices on the website are out of date and the ladies in the shop would not honour them so I had to pay a lot more when I got there. My daughter had normal polish which came off the next day and I had a gel manicure which also came off. It’s not fantastic to be honest!
