I purchased a dress three years ago and returned it as I found another more appropriate dress for the occasion. They didn't refund my money but gave me an in-store credit. We are gone half the year so yesterday I went in to purchase a purse with my credit. The purse I found was more than my in store credit which was fine until they told me they wouldn't honor my credit. She said they would give me a 10 percent discount however. I didn't purchase the purse nor will I be going back.

Such a fun store, they have a little bit of everything. Perfect, especially if you are gift shopping and have no clue what to get somebody. Cute clothes and handbags! I have bought three purses there and a lot of local jewelry! Just everything is awesome, the owner is sweet and very helpful as well!!

2025 update❤️: Back to Bend for vacation this year. Of course we had to come to one of my favorite stores. My husband and I met two of the COOLEST store associates Carli and Alicia. I Felt like I have known them forever. They were so fun, friendly and helpful and just awesome. I ended up buying three beautiful and unique rings this year, onyx, pyrite and pink oyster - not to mention my new bracelet too. This store absolutely beautiful inside with lots of fun and unique merchandise. Thank you, see you next year!

Love going here with friends and family!! They are always really sweet and are always willing to converse with you while checking out or looking around. There are dressing rooms to try on clothing. Always look forward to coming here when I visit!

This is my favorite shop in the old mill district. Staff is so nice and there is so much to choose from. So so fun to stop in and find the perfect gifts for friends and myself. 🙌🏻

Absolutely adorable shop! By far my favorite in this area. Great jewelry, accessories, gifts, and decor, and a really nice layout. We found a gorgeous canvas print at this store and are so excited to hang it in our son's nursery. Great selection of stylish, affordable gifts and goodies. The staff are also really nice and helpful, and not pushy. I'd highly recommend!

Hello Sunshine, I'm kind of obsessed with your shop. Everything about it just WORKS, from the way it feels when you walk in to the stuff on the racks that you actually want to wear in real life. The selection of clothing is so good, and it's the kind you're proud to own, not just something you wear once and forget about. I love how much you support local artists too. You can tell everything is picked with intention and heart, not just to fill space. It makes shopping there feel special, like you're discovering something instead of just buying something. Basically: great vibes, great people, great clothes. Bend is lucky to have Hello Sunshine, and I'll keep coming back every time I'm in town. Yes, I just wrote a love letter to my most favorite boutique in the world. It's a crime not to stop by if you're ever in the bend area!

Must stop in this boutique! Quality items and a great price with a great clearance rack too! The staff is so helpful and friendly, I had to buy this unique and adorable puzzle, and did I mention the prices are so fair. I will be a return customer for sure. I can wait to try on the cute clothing next time I have more time to shop.
