The reviews for this place were really good so we had to try it out. When we got there, they were pretty busy, but there was no line yet. By the time we left, there was a long line. And rightfully so. Their breakfast was really good! I can probably say one of the best eggs Benedict I've ever had! Everything on that dish was so good. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the aged cheddar had a good crisp to it, the bread was toasted to give it a good crunchy texture, and the beef brisket gave it the perfect amount of savory. My daughter got the shortcake French toast with woodberry compote, butter, and cream cheese. Because of the tartness from the berry compote the whip cream and syrup did not taste overly sweet. It was a good combination of tangy and sweet, but not overbearing. Very soft and fluffy and tasted perfect. My son got the big bad clubhouse with chicken, ham, and bacon, on a cranberry toast bread. It also tasted pretty good and surprisingly the dill flavored beef stew was different but pretty tasty, that is only if you like dill. The signature spuds was kind of like their version of hash. It had a very distinct flavor to it. Not sure what herb or seasoning they put in it, but it was very different. They definitely cooked it crispy and dark. Some parts were a little too burnt for me and a bit dry. But the potatoes were different enough that it kind of grows on you and I wouldn't mind having it again. We didn't have to wait too long and they tried to seat us pretty quickly. The staff was very friendly and quick. The restaurant itself was a local brunch place, very inviting and not so commercialized. Only complaint is They only had one bathroom stall so I waited, but was never able to use the restroom. Over all an excellent brunch find!! Would absolutely come back!
