in-person customer service here is great, but no one picks up the phone. I have been calling for days... I need to exchange an item and don't want to drive there if they don't have it.

This store has the best manager! She is very personable and helpful. Over the phone I asked about exchanging an online order for a jacket that was only available in her store. She put the jacket aside with my name on it and exchanged it for me 9 days later when i finally could make it into the store. Great service.

Came on purpose during opening hour (4.30 pm) but it was closed. The sign was saying that was temporarily closed for lunch break (4.30 pm?) and be back by 5.30. Returned at 5.30 but still closed.

I came in determined to find a new ski jacket and pants - happy to say his store did not disappoint! I spent quite a while trying things on / deciding what to get, but Josiah was super helpful and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Great addition to the seaport!

This HH is a small store located off the main strip. They may not have all the sizes and colors on the floor but the guys on staff were very friendly and helpful during my visit. When I visited they were having a sale and it seemed like a pretty good deal. There are swing chairs in front of the store to sit and chill also.

Really great staff working today! Came in and was helped out promptly and efficiently ! Was in and out quickly and got exactly what I was looking for: A really nice snowboard jacket and gloves ! Looking forward to staying warm out there! Thanks y'all !

Please don't list your hours online as open at 10am to then have a sign on the door as closed for inventory we will be open "a little later today." These stores are few and far between so I came 30 minutes out of my way to try on some clothing just to waste time. And have a vague response on when you will be reopening. I'm not sure I understand why inventory cannot be done during slow hours of the day or maybe perhaps outside of business hours?
