Excellent staff, I drove almost 3 hours to get an item my daughter wanted for Christmas and they were sold out everywhere but this one store. I met two young staff members who were so nice, very knowledgeable. I will definitely be heading back there again. The company should be proud they have such great employees.Alfie and GiGi were Awesome!!!!!!$

Great customer selection and customer service. I was able to try on different pants and jackets and the staff helped me decide what would be best for my ski trip. The staff is clearly knowledgeable and are experienced skiers and snowboarders, which helps immensely when you have questions and/or need advice.

Very high quality and excellent customer service. I had an issue with my ski Jacket, Anya was very helpful and she helped me take care if it through warranty. They make you feel valued by protecting your investment in their product.

This beautiful Helly Hansen store in the Seaport Boston is outstanding. We were greeted by big smiles from Jack. We needed gifts for our sailing boys and grandson. He was so helpful, and so helpful with us. I asked about their clearance rack, and he told me it was just removed. No problem here. So Wahoooooooo Helly Hansen Seaport

This store has the best manager! She is very personable and helpful. Over the phone I asked about exchanging an online order for a jacket that was only available in her store. She put the jacket aside with my name on it and exchanged it for me 9 days later when i finally could make it into the store. Great service.

Great customer service! I had a lot of questions and Anya was able to answer each and every one! She really knew a lot about the products in the store and helped me find a great jacket and also had great recommendations for things to do in the area! 10/10 !

That seaport store is very nice,very well stocked.

Terrible store, they literally just care about making sales more than what the customer cares about or even getting to know them. They had a great staff until they got rid of them to make way for a more “local staff” the manager clearly has no ideas about the products in the company and the assistant manager just sits by.

This HH is a small store located off the main strip. They may not have all the sizes and colors on the floor but the guys on staff were very friendly and helpful during my visit. When I visited they were having a sale and it seemed like a pretty good deal. There are swing chairs in front of the store to sit and chill also.

Really great staff working today! Came in and was helped out promptly and efficiently ! Was in and out quickly and got exactly what I was looking for: A really nice snowboard jacket and gloves ! Looking forward to staying warm out there! Thanks y'all !

Please don't list your hours online as open at 10am to then have a sign on the door as closed for inventory we will be open "a little later today." These stores are few and far between so I came 30 minutes out of my way to try on some clothing just to waste time. And have a vague response on when you will be reopening. I'm not sure I understand why inventory cannot be done during slow hours of the day or maybe perhaps outside of business hours?
