Helm Boots

Helm is quickly becoming my favorite brand, happened to be in Austin this past week and stopped in the store to find two super delightful and helpful employees. I bought a pair of xanders and they are so comfortable and the staff was so helpful with measuring my foot to inspiring new styles for me to try and even reminded me to utilize my helm loyalty points. 10/10 would recommend Helm and I make sure I am one of those people.

Helm has been so helpful. I had ordered the Wilson online. I happened to be near the store, so I stopped by to check my size, and I was a size down. Helm was more than happy to change the order online and get me the correct size delivered. This is my third pair from Helm, and couldn’t be happier!

I feel bad about not remembering the girls name that helped me out, but she was amazing. To quality hand made boots and to quality service. Definitely buying another pair of boots from here.

I bought my first pair of boots from Helm back in 2016 (a pair of Lee Lows) after trying on several boots from different brands. Buying from Helm was the best decision I could have made. I've absolutely loved the boots from day one and wear them to work 4-5 days/week as well as out on weekends. They match pretty much any outfit and are a perfect every day boot. After 2 years, a resole, and a few hundred miles worth of wear on my first pair I decided it was time I purchased my second pair (Muller Black). Now that I have a color for every occasion I won't ever wear anything other then Helm boots. I cannot recommend these guys enough; the boots age impeccably (my Lee Lows look brand new after a quick shine) and their customer service is second to none. If you live in Austin or can stop by their brick and mortar location on East 11th when you're in town, do it. It's worth the trip!

If men's shoes can be beautiful then these fit the bill!! Great quality and my husband's new favorites! They were so friendly and helpful in finding just the right pairs. Will definitely be back!

Ideal men’s store: finely crafted goods and a staff that can give you the details on how each piece is made. Also appreciated their advice on the neighborhood and how to navigate Austin at large. Guys who really care about what they produce.

They had multiple styles that I liked. Being a small, Austin local shop, that really impressed me. One of the employees, Jillian pulled out all the different styles with different sizes so I got the perfect fit. She really cared about the company and made me excited to rep the Helm brand. I stopped by a couple days later to pick up a shirt and socks, another employee Liz was also super helpful and friendly. I couldn't be happier with my experience and purchase. Update 10/29: I've already replaced both laces after about a month and half of almost daily use, the fray very easily. They give you extra laces but kinda disappointed. I bought the Hollis model. The boots themselves have been amazing!
