AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE
have had a dreadful experience with Helpcrunch. Took out the 14 day 'free trial', "Konstantine from Helpcrunch' drove me mad with 5 pushy lets-get-started emails a day, I sent them a number of Qs about plans and licensing, none of which I got a response to, then I get a receipt for $1,400 that they had ripped off my credit card for a 12 month plan I didn't want, then they told me it's my fault for picking the wrong plan and then said NO REFUNDS, which is illegal under Australian consumer law. I have my bank now chasing a refund.
