Clean room very good service and workers.They were very helpful in any situation.Hotel is located right by the Main Street so close to everywhere and 2 min walk to metro station. -

If you are looking for an exquisite and special experience in st. Petersburg, this is the place to stay. The hotel is located in an old building and is full of the historical and luxurious spirit. ||You will feel how every small details is well thought and done for the host to feel special. ||They have met me with flowers and gave me some really great food when I was leaving. ||Both restaurants are amazingly good with an unbelievable low prices. ||I was very happy with all the service and humanistic approach with everything. ||The manager of the hotel is apparently very famous with his care to his stuff and innovative approached to everything. The place is very intimate and special. I will be exceptionally going back there any time I can. I loved it!

The hotel itself was beautiful and kept in perfect condition. The rooms were spotless. What really stood out was the customer service. I was treated exceptionally well by all the staff.||Never have I seen customer service at this high of a level. Thank you Helvetia hotel and team!

Another visit to our favorite hotel in St. Petersburg. We are pleased to report that everything we love about this place hasn't changed. Friendly stuff, beautiful historic building that has been restored to its perfection, excellent location and the most delicious food you can enjoy not only for breakfast but also during the rest of the day. We always feel sad to leave but delicious baked goods packed for us "for the road" make us feel a little better. We can't wait to come back soon. Thank you for making our stay at Helvetia special.

yes definitely! all thumbs up to this hotel.. staffs are accomodating, very friendly everyone smiles at me and ready to assist me. was a great experienced for first timer. even their rooms are very pleasant. such an amazing stay! -

Right from the start, they rolled up in a fancy Mercedes to pick me up. Breakfast? they were so considerate, asking about my food preferences. Housekeeping? Super thorough and even left a birthday surprise. I was a bit concerned about not speaking Russian, but the concierge team? They were amazing, pointing me to the city's best restaurants and setting up a killer private night city tour.||||Felt super safe and super happy during my stay. I even bought home some hotel merchandise and received a lovely gift from the restaurant upon check-out. I wholeheartedly recommend and can't wait to return. I truly genuinely miss St. Petersburg as soon as I left. Thank you!!!
