The soft hum of conversation, the gleam of polished wood, and the discreet clinking of fine glassware form a symphony of refinement that would have pleased even Dr. Watson’s discerning sensibilities. The interior, with its artful balance of warmth and sophistication, conjures the atmosphere of a London salon from a more gracious age. Gentle lamplight plays upon vintage mirrors; books line the walls as though awaiting a reader between courses; and subtle jazz weaves through the air like a well-kept secret. Every table appears to have been placed with deliberate intention—each a private stage for an unfolding culinary drama. As for the service, it is nothing short of elementary in its perfection. Attentive yet unobtrusive, the staff move with a quiet precision that would impress even the great detective himself. One has the distinct impression that every guest is not merely served but rather studied—their preferences anticipated before a word is spoken. The cuisine, a masterful marriage of local tradition and creative flair, arrives with presentation so meticulous that it might well have been examined under Holmes’s magnifying glass. Each plate tells its own story, each flavour harmoniously aligned to produce the satisfying logic of a well-solved case. In the end, dining at Hemingway is not merely a meal—it is an experience, rich in detail and deduction, emotion and elegance. It is the sort of establishment where one lingers over dessert not out of hunger, but out of admiration. Cozy atmosphere, great service, and a menu that feels both classic and creative. I had the Pheasant roll with dried fruit compote, and it was outstanding. Tender meat, balanced flavors, and beautifully plated. The place gets busy in the evenings, so making a reservation is a smart move.

You just can't fault this place with anything. Food, service, ambient romantic music, everything is superb 2A+. Great selection of wines, the traminer was super good. The best place we've been to by far ! So rare to have such a good service, polite, not intrusive and knowing what to do. Well done guys 👍

So classy and gorgeous place. Top service, extremely kind and high level staff. Food is extremely tasty, well prepared and so carefully served I was not sure I am still in Bulgaria. Top chpices for wine. We had live music that night and it almost made me cry. Great performance, music very well chosen and discreet, added so much to my experinece. I cannot thank you enough for the opportunity to feel so important and to spend so wonderfully a gew hours so I totally forgot some of my troubles and worries. Reservation highly recommended, payment by card available, very clean toilets.

Here’s what we enjoyed: • Grilled vegetable salad with a slice of cheese – warm, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. • Green salad with avocado, strawberries, and nuts – refreshing, light, and full of vibrant flavors. • Classic Shopska salad – generously topped with shredded white cheese and made with incredibly fresh vegetables. • Spinach patties served with fresh greens and a light sauce – delicious, well-seasoned, and a great vegetarian option. • Homemade burger with crispy potatoes – juicy, well-prepared, and served with a tasty dip. • Tagliatelle with ragu – rich, hearty, and full of comforting Italian flavor. • And the star of the meal – Chicken Hemingway – tender chicken breast served over velvety mashed potatoes, with mushrooms and a delicate pepper sauce. Absolutely divine! 🌟 The service was excellent—fast, polite, and attentive without being intrusive. 🍷 The ambiance is tasteful and relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious, though the portions could be a bit larger. The waiter was slightly unfriendly, but aside from that, we had a wonderful experience and enjoyed our time here.
