What a relief to find a nice place to buy your girl a new dress without having to go out to somewhere like the galleria. Walked in and was immediately greeted by the nice girl running the shop. She went right to work helping to pick out dresses for the event and even recommended some nice matching items in the corners of the store. Super helpful. For a guy like me who likes to be quick in and out, bringing a girl who wants to browse forever, made my day a lot easier. 5 Stars!

The boutique manager, Morgan is a joy to deal with! Very welcoming & professional. The store was merchandised beautifully! She pulled things for me that I would’ve otherwise missed. Great energy this young lady has! I’ll be shopping with Morgan from now on! Thank you!

Reagan, the store manager, is incredible! The store is amazing to have in the West Gray/River Oaks shopping district. So many cute options from jean outfits to dresses, but Reagan really sealed the deal when my daughter was desperate for one particular dress online and it was sold out so Reagan found it for us and shipped it to us in time for HOCO! She saved the day and I’ll be coming back here often.

My new favorite store! Had an amazing experience with Reagan and Heather! I walked in not knowing my actual size, told them what I needed and they put everything together for me effortlessly. If my size wasn’t available, they placed an order for me. White glove service and worth every penny just for the level of care they put in. Thank you ladies for helping me refresh my wardrobe. I will definitely be back.

Hemline was such a nice surprise of a women’s boutique in Houston. It’s rare to find stylish, fun clothes without having to go to the Galleria. The owner helped me find some pieces to try on for a dinner I was going to that night. I was so pleased with the selection and bought an adorable romper. I am planning to return soon!

Morgan and Sydney are the best! I had a complicated return, and they figured it super quickly and were able to ship me my order. They are also great at listening to what you’re looking for and styling you. Highly recommend!!

I always have a great experience at the Rice village Heline location. All the girls there are so friendly. Also, I love shopping at this specific location . They have way cooler items/cliothes than the woodlands location.

Hemline River oaks is the best boutique ! Reagan is so amazing and helpful! If you need an outfit for an event they will help you like you are shopping with friends and they even give you wine ! The service at hemline river oaks is exceptional. Every time I go in, the sales people recommend clothes I never would have tried on and they turn out to be the best pieces in my closet. They are truly gifted at fashion and knowing what will be flattering. Whether I'm packing for an unexpected trip to a different climate, or needing the perfect dress for a special occasion --they always solve my issue beautifully. They are exceptional at what they do! Highly recommend!

Hemline River Oaks is one of my favorit boutiques in Houston. I have been shopping at Hemline from the beginning ( the French quarter location) Reagan at River Oaks location is amazing! She has helped me shop for several events. She understands my body type and style!

I'm SO SAD about this experience!! Literally cried over this. I spent a large amount of money on a dress for a wedding because this store was recommended to me as a great spot for a last minute need. There was a sale going on that I didn't know about and come to find out the small 15% discount made my item final sale. I'm so sad that there was so little that could be done when I wasn't informed and spent so much money. I guess just make sure you love it before you buy it.

This is one of my favorite store in Houston. The customer service is outstanding. The quality of their clothes is very good. If you ever in Houston please stop by and check them out. Rice Village is a cool place to shop and dine.

Ashley and team deliver white glove service. They're super helpful in finding the right styles and pairing pieces together. They'll also order another size/color from another location, if possible. Love Hemline!!

Buyer Beware. If you are shopping online, this store has a very strict return policy - you truly can't sleep on a purchase and decide you want to return. And don't apply that 10% coupon or you may also not be able to return it at all. We certainly didn't notice it until we were ready to return the dress a week later. No one responded to the chat today (Sunday) but the site states this: "We do not process in-store or online refunds. We can only issue store credits and exchanges. Please note that any items bought at a discount are final sale and ineligible for exchange or store credit. You have 14 days from the order ship date to get an online store credit. Seasonal items, sale items and discounted items are FINAL SALES."

This place has the CUTEST clothing! I will admit, their products are more on the expensive side, but if you like quality clothing that will last for a long time, this place is for you. I get so many compliments on the pieces I buy from here all the time.

The store manager help me with my purchases and did an excellent job! I have never previously shopped here but I can say I will certainly shop here again in the future. I felt like I was shopping in Europe with how much they helped style my outfits! I have to say I am looking forward to the next time I shop here again.

I went to Hemline for the first time over the weekend and did not really enjoy it. I highly recommend to not buy a gift here. My husband bought me a vest that I wanted to exchange for another color (the vendor has many colors in this vest). If Hemline did not carry those colors, I wanted to return it. Neither of these were my options. Return policy: Can only exchange for store credit within 28 days. My husband was told at the City Center location if I wanted another color, they could work with their vendors to get another color. I found out after going to the River Oaks located AND City Center location AND calling - this was not an option. Note: I tried really hard to find something else to exchange!! And I failed! I browsed for a long time at both places, and could not find anything I was in love with. I am sure if I keep going and going, I would find something. The staff: Maybe I look poor? Who knows. But I felt an uncomfortable around the staff. Barely got acknowledged at the River Oaks location. I shop at several places in the River Oaks/Galleria area, and have never felt this uncomfortable. Needless to say, I am keeping my vest and I am not going to try to exchange it again. My poor husband really tried, but I do not want to return to this store.

Absolutely the best go to store ever! I'm not a fan of shopping but Ashley and Brooke have made it so easy and fun these last few times I've been in. Lounge refresh, accessories, and date night ready for this work from home single mom.

My favorite boutique to shop at locally, by far. They always have the best selection and up to date trending items, even if you're on a budget, I'm sure they have clothing and jewelry you can afford as they have a wide variety of designers. If I ever need anything that I can't find somewhere else or don't feel like waiting to ship, this is the place to go. At one point when I saw something on Instagram I liked, I texted one of the sales girls (yes, that's how often I shop there) and she set it aside for me, unfortunately I wasn't able to make it in time to pick the outfits up, so they dropped them off at my front door. What other place can you get that type of service? They're the best sales associates I have EVER done business with and anytime they see something I may like, they make sure to let me know. They're to thank for my entire wardrobe in Bali and Thailand for a month, so dedicated to their clients and their wants/needs, especially for events. I can't wait to not be pregnant anymore, (I'm 8 months) so it's been a while and I'm SO excited to go crazy once Sutton is here. She will learn quickly, the girls, fashion and what amazing customer service looks like.

Kendel from this location provided some of the best customer service I have ever received! I told her I was unable to come in and shop because of my work hours and she went above and beyond to check other locations/send me some ideas for outfits that they had in stock. I am so impressed. I will definitely be a returning customer!

This is an upscale (ie: pricey) boutique store with various locations in Texas, Louisiana, and elsewhere... Parking can be hard to come by, the spaces out front say "30 minutes only" and finding the parking lot in the back can be confusing if you aren't familiar with the shopping center. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have lots of big dressing rooms and a wide selection of jeans (Hudson, J Brand, AG...) tops, dresses, pants, cover ups, spanx, shorts, accessories shoes, etc. Their website shows some of the lines they carry, but not all. Beware of the return policy: You can return it for store credit only. No refunds.

Great selection of clothing, shoes and accessories. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help! If the store is sold out of a particular style, the shop girls are usually able to find it from another location.

This is by far my favorite place to shop in Houston. The girls that work there are so helpful, knowledgeable, sweet, and never pushy. Customer service is a dying trend, but well and alive in this store.

This review is long overdue! I've been a fan of Hemline (particularly the variety at this location) for a while now. I always seem to find a gem of a piece there and the staff is always friendly, approachable and helpful. In fact, the store's manager, Ashley, went above and beyond to help me out this Mother's Day! I love the Sofia line of flowy tops and dresses and Hemline always carries a large selection. I own multiple Sofia pieces and I always get compliments when I wear them. I especially love my Sofia Carrie tops and wanted to purchase one in black and one in white for my mother for Mother's Day. As usual, I was doing some last minute shopping and the store did not have any of the Carrie tops in stock. When I told Ashley that I was wanting to purchase them as a gift and needed them ASAP, she volunteered to drive to the Sofia warehouse in town to personally pick them up. She even offered to ship them from the store using their UPS account which ended up saving me $30 in rush shipping costs! In the end, my mother received her beautifully wrapped Sofia tops on Mother's Day in Arizona! I cannot give Ashley and Hemline on West Gray enough credit for such excellent customer service! I highly recommend shopping the inventory at this gem of a boutique. I don't know of many places that will go to such lengths to satisfy their clientele, but I am forever a fan of Hemline!
