My first time in here was today after brunch. Cute little boutique my mom frequents often. Service was good the person working wasn’t overbearing but still helpful. 💜 she greeted us upon entering & assisted me with a dressing room when I had items in my hand. I bought a cute pink romper, a little hand bag 👛 & a hat 🧢 my mom had several items as well. ONLY complaint was the larger sizes (size large) were sold out. Some items didn’t have much stretch so a larger size was needed. I’ll definitely be back ☺️

My husband and I took a walk around our neighborhood today and decided to stop into Hemline. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. When we entered, we were not greeted, but shortly after, another family walked in and received a warm welcome. I brushed it off at first, but as we browsed, the pattern continued. The sales associate engaged with the other family, offering them a fitting room, while completely ignoring us- even as we stood in the same area. It became clear that this was not an oversight but an intentional choice. Feeling unwelcome, we left. As people of color, we couldn’t help but notice that the family who received attentive service did not look like us. I’ve shopped here in the past, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. No customer should ever feel unseen or unwelcome in a retail space.

Really cute boutique, the younger girl that helped me was great, but the middle aged brunette lady gives the dirtiest looks. Learn to smile lady!

They have a nice selection of designer reader eye glasses with 20 percent discount right now. Kayla provided great customer service.

My favorite boutique! Everyone who works there is always so nice and helpful and they have the best trendy selection for all ages. They carry great brands across all price ranges. I love that my mom and I can both always find so much that we love. Definitely our go to spot!

Didn’t have a single size over a medium in the entire store (trust me, I checked). Been in multiple times too. It’s almost 2025, not 2005… is Mike Jeffries the new owner? Get real, ladies!!!

Will no longer shop here! I came in on their 10 year anniversary which to my surprise they had 20% off everything in store. I made a purchase and was never informed it was final sale. Before the 14 days were up I came in here to do a store credit and was told no bc the items were discounted. Very poor customer service and communication to make their customers aware it was final sale. I would have rather paid full price for the items vs getting 20% off to allow flexibility in at least getting store credit.

The WORST costumer service. I was in town and excited to go do some shopping but this place really let me down. There was no greeting whatsoever upon entering the store even though multiple people were working. I took a look around and even went up to the front to look at some jewelry but still wasn’t even given a glance or a very easy to say “hello”. Why can’t people be kind? Needless to say I left empty handed, I won’t support a store that treats the very people that keep them running like garbage. If you want a good boutique shopping experience go to fab”rik just a few minutes walk away in the same shopping center. And for goodness’ sake be kind and acknowledge people.

Located in Vinings Jubilee, Hemline is now my go-to boutique for high-end casual wear. Vinings Jubilee is a fabulous shopping destination that is reminiscent of resort town shopping. I was enthusiastically greeted upon entering the store and received concierge service! I had so much fun with all the gals, trying on the options they brought to me and modeling the results. I walked out with three super cute tops that I could wear at my new job. I am definitely going back and plan to make this a part of my friend's itinerary when they come to visit from out of state.

We made an impulse purchase of 1 item and reentered the store in less than 15 to return it. The clerk would only issue a Store Credit. Really? You should not be owning a small business if you do not prioritize Customer Service and have no confidence in your inventory. Good luck

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Employees at this store treat customers differently based upon appearance and whether they think customers can afford their clothing. I've been to this store twice and have had the same experience, receiving dirty glances despite purchasing things. Newsflash guys, no one wears ballgowns when running errands. No need to up-down your customers if they're wearing running shorts. So warning to the young and underdressed: These employees are nasty and behave as though they are better than you. Won't be coming back. Hemline employees- cut out the judgmental, mean-girl act. You're clearly running your customers off.

Really cute clothes, but definitely pricey and my biggest issue is the strict return policy. I wanted to exchange a headband after three weeks (return policy is 14 days for a store credit) and I even told them the reason I couldn't come sooner was because my whole family was recovering from Covid... They still wouldn't even give me a store credit. Not great customer experience for the prices they charge.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHIT. Only me and a friend were in the shop. They said hi once and were very rude the entire time. No help with clothes or ask if we need other sizes. They didn't even say goodbye as we were leaving and were on their phones the entire time. It's a shame because the clothes are so cute. But I would NEVER buy anything from there because of how rude the girls working were.

Stopped in hemline for a dress super last minute for a wedding this weekend and found the perfect one just in time! Had nothing but amazing customer service in this store. Cutest boutique in Vinings!

I decided to check Hemline out on Small Business Saturday and when I arrived, I did not receive a greeting, just an eye roll from one of the sales associates. After browsing a few minutes, I met the eye of another sales associate, but was still not given a welcome or a greeting. At the time, there was only one other customer who was shopping and receiving help in the store. I'm not sure if they assumed I came in to not purchase anything based on my appearance, but I was extremely disappointed in the lack of acknowledgement at this establishment. I had been looking forward to visiting, as I had heard and read great things about Hemline. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The clothes never fit properly, the cashiers are always talking to each other about their night before and the selection is over priced for the materials used. But, the worst thing about this store is that refunds are not an option, store credit ONLY! Who does store credit only anymore? Desperate people. Needless to say, I will never go into that store again. Which is saying a lot because of the three times I went into the store, I was the only patron there.

Hemline is my absolute go to! They have an amazing selection of mostly clothing, but also shoes and accessories. Great name brands too. They are always switching up their product which ranges from $50-$300. I get myself in trouble for following them on Instagram which usually leads to me rushing to the store first chance I get and buying something! The women that work there are wonderful too. Super friendly and helpful, but not overbearing which you see a lot at smaller boutiques. I actually have purchased numerous things that they suggested for me. It's like they know my style better than I do! If you haven't checked out Hemline yet, you're missing out!
