Hemus Hotel

Very helpful front desk, helped with all my queries and even printed off my bus ticket home. Room was quaint but nice, good view of the mountain despite the clouds. Bathroom compact but perfectly serviceable. Only complaint would be you get some noise from other guests in the hallway, but that’s fairly normal.

Had an Amazing experience. The hotel was located right next for the metro station. The staff was friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious with great facilities like towels, shower gels, kettle and tea, and many other things. Comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast as well with good variety. And the view from the hotel was amazing as you can see in the pictures.

A bit dated hotel. Next to Metro European Union station. Shopping mall opposite. Easy access to the city centre and sight seeing points. Nice staff. Clean room, with fridge, kettle, free coffee & tea, toiletries. Best part is the superb view of the city from the room.

Relaxed, clean and efficient. Very lovely staff. Right above EU Metro station opposite shopping mall 5 minutes from Vitosha and 8 minutes to city centre. Great coffee at the bar. Very reasonable rates. 12pm check-out. Nice retro vibe. Rooms not completely sound-proof but I had no problems sleeping. Excellent TV choices. Fast wifi. Good hot showers. Tea and kettle in room. Especially good for single travellers, although rooms big enough for couples. Bright airy views. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much to the kind workers who helped me learn some Bulgarian and made everything fuss-free and relaxing.

The hotel was fine for the price. Staff were very helpful, the view of the city was amazing. The bed was okay, there was no overhead lighting. One had to use lamps. The fridge in the room was nice to have but noisy. I unplugged it at night. It kept the contents cold by the next morning. Daily house keeping, metro just outside and a shopping mall across the road. There is Burger King, KFC, Subway if you are craving Western food. Basic amenities but clean and comfortable.

I couldn't have expected better. A modern and functional hotel, located in the center of Sofia and with excellent metro connections. The rooms are simply furnished but clean and functional. The reception staff is extremely helpful and professional.

Clean rooms with a really nice view. The interior is a bit out dated, but still comfortable. There weren't too many tourists, that's why the breakfast was with a set menu. It was delicious tho and just enough for a person.

Everything just average(need to refurbish) except the counter and breakfast staff. They are so considerable that we requested simple bfast for iur early check out. They packed us fruit, sandwich, egg and water which is really good. Thanks to the lady that brought for us. I do appreciate Ms Gloria of front desk, she's so helpful when i need to see a Doctor(sore throat). Plus our delayed luggages with many phone calls to Air Serbia airport till the staff not even want to oick our calls anymore. Sad to say stayed there 2nights n till today no news yet. They promised to send to another htl on 25Oct. I hope so. Thank you Gloria, God Bless.
