Very good hotel! Wonderful view from the 14th floor, amazing receptionist in Antonia, good bar at the lobby. The position was perfect for me, 2.4km from alexander nevsky cathedral. Breakfast both sweet and salty, both local and continental and both inside and on a terrace

The location of hotel hemus is pretty strategic , if you go there you will have some shops on the entry of the hotel . The hotel is close to the park center mall and to the Spartak sport center complex . This offers you access to a plenty of different places.

Very good view from window and reception helpful TV have YouTube and The bed bit small for double bed size The walls really thin can hear everything from next door it is possible disturb sleeping But good for short term stay in Sofia

The most value for money hotel in sofia deffinetly the best option.! Friendly staff feels like home 🏡 It had very nice close parking and secured with 20 leva which is fine comparing having your car outside and send sms for the zones . Room are good value for money with amazing view. And constantly clean. Ty a lot guys see you soon again hemus hotel 💗💞

Was very good view and reception helpful the walls very thin can hear next door what they do Really thin walls can hear everything and it is disturbs your sleep Hearing system not working I call reception they said open the air conditioner I open it but it is also broken do not make warm inside

Maybe one of the worst hotels ever! Everything in this hotel is old and broken. The bathroom was a disaster - extremely small, holes everywhere, mould and smelly. There was a women hygienic product in the trash bin from the previous visitors. Cigarette smoke was filling the room from god knows where. Absolutely awful. The only good thing about this hotel is the location - top, right next to a metro station and a shopping mall.

The location was amazing next to metro and 1 stop away from city center ndk. The hotel is great value for price you pay, do not expect luxury, the rooms are good and has all basic amenities. Down side fridge did not work and I had to ask reception to give me hair dryer as there was only one in entire hotel. My room was on 17th floor great views. I had breakfast on one day and it was good but I would recommend to go to city center to have bf for that money. I would come back again just for the price and location. Lifts were pretty fast hardly had to wait at all. The staff were very friendly as well and all speak English.

Very professional team for event/seminar organization! Veronika Ivanova is exceptional - thinking for solutions, not problems. Every challenge is considered and delt with. Location is absolute top for Sofia. Hotel and rooms are not fancy but everything is maintained clean and warm.
