We were surprised to see that the reception was tended to by bots, a little creepy but we got accustomed to them afterall. Free luggage storage before our check in was a breeze - they have locks available for guests to do so at the reception. Our beds were made and new towels were provided everyday. A little disappointed that some general cleaning was not done day to day though, I understand there’s eco-friendliness for changing of sheets once every 3-4 days but we expected washing of toilet bowls and sink/bathtub which was not fulfilled during the daily general housekeeping. Location is decent. Even though it is far from the stations - approximately a 6-7 min walk to the nearest one - it is close to 3 stations which make it easy to travel around tokyo depending on where you are going for the day.Amenities provided were nice, a mini bar was also useful for storing water and some snacks. There are only 2 washers and 2 dryers available downstairs which get occupied often and are not tended to by staff which allows for hogging to happen often.

First time travelers to Japan and the location of this hotel was perfect. Close to multiple subway lines so most all the attractions we were interested in were accessible without long journeys or multiple transfers. The area is upscale, quiet, and has tons of eateries, convenience stores, and a couple nice supermarkets within a few minutes walking. The room itself is very small, but has everything you need. The pillows were not the best, kinda hard and buckwheat or something on one side and the other side kind of a not so soft down feel. The bathroom looks small, but I'm 6' 1" 215lbs and I was perfectly comfortable showering and all the rest. The android check in was fun and definitely has that Japan feel to it, it went smoothly, however we missed having a real person available to ask possible questions, or maybe call a restaurant for a reservation. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this hotel and most definitely the location.

10 “Amazing hotel! ” We stayed here for a little less than 2 weeks and it was great! The location is close to several train stations and made travel very convenient. The hotel was very clean and staff was helpful when we needed to check in. They also spoke English and made us feel at home. Will definitely stay here again for the next trip and will recommend this hotel to all of our friends for when they make a trip to Japan!

So I really was not sure what to expect here, but let my 7 year old pick the hotel, and we wanted a weird Tokyo experience. To caveat, I normally stay in 5 star accommodations, and 4 star at worst. Reviews were mixed and we were nervous, but super affordable and location looked great. We absolutely loved it. Rooms are not big, but very well laid out and comfortable for the 2 of us. Air conditioning works great, shower is large with a separate tub, and the LG styler convenient to freshen things up. Location is unbeatable, hotel is quiet, and the robot checkin was awesome and way more efficient that normal hotel processes to be honest. I would absolutely stay here again - honestly unbeatable value for the experience.

Akasaka for me, is the best area in Tokyo! Theres heaps to do but it doesnt feel overwhelming. I love staying here for my trips to Tokyo. If i want a budget hotel that actually has a decent size double bed and slightly larger rooms than the median business hotell (the queen size room has 15.5m2 compared to an apa hotel room with 120cm bed thats 11m2) then this is for you! The rooms are simple but clean, dont expect a great view, most of the rooms have none. You cannot check in earlier than 15, but you can store your luggage before check in. The hotel is not connected to a subway station, be prepared to walk 6-10 min to the nearest one, but Theres 4-5 different subway lines making it an amazing place to base your Tokyo trip from! Close to the hotel there is a 7-11. Theres also a plethora of things to eat and do in akasaka. Its like a little shinjuku. You do the check in yourself, and it takes a lil time but if you need help there is staff too (not just the creepy robots). Pro tip: book directly through their site, ive never seen it cheaper through a 3rd party booking. Im going back for a 2nd stay now soon, the location and price is hard to beat, especially since for me, i need at least a queen size bed together with my partner.

It was a wonderful stay at Henn na hotel! The room was clean, the size very good for 2 girls with little suitcases, big bathtub and bathroom, the room decor is nice, too. When we returned to the hotel the next day, the room was cleaned. LG Smart Cleaner was so needed when we got soaked wet under the heavy rain 😅 The location is perfect, very close to several subway lines and convenient to get to all directions. The staff was friendly and helpful while helping to check in. Definitely recommend this place!

Like this hotel very much as it’s located conveniently between two subway lines. There is also a LG styler so you don’t really have to wash clothes.

Efficient hotel: small rooms, but comfortable and quiet, perfect to fight jet lag. Amenities such as pyjamas are well appreciated. On our arrival, the staff was able to take care of our luggage even if the self service storage was full.
