The hotel is located at a very good location close to 3 train stations. It was clean as well. We are very satisfied with the stay. The LG styler was a good addition for us to dry out or refresh our clothes. Though it was in Japanese and I had to google and figure out how to operate it. The sleeping clothes provided was too thick. Toothbrush is rough and painful to use. For the location, price and cleanliness, I would definitely book this hotel again!

As in most hotels in Japan, cleanliness is always of a high standard everywhere. Even in low-end hotels like this one. There are two robots at the reception desk, which are more of a novelty and originality feature. Despite the fact that there is a terminal for registration and document scanning, an employee always comes to check everything and help you fill out the forms.Rooms are assigned randomly. It's a matter of luck. Overall, we really liked everything for the price we paid.

Very well connected to the Ginza line, which will get you effectively everywhere you primarily want to get in Tokyo. Room was relatively spacious for the price, and we had a ReFa styler built into the room which was really useful for refreshing clothes. When issues arose, the (human) staff was always really close to hand.

I had a wonderful experience during my visit. The location is quite convenient and easily accessible, which made getting there hassle-free. The entire place was well-maintained, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness that really stood out. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would happily recommend to others!

The location of the hotel is excellent — just a short walk to both Akasaka-Mitsuke Station and Tameike-Sannō Station. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient. Hotel room in Tokyo is small, so the room size is reasonable for me, where they have a coin based laundry room and the staff are superb friendly! Free luggage storage space which is a bonus for early arrival or late departure.

The housekeeping didn’t do a very good job. There were still hair strands everywhere after they cleaned up our room. We booked a room for three persons. However one of the bed creaked so much. The location was good, many restaurants, bars and shops nearby

A fun little hotel to check-in to for a Japan trip. It is well-located being only a couple of minutes away from convenience stores, restaurants, and subway stations. Our stay included amenities such as an ice dispenser machine (definitely needed for the summer), a collection of manga you can borrow and bring up to your book to read (cool if you can read Japanese), and a 24-hour gym. Our room also came with an LG styler machine to freshen up or iron clothes, which was interesting to use for the first time. The only real con is that there was barely any room to store or open up our luggage.

The hotel is conveniently located 5 mins away from the subway station, with easy access from/to Haneda airport and Ginza. There are many restaurant options near the hotel. The room was really small. The twin room was stated to be 19 sq meters but felt much smaller. The stylus machine in the room was very useful to clean our clothes. The hotel has luggage storage service in the lobby. The breakfast which is provided by the bar next door is very average. I would probably get the room without breakfast if I re-visit.

Yelp
At check-in, you walk up to the front desk with 2 robots behind the counter. You don't exactly interact with them, rather the screen. There seems to be an issue with the checkin process when you choose English. We watched as everyone who spoke Japanese had no issues with the self check-in, but anytime anyone chose English required a live person to come out to assist. We had a total of 3 rooms all booked through Booking.com at the exact same rate. However, we all got very different rooms. I ended up with the smallest of the 3. My in-laws had the biggest with the most room to walk about the room. Mine with my wife and 5 year old barely had room for one person to walk around the whole place. If my wife was moving about the room, my daughter and I would have to jump on the bed. Very very tiny room. I get it, we were in the business district, so most of the patrons are business people coming in mostly alone. What mattered most to me was that we had a clean place to stay. It just would have been nice to have space to unpack and not have to open and close our luggage to get stuff because there was no other place to put our stuff. We couldn't easily keep our luggage open the whole time because it would take up the entire walkway. If you can have a choice, try to get the 01 stack. The 10 stack may be the smallest.

Yelp
We stayed last night (06/22/19) by 3 people. My son who slept on a rollaway got 7 bedbug bites!! See pictures! Update: They finally responded to me without the name who handled this case (Sounds like s/he doesn't want to disclose it) and requested me to get a doctor's note with saying "It might be a Mosquito bite" If it was by Mosquito, my daughter and I should be victims since a Mosquito flies! All SEVEN BEDBUG BITES were on his face because a bedbug doesn't fly. I was told by the Hotels.com customer service rep that they refused to take any responsibilities! I don't highly recommend this Hotel at all and will never stay there again.
