A fun little hotel to check-in to for a Japan trip. It is well-located being only a couple of minutes away from convenience stores, restaurants, and subway stations. Our stay included amenities such as an ice dispenser machine (definitely needed for the summer), a collection of manga you can borrow and bring up to your book to read (cool if you can read Japanese), and a 24-hour gym. Our room also came with an LG styler machine to freshen up or iron clothes, which was interesting to use for the first time. The only real con is that there was barely any room to store or open up our luggage.

We stayed at a nearby hotel called the Insomnia Hotel when we used to come in the last 10 years. Of course, the rooms were incredibly spacious, but Tokyo is evolving. And of course, you can't be too demanding given the prices. While the rooms were small, the hotel was very modern, clean, and the staff very helpful. The location remains one of the best, especially in a neighborhood like Akasaka. We had a refrigerator, washing machine, and microwave at our disposal. I would stay there again if necessary +

The hotel is conveniently located 5 mins away from the subway station, with easy access from/to Haneda airport and Ginza. There are many restaurant options near the hotel. The room was really small. The twin room was stated to be 19 sq meters but felt much smaller. The stylus machine in the room was very useful to clean our clothes. The hotel has luggage storage service in the lobby. The breakfast which is provided by the bar next door is very average. I would probably get the room without breakfast if I re-visit.

We stayed here for 4 nights in May. The room (LG Styler double room) was reasonably clean but very small, not much room to put luggage for a couple of days. In the evening we frequently could smell smoke and fried food, likely from the pub below, even though the window was fully closed. While the price is OK, there are better alternatives nearby in a similar range.

Location was not bad, close to a few train stations. Check in wasn’t too difficult but staff was always available to help us out. LG styler was very useful to help drying and disinfecting our clothes

The hotel close to several stations (easy to commute to ginza, shibuya, omotesando etc.) and surrounded by many restaurants so it was very convenient. Check-in is at 3 PM; you can deposit your stuffs at the lobby. Our room was bigger than other hotels in the same range; the toilet even has wet and dry zone. The hotel also provided LG styler in your room where you can refresh/dry/sanitize your clothes.

The room was nice and the housekeeping staff cleaned it every day. I stayed here from April 13th to 18th. The location is super convenient — it's close to several metro lines, a 7-Eleven, and a few supermarkets nearby.

I had an early morning embassy appointment and this place was great for my family. We had 3 beds with plenty of room. Everything was clean.

Yelp
At check-in, you walk up to the front desk with 2 robots behind the counter. You don't exactly interact with them, rather the screen. There seems to be an issue with the checkin process when you choose English. We watched as everyone who spoke Japanese had no issues with the self check-in, but anytime anyone chose English required a live person to come out to assist. We had a total of 3 rooms all booked through Booking.com at the exact same rate. However, we all got very different rooms. I ended up with the smallest of the 3. My in-laws had the biggest with the most room to walk about the room. Mine with my wife and 5 year old barely had room for one person to walk around the whole place. If my wife was moving about the room, my daughter and I would have to jump on the bed. Very very tiny room. I get it, we were in the business district, so most of the patrons are business people coming in mostly alone. What mattered most to me was that we had a clean place to stay. It just would have been nice to have space to unpack and not have to open and close our luggage to get stuff because there was no other place to put our stuff. We couldn't easily keep our luggage open the whole time because it would take up the entire walkway. If you can have a choice, try to get the 01 stack. The 10 stack may be the smallest.

Yelp
We stayed last night (06/22/19) by 3 people. My son who slept on a rollaway got 7 bedbug bites!! See pictures! Update: They finally responded to me without the name who handled this case (Sounds like s/he doesn't want to disclose it) and requested me to get a doctor's note with saying "It might be a Mosquito bite" If it was by Mosquito, my daughter and I should be victims since a Mosquito flies! All SEVEN BEDBUG BITES were on his face because a bedbug doesn't fly. I was told by the Hotels.com customer service rep that they refused to take any responsibilities! I don't highly recommend this Hotel at all and will never stay there again.
