Really liked this hotel. Great location for exploring the city using metro. Good value - we paid less than €100/night. Room and bathroom very compact but had everything we needed, v comfortable. A window that opens and heated toilet seat were a bonus! Breakfast included was excellent too.

Fantastic staff and super helpful. Very clean and quiet hotel in Ginza. 10 min walking from the “center” of shopping district. Quiet and very well equipped. Breakfast is light but enough to start the day. Evening bar is a self served cocktail buffet- which is good - I guess if u want to get a few shots for the evening… Coffee tea and iced coffee (and water of course) is available throughout the day. Very clean⭕️

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are on the smaller side, but thoughtfully designed with everything you need. The included breakfast was excellent, and we appreciated the added touches like afternoon tea snacks and cocktails available until 10 p.m.

Amazing hotel. Very unique in its own way, if you don't like the self-help front desk there is always an option to call for staff. Rooms are spacious enough for Tokyo standards. Staff are friendly, location is amazing and prices are fair. Would stay here again

Average is the best I can do. I would have given it only 2 stars but it's my fault for not understanding to what lengths the hotel puts emphasis on being environmentally friendly. That's fine, of course, it's just not for this 70+ year old traveler. ||I don't think any of their rooms are sized for 3 "westerners". I feel safe saying that because we had 3 different rooms. When we booked our trip we decided to start and end in Tokyo and stick with the same hotel instead of switching (the 3rd room is because certain items in the 2nd room weren't working and we were allowed to switch). There are no dressers in the rooms so we were literally living out of our suitcases.||The air conditioning will not activate until you put your room key in a slot by the door. In July's heat, that was *very* inconvenient, because the room was musty when we first walked in and we had to wait a long time for it to get comfortable. Again, I understand they want to be environmentally friendly, I just wasn't ready for more heat after coming out of the heat.||A free "breakfast" is included with your rate, but it's truly the barest of fares with cereals, breads & some pastries, milk, iced coffee and juices, yogurt and some fruit. The eating area has only 2 tables with about 10 small stools (no chairs) and a bar wall line with about 8 tall stools. ||There isn't a real lobby. Instead, there's an automated check-in/check out area "hosted" by "real" automatons. Just be aware, they move and talk, which can be a little frightening if you're not prepared. If you need to talk to a living being, there is a staff phone available, though it's next to the eating area and not at the front desk.||On the plus side, the staff is very friendly and speak some English, still, it might be helpful to get the Google Translate app on your phone to use in a pinch. Other pluses include free wifi, a laundromat on site (fee), a vacuum seal machine for any oversized souvenirs you might want to bring home (fee), Yamato transport services if you want to forward your luggage to your next hotel, and ample supplies (toothbrushes with toothpaste, wash cloths, razors and robes) available in front of the elevator to take up to your room.||Another big advantage is the hotel's location literally next to a grocery store with 2 big 7/11-type stores within walking distance, all staying open until 11pm, so if you're feeling peckish you can buy an inexpensive treat, heat it up in the hotel's microwave and enjoy it in your room.||I'm sure the austerity of Henn na will satisfy like minded clientele, and as much as I like the staff, I'll look for a different hotel if I visit Tokyo again.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Check-in and check-out was really simple and something different with the robots. The staff was really nice and quick in helping you. As for the room, they where small so we reserved a twin room. It was on the 10th floor, so we hzd a great vieuw. The bathroom floor felt weird to walk on and I missed a trash can in it. The beds where not that great, really hard matress and the pillows were terrible. We bought and extra pillow in the ikea 😅. The breakfast was free and it had all you needed, space was just a little to small for the rush in the morning. Overall it was a nice stay with good options for public traveling. I really enjoyed my stay here.

I found this hotel from all the promos going on. We got there before the check-in time, but I was able to use their lobby luggage storage. They come with a combo lock cable. It was very easy to use. Find any security cable not attached. Wrap it around your luggage handle and place the end of the security cable back into the slot. Then, program the combo code. Then, change the code, and it should lock. The computer check-in requires you to scan your passport if you are coming from overseas. Breakfast was included in our hotel rate. The rooms were small but manageable. Beds were quite firm, like sleeping on a futon. The bathtub and shower combo was awesome because the water was super 🔥. Breakfast was the same every day, with the exception of the variation on the buns. Western style and some Japanese pastries. The location was great for access to Tsukiji when compared to other hotels closer to Tsukiji.

Good location. I stayed here for one night. Arrived late at night, front desk only had two robots!! No live staff. Their system worked well, and issuing access cards ok. Everything was closed around the neighborhood, we managed to find a restaurant nearby for food. Our room was very small and cramped, with not much space. The beds were comfortable. They provided slippers, robes, and small conveniences (toothbrushes, razors...). There's a cafe or restaurant in the back room behind the front desk area. I didn't stay long enough to explore but it seemed a clean, good facility. Since there is no live staff at the front desk, I checked out using the computer, you can store the luggage on one of the shelves in the front if you checked out early (self-help) and collect it later. It was smooth and sufficient. Just a bit creepy with the life-size mannequins!! First time I ever had a big transaction (a hotel stay) with no human interaction. 😅
