Dinner food was good. Burgers were good. Liked their fry sauce- ketchup mayo. Had coke products which is always a plus for me. Restrooms are in the back of the building outside. We ate outside at picnic tables. There was inside seating as well

Google
Henries is a gem for people traveling through. The double cheese and fry was tasty! Love the coke products and fry sauce. Burger was maybe too on the well done side but you could probably specify there. They have 2 bathrooms outside but connected to the building. I would come back for sure!

Nicholas Klein

Google
Fun little spot for lunch, great burger and shakes! Only complaint is a bit expensive (about $18/person if you go with entree +side +shake).

Angelie S

Google
Great local place. Hamburgers on the smaller side, so go ahead amd order a Chubby if you have a bigger appetite. Raspberry shake was yum. Seats inside and out.

Mamie Zembal

Google
Small place with great burgers and fries! They also have shakes and ice cream. Service was awesome, food was delicious and reasonably priced! Not much indoor seating but outdoor patio. Plenty of parking.

Google
One of the best burgers we’ve ever had. Staff was beyond friendly and the whole experience was wonderful. 10/10 recommend!

Google
The food was awesome the best balanced cheese burgers in fast food industry, most definitely surpasses in n out cheeseburgers. The service was awesome my they took our order with my family of 5 and were patient. They finished our order fast and we were able to get on the road. I believe their best item on the menu was their shakes, most of their flavors are made with real fruit and good quality toppings. If you have had Hodad's shakes in ocean beach they are similar in quality. The ambiance of the place was also welcoming.

Google
Came here after a long hike at Bryce Canyon National Park and had a great dinner. My group ordered shakes, floats, chicken strips, burgers, and fries. All of us thought the food was delicious and the restaurant gave a very cute old timey burger joint feel. Highly recommend the Oreo shake and some fries to go with it 👍🏼.

Yelp
Well if you happen to be passing through and are just the least bit hungry get yourself a Chubby here! Great double patty burger cooked perfect with all the fixens. Little slow on the service so taking away one star for the long wait on my burgers. Try their Piccadilly style fries for a treat. Pillow soft inside, great with fry sauce. Old fashion diner style in the inside.

Michael M.

Yelp
We hit the jack pot. Had a hungry family and this place did not disappoint. We had a couple burgers, shakes fries and English chips. It has that old school burger joint feel. The staff was super friendly. This place is clearly a favorite among the locals as the server new exactly what a guy wanted when he pulled up.

Sidnie B.

Yelp
SUCH a cute little place with great diner/drive/in food!!! Their burgers are thin just how I like them. Their fries are amazing and their shakes are so worth it. Highly highly recommend!

Robert W.

Yelp
Great little drive thru with tasty burgers and excellent milkshakes. I have eaten here twice and the staff has been a joy. Good food and good people.

Yelp
Henries is a cute little made fresh to order burger and shake shack with a drive-in. Staying in Panguitch for the night in my way to CO and BnB hosts recommended this spot. It had a nice simple menu with a lot of shake flavors. I'm sugar free so did not try one but they sure looked great! I tried the 4 piece chicken strip basket with fries. It came with Ranch and your choice of dipping sauces. I chose Fry Sauce and the Ranch. The coating on the chicken was like a panko crispy and the chicken tasty. I enjoyed the long skinny fries with a bit of the skin on them. Fresh and not too salty. Good sized portion for around $10. It was a very popular stop for the locals! It has outdoor seating and big picnic areas for larger groups. Inside tables sat 2 or 4. I would recommend Henries if you are in the area.

Yelp
Everything is made to order and taste great. What a lucky find for visitors from Nevada.

Ashley C.

Yelp
This place was so good and the service was amazing. We had the spicy chicken sandwich and onion rings, absolutely recommend! They have picnic tables under gazebos that you can eat under as well as indoor dining. Oh and super clean restrooms

Drew C.

Yelp
Small space, lots of outdoor seating, interesting choices on menu for American classics

Yelp
Ordered 2 of the #1 special, a chubby cheeseburger w/fries and a soda. Only $20 so price was great! It's very small inside, I definitely wouldn't take a large group to eat inside the restaurant. We had our baby in a stroller and maneuvering that in such a small space almost gave me a panic attack lol It took 20 minutes to get our food, which seemed a little long. But after the fact I noticed they don't have many people working there. The customer service was in, order, pay, here's your food etc .. no chit chat or welcome greeting or whatever, you can take what you want from that. The food was really good actually, simple but great flavor. The fries were perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. The burger is very plain, just shredded lettuce, chopped onion, cheese and their special sauce (ketchup & mayo mixed) on a bun. Charbroiled with great flavor and not too massive that it was falling apart. It does have two Pattie's. The serving size was not over the top. Pretty much just right. Overall it was good food priced good. Nothing overly special but no serious complaints.

Aiden P.

Yelp
Great burgers and shakes they also have pretty funny shirts although I was a little disappointed they were out of stock in most of the common sizes. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly.

Sam B.

Yelp
We ordered 2 sandwiches and a shake while the lobby was empty, and it took an hour and a half to get. We come to learn that it was ready for 20 minute, and was sitting on the counter. Still took an hour, but took a lot longer then neede.

Tim T.

Yelp
I was told to go to Henries Drive in if I ever went to Panguitch. So I went tonight. I can't say that it was great. Sorry. Service was okay but really slow. Hamburger was very small. It was good but nothing to get excited about. I ate the whole meal, deluxe burger, onion rings and a soda. Just okay. Not great. Still a little hungry actually. I'm kinda let down after being told how good it was. Just kind of run of the mill to me. I don't think I would rush back there.

Jason W.

Yelp
Me and my wife went into have lunch Thursday and visit. The food was great and the people where very professional and kind. I recommend Henrie's to anyone that will ask.

Luke Y.

Yelp
Great food just like I remember from when I was a kid. Great local owners that care about people.

Jake S.

Yelp
Given how absurdly long it took for them to deliver everyone's food, I was quite disappointed to receive a horribly overcooked and dry burger. The menu online had completely different food options that were not available, and we were prompted to order before seeing the menu. The restaurant's new owners seem to be running this place into the ground. At least there was a very sweet blonde girl working there that helped us figure everything out.

Isaac D.

Yelp
Amazing burger and fries. My son loved his Dino nuggets kids meal as well. We tried the pizza sticks which were new and they did not disappoint. We highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

CarolynandJohn W.

Yelp
Great burger and shake joint. Popular with the locals and tourists. The food is made to order so you do wait a bit but it is worth the wait.

Heather K.

Yelp
Friendly staff, fabulous prices and a really delicious burger! Great quick stop with the family after a day of hiking- Keep it up Henrie's!

Chelsea C.

Yelp
Perfect little stop on our road trip to eat and stretch our legs outside by the picnic tables. Food was fresh and yummy and service was wonderful and we'll definitely make it our go to stop from now on. Thanks Henrie's!

Yelp
Average food but it was satisfying. I got the cheeseburger which had chopped up onions and a pretty tasty sauce on it. Fries were bland. Dry sauce wasn't terrific and not enough. Onion rings were by far the best thing we got. They were small and usually onion rings are massive but too much onion. These were so crispy and not overbearing. Really tasty and recommend over the fries. The shakes were great. We got the vanilla hot fudge and Reese's chocolate (yesss get that one).

Ashleigh M.

Yelp
Son and I were so excited to stop here during a road trip from Page to Salt Lake.... Planned our whole trip around it- only to pull up and find them closed early "due to staffing shortage". Sooooooooo saddening!!!! Especially considering it was a Friday night, so one would think that would be a typically busy night for Drive Inn's. We recommend calling ahead to make sure they'll be open when you get there.

Brittney M.

Yelp
Ordered chicken tenders and was told they were out. Ordered an enchilada and a couple other things and paid. Then was told they were out of Mexican food. Great. Got a refund for that. Waited 30 minutes without getting the rest of the food while everyone else was getting there's... they forgot about us. I asked for a refund and they shorted me 5 bucks. Pointed that out, was very upset by this point because I had recommended that place to my family and they were all done eating by the time I got my full refund. It was just a mess. They need an adult working there. I can't be too upset with the place being run by kids, who were nice overall, it was just really bad service and a really bad experience. :(

Terynn F.

Yelp
Talk about one amazing milk shake & great prices!! Can't wait to come back and try the food!

Ethan C.

Yelp
I have been to all 50 states, and this is easily one of the best fast food burgers I have had in America (yes, even better than In-N-Out). All the food is made to order so expect a bit of a wait if it's busy, but it will be worth it, I promise! I asked my drive-thru attendant what she recommended and I was not disappointed -- a Chubby Cheese with fries and a milkshake, plus Utah's own fry sauce. If they didn't close shortly after I got my food I would have jumped back in line for a second dinner! Affordable, local, and most importantly delicious, I think this is the best burger you'll find in Utah.

Jeffrey S.

Yelp
Are you coming through Panguitch and need a quick bite? Do you love small town burger joints with their own "Home of the fill-in-the-blank" marketing schtick? Do you love a good shake? Oh, Henrie's! Away for a long weekend of backpacking and other outdoor adventures, I decided to forgo my usual Panguitch stop in the name of speed and mixing things up. Henrie's had a nearly full dining area as it was lunchtime, but I pressed on to fill my belly with its last meal before an onslaught of miles, trail mix, dehydrated food, and filtered water. This is exactly the kind of place I would take you if we were together, making our way through town, taking time off of work, and headed out for adventure. I love these places. I can't get enough of them. I think everyone should have more of this stuff, so if we're headed out to hike (and you love hiking, right?) then we're going to stop by and see what they're all about. This is exactly the kind of place you would think it is. Small dining area, old-ish seats, simple menu, and plenty of signage and straightforward talk to let you know that's it's made to order, and not your everyday fast food joint. They're the "Home of the Chubby Cheese" and it even has its own diagram so you know what that is--basically a double cheeseburger with their own special sauce, lettuce, and onion. I ordered it, obvs. I also got an order of cheese fries, which were probably great when they were piping hot, but since the order took a little longer than anticipated, I think they may have been done a bit before everything else and the cheese had left its gooey stage already. I think regular fries are the right move. The burger was good, of course, and it's fun that it has its own name. The chocolate banana shake, though, really shined. It's made with the syrup for chocolate, so it's got a nice burn, but they didn't overdo or underdo. It was perfectly chocolate, and blended very well. I don't mind chunks of banana but mine was chunkless. Let's go on a long hike. Let's do it as often as possible. Let's stop at small town burger joints and also at diners for pancakes and let's always get pie and shakes and all the things that small town eateries offer. In Panguitch, that means a stop at Henrie's.

Yelp
waited 15 minutes at counter no response it used to be a good place to service has went to crap

Mark C.

Yelp
Tried this place twice- once for food and another for ice cream. The food trip had us wait about 20-25 minutes in a small area where people were ordering since there was no room to wait for carry out. We felt very awkward and in the way. Food was average- a burger and chicken tenders. Our ice cream run we decided to go through the drive up- bad mistake. There were two cars ahead of us and we waited about 10 minutes just to order. After that we waited close to 25 more minutes for two milk shakes. They were decent milkshakes, but certainly not worth the long wait. If you're in a hurry, or hate waiting a long time for food that shouldn't take that long, pass this place by.

Jack H.

Yelp
Great place. It reminds me of California's in n out. The place was packed with customers when I walked in, so I knew I came to the right place. The chubby burger with bacon was really good. You can taste the freshness in the beef used. They have this secret chubby sauce which adds another flavor level to the burger. The menu can be a little confusing. We ordered the meal and added "extra deal w/ shake" which says $2.10. This is a large fries with a shake. When we got the receipt, we got charged for the "extra deal" and "extra deal w/ shake" so it just confused us when our total came out to a lot more. Also when we got the fries, it didn't seem more than a normal order of fries. There wasn't a lot in there. If I ever come back to this city, I think I would just order the chubby burger or two of them.

Thomas B.

Yelp
Such a good diner! The burger was great and the shake was incredible!! I can't go to panguitch without getting a chubby!

Grace C.

Yelp
Pretty mediocre. This was one of the only dining choices in Panguitch after 8pm, so alas we ate this for dinner. The one highlight was the milkshakes. I got a vanilla with Oreo, and it was delightful. My family members got a chocolate with Oreo, which they loved as well. The milkshakes come in two sizes - (extra)small and regular. The small size was a good size for 1-3 people to share. The regular is only a little bit bigger, so the small is a better deal. Here's what we ate: - the "chubby cheese" burger (aka double patty with cheese): 3 stars. standard fast food burger - Mexican combo #6: 2 stars. taco was ok, in a crunchy shell. Enchilada was lackluster. - onion rings: 4 stars, not bad - salad with chicken strips: 1 star. DO NOT GET THIS. A ripoff. Basically a bunch of iceberg lettuce, with a single fried chicken strip that was cut up into bite size pieces. Oh and a smattering of tomato and shredded cheese. - chicken strips with fries: 2 stars. Like what you'd find at a cheap cafeteria. Also, the food is made to order, so it can take a while to come out - so be patient.

Sierra D.

Yelp
Very good food and great customer service. The milkshake was amazing (had reese's pb cup). Burger was juicy and great.

Mindi A.

Yelp
Not open on a Tuesday at 3. No signs that I can see as to why. Sad kids after a long hike in Bryce.

Jackson S.

Yelp
Alright, time to update my review on Henrie's. Great, Great food. Delicious onion rings, great fries, root beer freeze is top notch. Great place to stop on the way to Lake Powell or Kanab. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone stopping in town. 10/10

Thor M.

Yelp
The business appears closed. At least during the week of Oct 14-21, 2020, it was closed and the parking lot was coned off.

Dakota S.

Yelp
Good value for the price. I am from out of town and decided to try this place as it seemed like one of the only places open later in this town. It is a typical local town drive in dinner. They have great cheese fries and the ice cream was typical of a local dinner. My sister tried one of their cherry flavored shakes and she really liked it! Overall the place was decently clean and the high school girls working there were nice. They were out of a few things though... like one of their specials the Henrie bar. But overall it seemed like a decent place and good value for the price.

Wendy B.

Yelp
Tiny dining area inside and a drive-thru. All I had was a strawberry shake but it did not disappoint. Made with soft serve ice cream and a syrup full of strawberry chunks, the extra small was extra big in my book. The biggest surprise was, it cost a mere $2. For a small town, they do things in a big way.

Janelle F.

Yelp
I'm on the fence here because this place is what dreams are made of and has so much more potential than I saw today. On our road trip adventures today Henries was a standout. We decided to go inside and check it out since we'd been in the car for quite a few hours. When you walk in your taken back to that old diner feel. The girl at the counter was very friendly and after talking for a bit I decided to try their famous chubby cheese burger. I ordered the meal with fries and a drink. This is where it went a bit down hill. We were the only ones in the place the entire time. We sat for over 15 minutes waiting for it. The tables around us were pretty dirty and needed wiped down. We didn't see any other employees and only heard the staff playing around and not really taking their job seriously. I get having fun at your job, but still try to be professional and realize you have customers. I will say we lucked out and were offered an ice-cream that was made extra by mistake. It was literally the best soft serve I've ever had. It kinda made the extra wait worth it. When my burger and fries came out they both looked delicious. Fries were crisped and perfect amount of salt. The burger had an in n out type style, but with their own little flare. I really struggled between a 3-4 star review because as I said the food was great, but took forever and with the staff too busy playing around they were neglecting cleaning the tables and drink station. So much potential to be 5 star for sure.

Michael D.

Yelp
Cheeseburger and fries were on my agenda. First time at this local establishment. The restaurant was clean and staff greeted me immediately upon entering. After ordering, my order arrived approximately 8 minutes later. My burger was delish and fries were not seasoned up, just the way I like them. Food was good and there was fry sauce on tap! Yes, on tap! So bad for you but it tasted oh so good. I prefer flame-broiled burgers, but this flat top burger was great. I felt like I was stepping back a few years when entering this place. The pop/ice machine was extremely loud when running. Once it shut off, it almost felt like the earth stood still. I will certainly return and my experience was very good. Food is to order so if it's busy, patience will be necessary. But, that's the way it should be.

Arlene C.

Yelp
On our way to Bryce and stopped for dinner. We had the Burger they are famous for "The Chubby Cheese" and it was excellent- came with fries ( & fry sauce available) fries were crispy on outside & soft in middle - just how we like them. The Taco/enchilada came with refried beans & salad. Taco was great but enchilada was a little too greasy for me. At $ 5.00 the banana split was delightful!!

Hailey P.

Yelp
I would give this a 2 or 3, my husband would give it a 5. First of all, it kind of put me in a bad mood because I ordered a Chubby (double hamburger) and got a single cheeseburger instead. I really wish I would have got what I paid for, especially considering the inflated ground beef prices right now and it was a couple dollars more. With that being said, luckily the cheese came off easily and the burger was good. I'm just frustrated I spent money on food I didn't get when I was splurging to get something I'd like. We didn't go back to fix it since the drive through was all the way to the road and needed to get back to our drive. We got a large fry to share, it wasn't what I'd consider large, but they tasted pretty good. My husband loved his chubby cheese and milkshake. We've been going to quite a few small town drive ins lately and he said this was his favorite burger.

Ali P.

Yelp
This food was amazing! My burger was so juicy and cooked perfectly! Would diffidently come back again!

Nettie A.

Yelp
After hiking around all day with friends and our children, we stopped here for dinner. There are tables outside as well as the inside does not have a lot of seating. The cashier was a young girl in high school who patiently took our wide variety of orders. My daughter had celiac disease so we got her the beef patty with bacon with two tomatoes to use as "the bun". My chubby burger was fine. I forgot to ask for a tomato. I think with the chubby burger you're not allowed substitutions. Next time I'll probably get a cheeseburger with everything including tomatoes instead of the Chubby because I am not huge of burgers with two meat patties. There was a sign explaining everything "The Chubby" (they advertise as their special burger) has on it and it said no substitutions. The Fries were good and they have fry sauce. I would love tomato, more lettuce and more grilled onions on them:) but that is personal taste. We didn't try the shakes. Not the most amazing burger you will ever have but it does the job and this is a cute, small town place. This is a great spot to swing by after hiking or playing outside in the summer.

Kandy W.

Yelp
Ordered a chicken salad for $8.25 and it was the smallest salad. Absolutely not worth the money...very disappointing.

Kailey M.

Yelp
Really not worth it. We had heard great things about this place and we were expecting a lot because there was a long line. We paid $17 for two burgers and a large English chip. We were really really disappointed because the chubby burger is supposed to be a double cheese burger but the burgers were TINY! Super underwhelming. The large English chips were really small. We each got 4. We were underwhelmed. BUT the English chips were SO GOOD. Burger was comparable to a Big Mac.

Leanne M.

Yelp
What a cute spot to stop on our way through to Salt Lake City. We all had hamburgers. They were fresh and great. We sat outside on the grass under the trees The chocolate dipped ice cream was pretty tasty

Shauna S.

Yelp
Classic diner food (burgers/shakes/fries/onion rings/chicken strips/salads) plus Mexican dishes. The interior of the restaurant and the bathrooms were clean. It was busy at lunch, but didn't take long to get our food. We ate everything.

Ben L.

Yelp
My mate and I (from Melbourne Australia) stopped here for dinner tonight before heading to Bryce National Park tomorrow for a quick dinner. Coming from a city known for amazing burgers with no shortage of options back at home, the simple but very tasty and delicious burger, fries, and chocolate shake at Henries was one word - mouthwatering!! This place does it right. Cheap and delicious burgers without the fuss.

Bryan Z.

Yelp
My review back in the day for this place was 0/10 Henries Drive inn has improved so much! It's easily a 9/10 now I'm actually so surprised and happy, I'd recommend stopping by, Great job henries keep up the good work
